E-Government is a government website that provides information services to the public. Website is a technology service provided to facilitate the public in accessing the information needed. The creation of a website in Anggilowu Village aims to make it easier for people to obtain good and accurate information. Existing data is not centralized and managed manually. This makes a job ineffective and takes a long time. Therefore, the creation of a village website to facilitate communication between residents and the Anggilowu Village. The method used in this study was prototyping models. The result of this study is a design of a village profile website.

The existence of hoaxes in Indonesia has been around for a long time. However, the term hoax was widespread and became part of daily conversations in the media and the public during the 2014 and 2019 Presidential Election. The rapid development of social media use and the ease of information exchange accelerated the spread of hoax. Even in the COVID-19 pandemic, hoax news about the corona virus and matters related to it are widespread in the community. This hoax news, both during the Election and the Covid-19 Outbreak, caused much unrest in the community. Some of the hoax news spreaders were jailed for violations of the ITE Law. Various legal practitioners and academics have also suggested that hoax news creators and spreaders be criminalized. This article reviews normatively whether the criminalization of hoax news is feasible for reasons of maintaining stability or needs to be eliminated to maintain freedom of opinion. The author reviews the normative aspects of criminalizing the creation and dissemination of hoax news by using Habermas' theory of deliberative democracy. Through this theory, the writer finds that hoax news makes aspects of democracy such as dialogue that is full of awareness and accurate information unattainable. This is also in line with what the Indonesian constitution wants. However, it is necessary to ensure that the criminalization of hoaxes is not used as an instrument of abuse of power considering that the circulation of hoaxes is a symptom of a problem rather than the root of the problem itself.Keywords: Fake News, Criminalization, Stability, Freedom of Speech, Deliberative Democracy, Legal Revuew

Currently, technological development is very much needed as information systems are increasingly stringent and require the readiness of an organization. Government agencies very much manage and serve the community so that the role of government is very influential to serve the community for example for the management of correspondence. The use of the existing mail information system does not meet the standards of technological development, because the existing data processing system is still done manually using Microsoft Word. The problem that is often faced when making a letter by hand is that people who make a letter have to wait a long time, because officers must input data manually. The purpose of this research is to create a system to serve the public in making letters, so that officers can provide services quickly and accurately. The results of this study are the information system that was designed to be able to provide convenience and update the administration of the letter agenda that previously was still using the manual method.

The diverse population of Ambon City has led to a diversity of spiritual beliefs that can be found in this city, this also has an impact on the orphanages built in Ambon City. Based on the source www.malukuprov.go.id, which is the official address of the Ambon City Government website, there is no information relating to the orphanage. As a result, donors in Ambon City experienced difficulties in getting accurate information about orphanages, because limited information from prospective donors took the initiative by asking the public to obtain information about the local orphanage. The location search application for this orphanage was built using the Location Based Service (LBS) system that can provide information on routes to orphanages to donors through mobile android users equipped with navigation features and display information about the related orphanage to facilitate donors in concluding the orphanage which ones need more donations.

Dalam sebuah Perguruan Tinggi, penyediaan suatu pelayanan informasi sangatlah penting apalagi jika didukung dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang kian berkembang sangat pesat. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja merupakan salah satu kampus yang bergerak dibidang IT yang memiliki sebuah sarana atau media dalam hal pelayanan informasi kepada seluruh Pribadi Raharja yang merupakan bagian dan masih berkesinambungan didalam sebuah pelayanan lainnya yaitu iDuHelp!. Pelayanan informasi tersebut dinamakan ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) yang fungsinya yaitu memberikan sebuah pelayanan berupa penyampaian informasi didalam sebuah tiket online yang dibuat oleh operator iDuHelp! dan tiket tersebut diberikan kepada customer iDuHelp! untuk mendapatkan pelayanan terusan yang akan ditindaklanjuti kepada pihak yang terkait yang disebut PIC atau admin dari masing-masing TPi dan FiR yang ada pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. ROOSTER merupakan sistem yang sudah berjalan cukup lama dari generasi ke generasi dan terus melakukan pengembangan serta perbaikan agar sistem tersebut dapat digunakan lebih optimal lagi, tujuan ROOSTER itu sendiri yaitu agar seseorang atau customer mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dari pihak yang terpercaya serta tersampaikan dengan tepat waktu. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam sistem ROOSTER yang berjalan saat ini, seperti tiket overdue yang tidak pernah tampil lagi, ketidakakuratan sebuah data yang membuat tiket dengan full name yang tampil membuat pengguna ROOSTER tidak nyaman dan keliru dan informasi kerap kali terlambat diterima oleh customer, sehingga dibutuhkannya suatu perbaikan agar performa ROOSTER dapat berjalan lebih baik lagi dan nyaman digunakan. Kata kunci: ROOSTER, Pelayanan Informasi, iDuHelp! In a university, providing an information service is important especially if backed up with increasingly sophisticated technology is developing very rapidly. Prog College is one of the campus engaged in IT who have a medium or media in terms of information services to the whole person Prog that is part and still continuous in a more services are iDuHelp !. The information ministry called ROOSTER (Role Online Ticketing System Prog) whose function is to give a service in the form of information delivery in an online ticket made by the operator iDuHelp! and the ticket is given to the customer iDuHelp! to obtain the services of the canal will be followed to the relevant parties called PIC or administrator of each TPI and FIR contained in Higher Education Prog. ROOSTER is a system that has been running for a long time from generation to generation and continue to develop as well as improvements to the system can be used more optimally, the purpose ROOSTER itself, namely that persons or customers get accurate information from reputable parties and delivered in a timely manner. There are some constraints in the system ROOSTER currently running, such as ticket overdue that never appear again, inaccuracy of a data to create a ticket with a full name that appears to make the user ROOSTER uncomfortable and wrong and the information is often too late accepted. Ramayana story has been widely known in Indonesian society since centuries ago. This story has been disseminated from generation to generation. The story is familiar to the public in the form of this kakawin often staged in the form of performing arts, dramatari, puppet performances, as well as in the form of puppet or sculpture. Ramayana story has a lot of episodes, but in the creation of this animated video work taking Shinta kidnapping episode. This animated video works explored the form of characters and stories, as well as collaborate with dance, heater and musical arts. Kidnapping of Shinta’s story became the basis of the principal narrative in the creation of animated video with the theme of Ramayana episode kidnapping Shinta ‘Langen Katresnan’ which then developed in accordance with the ideas and concepts. It also supports the creation of new work that promotes originality of the work. This animated video works using two-dimensional techniques. This is actually a reference to that puppet animation that was first recognized by earlier ancestors.Keywords: puppet, Ramayana, animation

After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."

Alif means the first, saying the Supreme Life and is Sturdy and has the element of fire and Alif is formed from Ulfah (closeness) ta'lif (formation). With this letter Allah mementa'lif (unite) His creation with the foundation of monotheism and ma'rifah belief in appreciation of faith and monotheism. Therefore, Alif opens certain meanings and definitions of shapes and colors that are in other letters. Then be Alif as "Kiswah" (clothes) for different messages. That is a will. "IQRO" is a revelation that was first passed down to the Prophet Muhammad. Saw. Read it, which starts with the letter Alif and ends with the letter Alif. The creation of a poem is influenced by the environment and the self-reflection of a poet where according to the poet's origin, in comparing in particular Alif's poetry from the two poets. The object of this research is the poetry of Zikir by D. Zawawi Imron and Sajak Alif by Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda. This study uses a comparative method and sociology of literature. Through a comparative study of literature between the poetry of Zikir D. Zawawi Imron and Sajak Alif Ahmadun Yosi Herfanda, it is hoped that the public can know the meaning of Alif according to the poet's view. With this research, the Indonesian people can accept different views on the meaning of Alif in accordance with their respective understanding without having to look for what is right and wrong. The purpose in Alif is like a life, in the form of letters like a body, a tree that is cut to the root, from the heart is split to the seeds, then from the seeds are split so that nothing is the essence of life. So, it is clear that Alif is the most important and Supreme letter. Talking about the meaning of Alif as the first letter revealed on earth. After the letter Alif was revealed, 28 other Hijaiyah letters were born. The letter Alif is made the beginning of His book and the opening letter. Other letters are from Alif and appear on him.

Film Unyil puppet comes not just part of the entertainment world that can be enjoyed by people from the side of the story, music, and dialogue. However, there is more value in it which is a manifestation of the creator that can be absorbed into the charge for the benefit of educating the children of Indonesia to the public at large. The Unyil puppet created by the father of Drs. Suyadi is one of the works that are now widely known by the whole people of Indonesia. The process of creating a puppet Unyil done with simple materials and formation of character especially adapted to the realities of the existing rural region. Through this process, this research leads to the design process is fundamentally educational puppet inspired by the creation of Si Unyil puppet. The difference is the inspiring character created in this study is on the characters that exist in urban life, especially the city of Jakarta. Thus the results of this study are the pattern of how to shape the design of products through the creation of the puppet with the approach of urban culture.

The archives are generally sites where historians conduct research into our past. Seldom are they objects of research. Sabyasachi Bhattacharya traces the path that led to the creation of a central archive in India, from the setting up of the Imperial Record Department, the precursor of the National Archives of India, and the Indian Historical Records Commission, to the framing of archival policies and the change in those policies over the years. In the last two decades of colonial rule in India, there were anticipations of freedom in many areas of the public sphere. These were felt in the domain of archiving as well, chiefly in the form of reversal of earlier policies. From this perspective, Bhattacharya explores the relation between knowledge and power and discusses how the World Wars and the decline of Britain, among other factors, effected a transition from a Eurocentric and disparaging approach to India towards a more liberal and less ethnocentric one.
