Many people still do not know the risks, prevention, and treatment solutions related to liver disease. Therefore, many Indonesian people are affected by liver diseases such as hepatitis and other liver diseases because they are not aware of the symptoms they are experiencing. Therefore, this expert system is designed to help diagnose the symptoms experienced by people or patients who have liver disease. With this expert system, it can help overcome delays in handling so that it is not severe later. This expert system is created using the Bayes theorem method where in each symptom there is a probability or possibility which then gets the final result in the form of how big the event occurred. This expert system diagnoses the symptoms selected by the patient. After that, get the value of the possibility of a disease suffered by the patient. The results of this study are to produce an expert system for diagnosing liver disease using the website-based Bayes theorem method. This system can help diagnose a patient’s symptoms quickly and is used anywhere.

Background: Liver ailments are among the leading causes of death; they originate from viral infections, chronic alcoholism, and autoimmune illnesses, which may chronically be precursors of cirrhosis; furthermore, metabolic syndrome may worsen those hepatopathies or cause Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) that may advance to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Cirrhosis is the late-stage liver disease and can proceed to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Pharmacological treatment options for liver diseases, cirrhosis, and HCC, are limited, expensive, and not wholly effective. The use of medicinal herbs and functional foods is growing around the world as natural resources of bioactive compounds that would set the basis for the development of new drugs. Review and Conclusion: Plant and food-derived sterols and triterpenoids (TTP) possess antioxidant, metabolic-regulating, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory activities, as well as they are recognized as anticancer agents, suggesting their application strongly as an alternative therapy in some chronic diseases. Thus, it is interesting to review current reports about them as hepatoprotective agents, but also because they structurally resemble cholesterol, sexual hormones, corticosteroids and bile acids due to the presence of the steroid nucleus, so they all can share pharmacological properties through activating nuclear and membrane receptors. Therefore, sterols and TTP appear as a feasible option for the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic-related liver diseases, cirrhosis, and HCC.

Health is a very expensive thing, so it takes an awareness to protect it. The human body has many limbs, one of which is the stomach. Gastric disease is a disease that cannot be accommodated, because if left untreated it can cause other diseases to arise and can also cause death if it is not immediately supported. Gastric disease can be caused by an inappropriate diet, a burden on the mind and also an infection caused by bacteria. The author took the initiative to create a web-based gastric disease diagnosis expert system using the Bayes theorem method which is useful for gastric disease sufferers in diagnosing their own gastric disease. The method used by researchers is the Bayes theorem method. The data collection technique used is quantitative data techniques. The results that have been achieved from this research are that it can prevent and minimize the risk of gastric disease in sufferers or the community.

Lack of knowledge of the disease and the limitations Pesia cat disease management is often experienced by the owners of Persian cats. Therefore it is necessary to act / respond quickly to prevent infection with the disease more serius.Teorema Bayes is a method used to predict the probability. Therefore, in this study will be analyzed Persian cat disease data using Bayes theorem using four diseases areFeline Leukemia Virus, Worms, Cat Flu and Mushrooms Cryptococus. Based on these descriptions, we need a system that can represent an expert who has the knowledge base and experience of the Persian cat disease, which is an expert system. Developments in information technology more widely and rapidly. So much in use in various fields. That accompanied the information technology internet support each other resulting in increased web-based technologies

The liver accounts for the largest proportion of macrophages in all solid organs of the human body. Liver macrophages are mainly composed of cytolytic cells inherent in the liver and mononuclear macrophages recruited from the blood. Monocytes recruitment occurs mainly in the context of liver injury and inflammation and can be recruited into the liver and achieve a KC-like phenotype. During the immune response of the liver, macrophages/KC cells release inflammatory cytokines and infiltrate into the liver, which are considered to be the common mechanism of various liver diseases in the early stage. Meanwhile, macrophages/KC cells form an interaction network with other liver cells, which can affect the occurrence and progression of liver diseases. From the perspective of liver disease treatment, knowing the full spectrum of macrophage activation, the underlying molecular mechanisms, and their implication in either promoting liver disease progression or repairing injured liver tissue is highly relevant from a therapeutic point of view. Kv1.3 is a subtype of the voltage-dependent potassium channel, whose function is closely related to the regulation of immune cell function. At present, there are few studies on the relationship between Kv1.3 and liver diseases, and the application of its blockers as a potential treatment for liver diseases has not been reported. This manuscript reviewed the physiological characteristics of Kv1.3, the relationship between Kv1.3 and cell proliferation and apoptosis, and the role of Kv1.3 in a variety of liver diseases, so as to provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. In short, by understanding the role of Kv1.3 in regulating the functions of immune cells such as macrophages, selective blockers of Kv1.3 or compounds with similar functions can be applied to alleviate the progression of liver diseases and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.

The need for chicken cannot be denied in Indonesian society, especially in the consumption of eggs and chicken meat so that it will affect economic growth. To produce healthy meat and eggs free of disease, breeders must pay attention to the health of their pet chickens. Starting from providing rations, vaccination and cage maintenance. Chicken disease is very susceptible to cage cleanliness and consumption of the food given. As for the scope of the problem in this study, namely disease in broiler chickens. The system used is a web-based expert system with the Bayes Theorem method. By applying the Bayes theorem method to expert systems in diagnosing broiler disease and designing an expert system application in determining broiler disease. Aims to assist breeders in dealing with diseases specifically broiler chickens and add to the list of references in applying the Bayes Theorem method to expert systems. Using testing with the PHP MYSQI application with the supporting tools.

Drug induced liver disease is a global problem. The aims of the study are to know the recreational drugs causing harmful effect on liver, epidemiology of addiction; pathophysiology and their consequences. The major findings published to date concerning different agents causing addiction and liver disease, their implications with regard to understanding disease mechanisms and their amplitude or spectrum are described. Addiction not only invites lot of sufferings to the family and the country, but also responsible for different types of liver disease including fatty liver, hepatitis and liver failure; responsible for mortality and morbidity. Among the addiction causing substances alcohol playing the main role for liver disease worldwide. Indirect effects of addiction on liver are hepatitis B, hepatitis C and their complication, mainly due to contamination of sharing needle. Majority of people in Bangladesh are life long abstainer. Excessive alcohol beverages and other substances like heroin, amphetamine are not harmless, rather they can cause serious liver diseases. There are some differences in prevalence of addiction and liver diseases among countries. Intravenous drug users are affected both directly and indirectly due to contaminated needle sharing . Cholestatic liver diseases can progress to end-stage liver disease and reduce patients’ quality of life. Although their underlying mechanisms are still incompletely elucidated, oxidative stress is considered to be a key contributor to these diseases. Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is a cytoprotective enzyme that displays antioxidant action. It has been found that this enzyme plays a protective role against various inflammatory diseases. However, the role of HO-1 in cholestatic liver diseases has not yet been investigated. Here, we examined whether pharmacological induction of HO-1 by cobalt protoporphyrin (CoPP) ameliorates cholestatic liver injury. To this end, a murine model of 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine (DDC) diet feeding was used. Administration of CoPP ameliorated liver damage and cholestasis with HO-1 upregulation in DDC diet-fed mice. Induction of HO-1 by CoPP suppressed the DDC diet-induced oxidative stress and hepatocyte apoptosis. In addition, CoPP attenuated cytokine production and inflammatory cell infiltration. Furthermore, deposition of the extracellular matrix and expression of fibrosis-related genes after DDC feeding were also decreased by CoPP. HO-1 induction decreased the number of myofibroblasts and inhibited the transforming growth factor-β pathway. Altogether, these data suggest that the pharmacological induction of HO-1 ameliorates cholestatic liver disease by suppressing oxidative stress, hepatocyte apoptosis, and inflammation.
