Film Unyil puppet comes not just part of the entertainment world that can be enjoyed by people from the side of the story, music, and dialogue. However, there is more value in it which is a manifestation of the creator that can be absorbed into the charge for the benefit of educating the children of Indonesia to the public at large. The Unyil puppet created by the father of Drs. Suyadi is one of the works that are now widely known by the whole people of Indonesia. The process of creating a puppet Unyil done with simple materials and formation of character especially adapted to the realities of the existing rural region. Through this process, this research leads to the design process is fundamentally educational puppet inspired by the creation of Si Unyil puppet. The difference is the inspiring character created in this study is on the characters that exist in urban life, especially the city of Jakarta. Thus the results of this study are the pattern of how to shape the design of products through the creation of the puppet with the approach of urban culture.

City, is consisting of a series continuous or intermittent public space images, and every image for each of our people living in the city is varied: may be as awesome as forbidden city Meridian Gate, like Piazza San Marco as a cordial and pleasant space and might also be like Manhattan district of New York, which makes people excited and enthusiastic. To see why, people have different feelings because the public urban space ultimately belongs to democratic public space, people live and have emotions in it. In such domain, people can not only be liberated, free to enjoy the pleasures of urban public space, but also enjoy urban life which is brought by the city's charm through highlighting the vitality of the city with humanism atmosphere. To a conclusion, no matter how ordinary the city is, a good image of urban space can also bring people pleasure.

This chapter shows the exercising of power in action in the public space. It looks at who ‘owns’ this, the Christianization of it in Rome, and the increasing role of the papacy in appropriating and in running it, revalorizing it as part of Rome’s Christian past and present, expressed through pilgrimage. This appropriation is contested by the secular aristocracy, which in turn appropriates the public space and rewrites the topography of the city in the tenth century. The use of the public space as an area of either social cohesion or conflict is studied, through the ceremonies, elections, oaths, processions, assemblies, justice and defence meetings; but also riots, conspiracies, and contested elections. This space of cohesion or conflict is fundamental to the creation of the unity and sense of identity of the city, especially around the patron saint or, sometimes, around or indeed against an imperial ruler

Taras Shevchenko is one of the most researched and discussed figures in Ukrainian society. In each historical period receptions and assessments around Shevchenko` personality differentiates, depending on the public circumstances or prevailing trends in humanitarian discourse. These perceptions swayed between positive and critical judgment. Authors identified several key perceptions of Shevchenko in Ukrainian public space, for instance, «national hero», «father of the nation», «poet», «revolutionary democrat». In their opinion, modern Ukraine still faces the search for Shevchenko` new image. New forms of public honour (commemoration) are being developed, including through museum exhibition projects. Authors also analyze the significance of the museum narrative expositions and exhibitions for the creation of new public images, giving the example of the exhibition project «Shevchenko by the urban tongue», which took place in the Taras Shevchenko national museum from November 4th to January 31th in 2021. Curators attempted to explore how personal experience in the city changed due to the process of urbanization from the XIX-th century and how the urban space influenced the shaping of the Taras Shevchenko figure. Specifically, in the XIX-th century, cities ultimately transformed into an environment, which created trends, emphases of the global public development that influenced Shevchenko, since exactly in the city he gained domestic freedom, profession and widened his social circle. The city gave him a sense of understanding of the culture, its influence and importance not only for consumer purposes or acceptance but also for the creation of new meanings. According to the authors, this approach allows us to better understand the significance of Taras Shevchenko, his connection to modern Ukrainian realities and world context.

Jakarta is the second most populous city in the world with a population density of 10 million people in 2017. Density causes rapid development in the Jakarta area without any planning. The development that occurs makes the boundaries between office zoning located in the downtown area and residential zones located on the edge of the city. The zones formed have resulted in increased mobility that can be seen from vehicle ownership, transportation modes, and traffic congestion in Jakarta. Charles Montgomery in the book Happy City said that high congestion causes a decline in health that occurs due to stress for the community of public transportation modes. One way to reduce stress is to socialize according to Adhiatma and Christianto (2019). Third Place or social space becomes a solution for socializing for the public transportation community. The Third Place concept can be felt more by the public transportation community, where they can feel the difference between the housing zone and the office zone. The transit or transit place that is formed will be a social space that is used without differentiating social status. One of them is the transit facility located in Rawa Buaya. The Rawa Buaya transit facility is designed using qualitative data collection techniques and cross programming in design planning. The method used produces three main programs that emphasize service, entertainment and commercial functions, which shape social interaction, gathering space, and space for interaction between Rawa Buaya bus terminal communities. AbstrakJakarta merupakan kota kedua terpadat di dunia dengan kepadatan penduduk mencapai 10 juta jiwa pada tahun 2017. Kepadatan menimbulkan perkembangan yang cepat di wilayah Jakarta tanpa adanya perencanaan. Perkembangan yang terjadi membuat batasan antar zonasi perkantoran yang berada di daerah pusat kota dan zona hunian yang berada di pinggir kota. Zona yang terbentuk mengakibatkan peningkatan pergerakan mobilitas yang dapat dilihat dari kepemilikan kendaraan, pengguna moda transportasi, dan kemacetan yang terjadi di Jakarta. Charles Montgomery dalam buku Happy City mengatakan mengenai kemacetan yang tinggi menimbulkan penurunan kesehatan yang terjadi akibat stress bagi kaum komunitas moda transportasi umum. Salah satu cara mengurangi stress adalah dengan bersosialisasi menurut Adhiatma dan Christianto (2019). Third Place atau ruang sosial menjadi solusi untuk bersosialisasi bagi komunitas transportasi umum. Konsep Third Place dapat lebih dirasakan oleh komunitas transportasi umum, dimana mereka dapat merasakan perbedaan zona perumahan dengan zona perkantoran. Tempat transit atau tempat singgah yang terbentuk akan menjadi ruang sosial yang digunakan tanpa membedakan status sosial. Salah satunya fasilitas transit yang berada di Rawa Buaya. Fasilitas transit Rawa Buaya dirancang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumulan data kualitatif dan cross-programming dalam perencanaan perancangan. Metode yang digunakan menghasilkan tiga program utama yang menekankan pada fungsi pelayanan, hiburan, dan komersil, yang membentuk interaksi sosial, ruang berkumpul, dan ruang untuk berinteraksi antar komunitas terminal bus Rawa Buaya.

The article presents the results of a comprehensive sociological study of the Yaroslavl youth movements, associations, as well as informal groups and their participation in the life of the city. 500 Yaroslavl citizens aged 14 to 35 were interviewed. The level of awareness of Yaroslavl youth about youth organizations, movements and movements, including operating in the city, the degree of involvement of young citizens in these organizations was assessed. Modern youth is poorly absorbing the difference between formalized public youth organizations and informal youth groups. Yaroslavl youth is rather apolitical. In the youth sector, military-patriotic and volunteer trends are developed and popular. Organizations of this orientation have a high recognition rating. If we compare formal and informal youth groups, then the Yaroslavl youth is most informed about the latter. Almost 60% of youth organizations and movements, according to their members, take part in the public life of the city. Most often, such participation is limited to involvement in citywide events, holidays and promotions (32%), as well as in the creation of performances that affect the urban environment and public life (30%). Potentially, one can try to attract from 70 to 84% of participants in youth associations of Yaroslavl to socially significant activities. The main points of application of their labor for the benefit of the city, youth sees social labor, creative, search and rescue and scientific activities.

AbstrakPenghayat Kepercayaan masih mengalami diskriminasi, khususnya dalam penghormatan hak-hak sipilnya. Hal ini berakar dari “perbedaan” yang lahir dari pengakuan negara atas agama dan perlakuan berbeda kepada “agama” dan “kepercayaan”. Pada Pemerintahan Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla salah satu agenda prioritas adalah memprioritaskan perlindungan terhadap anak, perempuan dan kelompok masyarakat termajinalkan, serta penghormatan HAM dan penyelesaian secara berkeadilan terhadap kasus-kasus pelanggaran HAM pada masa lalu menjadi momentum tepat untuk penegakan HAMnya. Pertannyaannya, implementasi penghormatan Hak Asasi Manusia bagi penghayat kepercayaan di Kota Bandung. Tulisan yang didasarkan pada penelitian bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif pada tataran implementasi (khususnya Kota Bandung), para penghayat kepercayaan tidak mengalami kendala dalam memperoleh layanan kependudukan dan catatan sipil. Namun demikian masih terdapat penolakan masyarakat umum terhadap pemakaman bagi para penghayat kepercayaan di tempat pemakaman umum. Penolakan ini tentu bertentangan dengan Pasal 8 ayat (2) Peraturan Bersama Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Nomor 43 Tahun 2009 dan Nomor 41 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Kepada Penghayat Kepercayaan Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, maka pemerintah daerah menyediakan pemakaman umum.Kata Kunci: Penghormatan HAM, Hak-Hak Sipil, Penghayat KepercayaanAbstractBelief adherent still experience discrimination, expecialy respect of their civil rights. it is rooted in the “difference” is born from the recognition of the state of religion and different treatment to “religion” and “belief”. In Government Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla which one of the priority agenda is to prioritize the protection of children, women and marginalized groups of society, as well as respect for human rights and equitable settlement of the cases of human rights violations in the past an appropriate moment to better provide the respect of human rights.This paper based of research which is descriptive analysis with normative juridical approach in terms of implementation (particularly the city of Bandung), the seeker of confidence not having problems in obtaining settlement services and civil records. However, there is still a general public rejection of the funeral for the seeker of confidence in the public cemetery. This rejection against to Article 8 (2) Joint Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Culture and Tourism No. 43 of 2009 and No. 41 of 2009 on Guidelines for Care To Belief adherent in God Almighty, the local government provides the public cemetery.Keywords: Respect of Human Rights, Civil Rights, Belief Adherent

O presente artigo investiga as intervenções urbanas – pertencentes a um grupo composto por muitas manifestações artísticas realizadas no espaço público – que dialogam com a cidade. Compreendidas como práticas artísticas e socioespaciais, as intervenções urbanas do coletivo lesbiano Velcro Choque (Brasil) são analisadas a partir das potências que surgem com a ocupação das ruas da cidade e da esfera pública, já que tal ato coloca em cheque normas e narrativas históricas, que serão apontadas a partir do viés da crítica feminista da cultura. Conforme mostra a prática do coletivo, o artivismo associado aos feminismos e às dissidências sexuais e de gênero podem oportunizar a criação de subjetividades libertárias e formas de existência e resistência através das produções coletivas nas artes visuais.Palavras-chave: Cidade. Artivismo. AbstractThis paper investigates urban interventions – belonging to a group composed of many artistic manifestations carried out in the public space – that dialogue with the city. Understanding the urban interventions as an artistic and socio-spatial practice, the production of the lesbian collective Velcro Choque (Brazil) will be analyzed based on the potency that emerges with the occupation of the streets and the public sphere, since this act can put in check historical norms and narratives, which will be pointed out from the bias of the feminist critic of the culture. As the practice of the collective shows, artivism associated with feminism, sexual and gender dissidences can create opportunities for the creation of libertarian subjectivities and forms of existence and resistance through collective productions in the visual arts.Keywords: City. This article outlines the ongoing development of a locative smartphone app for iPhone and Android phones entitled The Belfast Soundwalks Project. Drawing upon a method known as soundwalking, the aim of this app is to engage the public in sonic art through the creation of up to ten soundwalks within the city of Belfast. This paper discusses the use of GPS enabled mobile devices in the creation of soundwalks in other cities. The authors identify various strategies for articulating an experience of listening in place as mediated by mobile technologies. The project aims to provide a platform for multiple artists to develop site-specific sound works which highlight the relationship between sound, place and community. The development of the app and the app interface are discussed, as are the methods employed to test and evaluate the project.

AbstractThere is now a well-established ‘spatial turn in law’. However, it remains oriented towards notions of space rather than law. How, then, to capture both the spatiality of law and the legality of space? This article draws on Bruno Latour's concept of the legal construction of the ‘social’ to explore the assemblage of the city of law. It shows how law functions as a particular form of association in urban life by tracing two key forms of urban legal association in London, the city of law. The first form is ‘legal ordering’. This seeks to order urban life through domination, and includes citadel law, police law and laws of exception. The second is ‘legal consociations’, which build new forms of urban life, such as urban rights, the rights of the city and the right to the city. Finally, the article explores the creation of a spatial justice that can build more just legal associations.

Urban area will not be separated from the diversity that is owned by the region. A wide variety of diverse elements or objects (buildings, monuments, squares, signs, or the historic old town area, etc.) will give the characteristic features or the identity of a city. The presence of identity on a city course will provide an overview of the place of the region and made the difference with other places. This research was conducted in the road corridor Pemuda, district of Medan Maimun with qualitative methods of observation to the study site for the study using elements of diversity with the aim to discover the diversity of research sites and how with regard to the identity of the city. From the observation there is diversity in terms of different land uses (the function of the building), building typology, activities and others thus creating an identity that can be recognized by the public.
