Since being confirmed by WHO, the status of COVID-19 outbreak has become a global pandemic, the number of cases has been confirmed positive, cured, and even death worldwide. Artificial intelligence in the medical has given rise to expert systems that can replace the role of experts (doctors). Tools to detect someone affected by COVID-19 have not been widely applied in all regions. Banyumas Regency, Indonesia is included confirmed region of COVID-19 cases, and it’s difficult for someone to know the symptoms that are felt whether these symptoms include indications of someone ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19, and still at least a referral hospital handling COVID-19. Expert system with certainty factor can help someone make a self-diagnose whether including ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19. This expert system provides ODP diagnostic results with a confidence level of 99.96%, PDP 99.99790%, positive 99.9999997%, negative 99.760384%, and the application runs well on Android OS

Many people still do not know the risks, prevention, and treatment solutions related to liver disease. Therefore, many Indonesian people are affected by liver diseases such as hepatitis and other liver diseases because they are not aware of the symptoms they are experiencing. Therefore, this expert system is designed to help diagnose the symptoms experienced by people or patients who have liver disease. With this expert system, it can help overcome delays in handling so that it is not severe later. This expert system is created using the Bayes theorem method where in each symptom there is a probability or possibility which then gets the final result in the form of how big the event occurred. This expert system diagnoses the symptoms selected by the patient. After that, get the value of the possibility of a disease suffered by the patient. The results of this study are to produce an expert system for diagnosing liver disease using the website-based Bayes theorem method. This system can help diagnose a patient’s symptoms quickly and is used anywhere.

The development of information technology has supported many activities, especially in terms of health. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the application of information technology that is currently developing well. Several previous studies have evaluated models from expert systems to diagnose lung disease in children using Naïve Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). However, in conducting these evaluations they do not try to make an integrated application to facilitate evaluation. In this study we propose to build a system that integrates NB and SVM classifiers. Furthermore, in this study we used a sample of data from a clinic in Indonesia. The results of this study, we conclude that the existence of this system will make it easier to evaluate the lung disease experienced by children.
