Dalam sebuah Perguruan Tinggi, penyediaan suatu pelayanan informasi sangatlah penting apalagi jika didukung dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang kian berkembang sangat pesat. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja merupakan salah satu kampus yang bergerak dibidang IT yang memiliki sebuah sarana atau media dalam hal pelayanan informasi kepada seluruh Pribadi Raharja yang merupakan bagian dan masih berkesinambungan didalam sebuah pelayanan lainnya yaitu iDuHelp!. Pelayanan informasi tersebut dinamakan ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja) yang fungsinya yaitu memberikan sebuah pelayanan berupa penyampaian informasi didalam sebuah tiket online yang dibuat oleh operator iDuHelp! dan tiket tersebut diberikan kepada customer iDuHelp! untuk mendapatkan pelayanan terusan yang akan ditindaklanjuti kepada pihak yang terkait yang disebut PIC atau admin dari masing-masing TPi dan FiR yang ada pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. ROOSTER merupakan sistem yang sudah berjalan cukup lama dari generasi ke generasi dan terus melakukan pengembangan serta perbaikan agar sistem tersebut dapat digunakan lebih optimal lagi, tujuan ROOSTER itu sendiri yaitu agar seseorang atau customer mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dari pihak yang terpercaya serta tersampaikan dengan tepat waktu. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam sistem ROOSTER yang berjalan saat ini, seperti tiket overdue yang tidak pernah tampil lagi, ketidakakuratan sebuah data yang membuat tiket dengan full name yang tampil membuat pengguna ROOSTER tidak nyaman dan keliru dan informasi kerap kali terlambat diterima oleh customer, sehingga dibutuhkannya suatu perbaikan agar performa ROOSTER dapat berjalan lebih baik lagi dan nyaman digunakan. Kata kunci: ROOSTER, Pelayanan Informasi, iDuHelp! In a university, providing an information service is important especially if backed up with increasingly sophisticated technology is developing very rapidly. Prog College is one of the campus engaged in IT who have a medium or media in terms of information services to the whole person Prog that is part and still continuous in a more services are iDuHelp !. The information ministry called ROOSTER (Role Online Ticketing System Prog) whose function is to give a service in the form of information delivery in an online ticket made by the operator iDuHelp! and the ticket is given to the customer iDuHelp! to obtain the services of the canal will be followed to the relevant parties called PIC or administrator of each TPI and FIR contained in Higher Education Prog. ROOSTER is a system that has been running for a long time from generation to generation and continue to develop as well as improvements to the system can be used more optimally, the purpose ROOSTER itself, namely that persons or customers get accurate information from reputable parties and delivered in a timely manner. There are some constraints in the system ROOSTER currently running, such as ticket overdue that never appear again, inaccuracy of a data to create a ticket with a full name that appears to make the user ROOSTER uncomfortable and wrong and the information is often too late accepted. Safe academic services are the most important part of universities. The security of academic services is very important to maintain information optimally and safely. Along with the development of technology, academic information services are often misused by some irresponsible parties that can cause threats. To prevent these things from happening, it is necessary to know the extent of governance of higher education academic information system security by evaluating. So the research was conducted to determine the maturity of the security of Higher Education academic information service security by using the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS05 domain. The DSS05 domain in COBIT 5 is a good framework for use in implementing and evaluating the security of academic information services. Meanwhile, to determine the achievement of the evaluation of the security level of academic information systems, the Indonesian e-government ranking (PEGI) method is required. The combination of the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS05 domain using the PEGI method in academic information security service is able to provide a level of achievement in the form of Customer Value. The results of the COBIT 5 framework analysis of the DSS05 domain using the PEGI method get a score of 3.50 so that the quality of academic information service security evaluation achievement is at a very good level. At this level, universities are increasingly open to technological development. Higher education has applied the concept of quantification in every process, and has always been monitored and controlled for its performance in the security of academic information systems.

This research aims to develop a smartbot prototype that can be used by libraries to help librarians improve their information service quality. This study will contribute to academic libraries, especially supporting information and reference services by providing quick responses and accurate answers. Librarians will benefit from this prototype and users will also receive fast and accurate information from the library. The method used in this study consists of two phases: Plan and Design. This paper focuses on the planning and design process of the library smartbot prototype. These activities are as follows: Plan, where strategic planning is carried out, including looking at the organizational structure in which the smartbot will be implemented, examining the technology in the library, and collecting data and information that will support the smartbot. The Design phase defines the tasks in the modeling process and building the prototype. Artificial intelligence studies are rarely conducted in the library field, especially in Indonesia.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to establish a massive online open course (MOOC)-based map of higher education knowledge and apply it to university libraries. It hoped to provide more targeted and personalized learning services for every learner. Design/methodology/approach In this study, MOOC and university library information services were outlined, the development status of MOOC at home and abroad and the development of university library information services were introduced, and the necessity and significance of MOOC in developing information services in university libraries were analyzed. What is more, the knowledge map of university libraries was explored. The four modules include the construction of data sets, the identification of related entities from plain text, the extraction of entity relationships and the practical application of knowledge maps. For the logical relationship of the course, a combination of knowledge base and machine learning was adopted. In the knowledge map application module, the knowledge map was visualized. Aiming at the generation of personalized learning scheme, a prior data set was constructed by means of the knowledge base. The original problem was considered as a multi-classification problem. K-nearest neighbor classifier divided all courses into four academic years to obtain all courses. According to the course stage, the personalized learning scheme of some majors in higher education was obtained. Findings The experiment showed that it was feasible to apply the higher education knowledge map based on MOOC to university libraries. In addition, it was effective to divide the course into four stages by classifier. In this way, the specific professional training program can be obtained, the information service of the university library can be improved, and the accuracy and richness of the entire learning program can be increased. Research limitations/implications Due to the limitations of conditions, time and other aspects, there were not many opportunities to visit the field library, which led to limited level and imperfect research. There were many proper nouns and professional terms in foreign references, but my English translation ability was limited. The relevant investigation on foreign studies may not be detailed and comprehensive enough, and the analysis and induction of influencing factors of university library information service may not be rigorous and concise enough. Practical implications As the base of university information dissemination, the university library is the source of knowledge. At the same time, it is also the temple of students’ independent learning and the media of mainstream culture and improving its own information service level is also in line with the trend of The Times. Under this background, this research studied the influence of MOOC on university library information service and focused on the challenges and opportunities faced by university library information service in the MOOC environment, so as to continuously improve its cultural serviceability and better serve teachers and students. Originality/value Since the birth of MOOC, they have exerted great influence and enlightenment on universities and relevant educational institutions within a few years. European and American universities take an active part in the construction of the MOOC platform and explore how to make better use of the library to build MOOC resources in practice. It is also a hot topic for university libraries to participate in the construction of MOOC information resources. Therefore, the study of this topic has both theoretical and practical significance.

This study aims to determine whether the guidance of further study information services affects the higher education interest of students of SMKN 2 Mataram. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the Pre-Experimental Design method in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The variables of this research are the interest in entering higher education and the independent variable of further study information service guidance. The study population was SMKN 2 Mataram, while the sample was students of class XI who attended further study information service guidance, namely 36 (thirty) students, who were determined by incidental sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows software with the Paired Sampe t Test procedure, the results show that t is greater than t table, t (count) (3.986)> t (table) (1.690). So the hypothesis of this research: there is an effect of further study information services on student interest in learning at SMKN 2 Mataram is accepted. The results of this study prove that information services for further studies have an effect on student interest in entering higher education. Therefore, it can be used as input and material for consideration for Guidance and Counseling Teachers in order to increase their role in directing vocational students who intend to continue to a higher level of education after completing their studies.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat dan selalu berubah-ubah dari tahun-ketahun membuat inovasi dalam membuat suatu karya yang kreatif, seperti halnya Perguruan Tinggi Raharja sangat membutuhkan sistem informasi yang relevan, akurat, cepat, dan efisien untuk menunjang keberlangsungan aktivitas akademik kedepannya. Green Orchestra Plus atau biasa juga disebut dengan GO+, merupakan sebuah sistem pelayanan informasi pembayaran mahasiswa secara online yang dibuat untuk Perguruan Tinggi Raharja sebagai sistem yang memberikan informasi pembayaran berupa RBK,RBR, dan cara pembayaran dengan menggunakan Virtual Account. GO+ memiliki tujuan yaitu membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi pembayaran secara mudah dan cepat.  Adapun tujuan viewboard GO+ adalah sebagai tempat dan wadah informasi dari data-data yang ada di database GO+ sehingga nantinya akan menampilkan informasi akurat dan terkini yang berkaitan dengan pembayaran mahasiswa. Dengan adanya tujuan viewboard ini juga dapat memudahkan staff memonitoring data mahasiswa. Database merupakan persyaratan dalam memonitoring sebuah data berbasis komputer. Sistem pemonitoring ini membantu dan memberikan alternatif untuk pihak staff keuangan dan untuk seluruh Pribadi Raharja. Hal ini berguna untuk memudahkan staff memonitoring semua yang berkaitan dengan masalah mengolah data yang terdapat pada GO+ menjadi sebuah viewboard. Viewboard ini berbasis Web karena viewboard yang diterapkan untuk menampilkannya menggunakan Website, dan caranya pembuatannya menggunakan tools Yii Framework. Kata kunci: GO+, Viewboard, Monitoring The development of information technology is getting faster and ever-changing from year to year making innovation in creating a work that is creative, as does College Raharja desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, andefficient in order to support the sustainability of the academic activities in the future. Green Orchestra Plus or also called as GO +, is a system of information service of student online payments are made to higher education as a system that gives Raharja payment information in the form of RBK, RBR, and payment method using Virtual accounts. GO + has a purpose and that is helping students get payment information easily and quickly. As for the purpose of viewboard is to GO places and container information from data that is in the databases GO + so that later will display current and accurate information relating to the payment of the student. With the purpose of viewboard it can also make it easier for staff to monitor students ' data. The database is a requirement in the monitor of a computer-based data. This pemonitoring help system and provide an alternative to the managerial, and party to the general audience. It is useful to mak e it easier for staff to monitor all issues relating to theprocessing of data contained on the GO + into a viewboard. This study aims to determine the correlation of digital information services with self-adjustment (independence of character) of students majoring in social studies in obtaining higher education information.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all social studies students of class X. XI, and XII in SMA N 2 Bantul Yogyakarta in 2018/2019 Academic Year, totaling 111 students. Intake by using quota random sampling technique by taking 25% of the number of class XII students that is a number of 35 students. Data collection methods in this study used a validated questionnaire with logical validity. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between digital information services and self-adjustment (independence of character) of students majoring in social studies in obtaining higher education information, by knowing the results of the calculation of rx1y = 0.741 with (P) 0,000 0.01, which means there is a positive and significant correlation between digital information services and self-adjustment (independence of character) of students majoring in social studies in obtaining higher education information. Implications in this study, schools should provide an intensive digital information service in accordance with the needs of students, so students will have comprehensive information about several aspects that exist in themselves as well as directions about higher education information services that are expected by students in develop their talents, interests, and potentials, so that they will influence and enhance the attitude of independence of good students.

E-Government is a government website that provides information services to the public. Website is a technology service provided to facilitate the public in accessing the information needed. The creation of a website in Anggilowu Village aims to make it easier for people to obtain good and accurate information. Existing data is not centralized and managed manually. This makes a job ineffective and takes a long time. Therefore, the creation of a village website to facilitate communication between residents and the Anggilowu Village. The method used in this study was prototyping models. The result of this study is a design of a village profile website.

AbstractThe present paper appraises a standardized test, the entrance exam of Iranian universities, known as “Konkur” that is administered annually as a means of gaining admission to higher education in Iran. This norm-referenced test is administered for students majoring in mathematics, experimental sciences, and humanities whose scores along their weighted GPAs in the last 3 years of high school are used as indicators of students’ rank. Based on the rank achieved, they would find the opportunity to select the highly regarded university for their education. Due to the importance of such a high-stake test which may bring about social and long-time consequences for the participants, the present paper tries to evaluate the test and its psychometrics aspects. It is ostensible that the exam provides a limited  situation for measuring the participants “knowledge of language” rather than their “knowledge about language.” Therefore, the dimensionality and validity of the test are debatable. Thus, the present review tries to characterize Konkur examination and discusses the rooms for untouched aspects for the betterment of its quality.

Purpose Copyright law supposedly brings a balance between copyright owners and information users as a way of creating a harmonious relationship. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between Kenya’s Copyright Act and the provision of information services in public university libraries in Kenya. Design/methodology/approach The study was informed by both the organization theory and the social systems theory which, respectively, provided a base for discussion on the library and its basic functions, and an interdisciplinary approach that accommodate library services and law. Data were collected from a sample of 77 librarians from public universities libraries, and analyzed using the qualitative method. Findings The study established that librarians were reasonably aware of the copyright Act. However, they were apprehensive and uncertain about copyright effect on the library. Evidence from the study showed that librarians needed to extend their knowledge and understanding of the copyright law for the effective provision of information services. The paper concludes that there is scope for librarians, using their wealth of knowledge and expertise, to make relevant and useful suggestions on copyright. Such contribution would assist in bringing harmony in the use of copyrighted materials. Originality/value These findings are original and will be useful in giving general direction on copyright. The study highlights the important issue of universities as parent institutions providing needed leadership in the copyright area.
