This article examines the implementation of CBT model in the development of the Semambu Island Tourism Village. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, and collecting data is done by in-depth interviews. This study aims to describe the application of CBT (Community Based Tourism) in the management of Semambu Island Tourism Village, the role of various stakeholders, and development in the management and development of Semambu Island Tourism Village in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The results showed the concept of CBT applied to achieve tourism planning in this place was applied in the form of local community participation, the establishment of a tourism protection village, management of tourist attraction with an environmental perspective and the creation of community business activities. Management of tourist attractions in the Semambu Island Village emerged from the discovery of local communities. With several considerations concerning the development of Semambu Island Tourism Village, it still needs funding assistance from the local government, providing facilities and infrastructure as a tourist attraction, increasing the number of tourists, and the still limited ideas to add complementary businesses and Semambu Island Tourism Village.

The potential of the natural tourist attraction of Siwang Paradise will have a high attractiveness value if it is supported by the role of stakeholders in management and development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of stakeholders in the management and development of the natural tourist attraction of Siwang Paradise, and what obstacles are experienced by stakeholders in optimally managing and developing these objects. The method used is descriptive qualitative, the determination of respondents is based on snowball sampling technique, the analysis is carried out inductively based on facts and the results of interviews with respondents and key actors. The results showed that the stakeholders involved in the management of the Siwang Paradise object were the key actors (area owners) and the main actors (surrounding communities). Constraints in the management of the Siwang object are due to the lack of trust within the area owner to involve supporting stakeholders, in this case the private sector, NGOs, and academics. So that the management of objects in developing various readiness of tourist attraction products becomes slow and runs not optimally. The visible impact of the management is the economic impact, through increasing family income, social impact, reducing unemployment, opening up road access, making motorcycle taxis easier to use, making it easier for people to do their activities. While the ecological impact is the management is carried out by paying attention to the cleanliness of the environment from waste, and based on the carrying capacity of the object area.

This research is located in Pakraman Karang Sari, Village Office Suana, Nusa Penida in tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri which aims to determine the function of local communities in the management of the attraction in the development and planning as a community-based tourism destination.         Data collection techniques in this study, by observation, in-depth interviews with 6 informant, and documentation study by taking a picture in the attractions of Goa Giri Putri. The data have been analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques are broadly communicating, and systematic explanation of the data obtained in the field with the aim of obtaining a clear picture and objektif.  The result of this research is the role of local communities in the management of a tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri is as pengemong / pengempon who have the responsibility to maintain and grow attractions Goa Giri Putri directly or indirectly such as participating maintain cleanliness, keeping tourist attraction Goa Giri Putri, keeping pemedek or tourists who visit and support the implementation of the current pujawali ceremony  / ceremony at Pura Goa Giri Putri with managers and other stakeholders.   Keywords: Participation, Local Communities, Management, Tourist Attraction, Community Based Tourism

Abstract. One form of crime against humanity is rape, sexual harassment, sexual slavery or other forms of sexual violence where the victims are often women. In dealing with cases of sexual violence, not only do we depend on government regulations that provide severe penalties for the perpetrators, but also the role of the surrounding community who care about social problems, especially community institutions. The role of institutions is very much needed in handling victims of sexual violence which have severe impacts on both children and adults. With this this set of background, Pulih Foundation was born as a psychological institution that provides counseling and assistance services for the recovery victims of sexual violence. This study aims to reveal how the stages and efforts to recover trauma of sexual violence victims to recover from the violence effects. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. Data collection consists of interview, observation and documentation. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Pulih Foundation has been making efforts to restore vvictims of sexual violence by providing assistance and counseling. In the recovery effort, victims of sexual violence go through the following stages: emotional stages such as the denial stage, the anger stage, the depression stage and the offer stage before finally reaching the acceptance stage.  Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan berupa pemerkosaan, pelecehan seksual, perbudakan seksual atau bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual lainnya yang korbannya sering kali adalah perempuan. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual tidak hanya perpangku tangan mengandalkan peraturan pemerintah yang memberikan hukuman berat untuk para pelaku, tetapi juga peran masyarakat sekitar yang peduli akan masalah sosial terutama lembaga-lembaga masyarakat. Peranan lembaga sangat dibutuhkan dalam penanganan korban kekerasan seksual yang menimbulkan dampak berat baik pada anak maupun pada orang dewasa. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut Yayasan Pulih lahir sebagai lembaga psikologi yang memberikan layanan konseling dan pendampingan untuk pemulihan korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana tahapan dan upaya pemulihan trauma kepada korban kekerasan seksual untuk pulih dari dampak kekerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan itu Yayasan Pulih melakukan upaya pemulihan untuk korban kekerasan seksual dengan memberikan pendampingan serta konseling. Pada upaya pemulihan, korban kekerasan seksual melewati tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan emosi seperti tahap penyangkalan, tahap kemarahan, tahap depresi dan tahap penawaran sebelum akhirnya mencapai tahap penerimaan.


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). This research was in purpose of conserving river environment in developing sustainable tourism by empowering local community to control balance or harmony in life depends on local genius. Heterogeneous tourism potentials owned by Badung river’s area to be enhanced as new attraction, within eco tourism concept. This research designated by using descriptive research, since authors explored data and information regarding topics to get in-depth data for further research. In this research, authors wanted to identify designation of rain park in order to arrange Badung river as an environmental educational tourism region. Data were collected through observations, documentation, and interview with qualitative descriptive as analysis technic. The result of the research showed the development of alternative tourist attraction, namely Rain Park in Badung’s River. This tourist attraction is a part of community-based tourism that utilize element of rain and water as an attraction. Moreover, this attraction will be a viable and possible option to answer any water pollution issue among Badung river area.

This study the authors used descriptive research type. Sampling  technique  is done by purposive sampling. Primary data obtained by observation (Observation) and using an interview guide. Techniques of data analysis using qualitative methods and frequency tables. Population and samples in this  study  were  the wives of fishermen who work in the Village Tanjung Tembeling. This study aims to determine the role of the fisherman's wife in improving the economy of the family. The usefulness of  this study is expected  to  be the results of this study in particular input Bintan regency governments  in  developing  existing potential for the region's development and  research are also  expected  to be a reference and comparison to other studies related to this research. The results generally show that the wives of fishermen who work to help her family make ends meet motivated by economic factors and to supplement her family's income. Most educational level fisherman's wife owned only a primary school, where the wives of fishermen working in the informal sector, which does not require high education and skills

Bali has various tourism potentials both natural and cultural which yet to be explored and identified further in order to be developed to become tourist attractions, with feasible facilities available that can be offered. Sangeh Village is one of tourist villages in Badung Regency which has various tourism potentials and one of it is Tourist Attraction of Alas Pala Sangeh. In addition there are still many other tourism potentials which are yet to be developed and promoted optimally. Therefore this research was conducted to identify tourism potentials existed at Tourist Village of Sangeh. The method being used in this research was qualitative method with data sampling technique through observations, in depth interviews, and literature studies so that able to identify tourism potentials existed at Tourist Village of Sangeh. The result of this research shows that the Village of Sangeh is one of customary villages in Bali which has various tourism potentials so that the Village of Sangeh is called a Tourist Village. The potentials owned by Tourist village of Sangeh is in the form of physical and non-physical potentials. Physical potentials referred to among others are Tourist Garden of Mumbul, Tourist Attraction of Alas Pala Sangeh and Pondok Jaka, whereas non-physical potential is Trekking activity managed by POKDARWIS Bukit Sari Sangeh, an institution that supervise Sangeh Traditional Activity.This research aims to identificate potentials of tourism available in Tourist Village of Sangeh.    Keywords:Identification, Tourism Potential, and Tourism Village


Ende Regency has a huge potential to be developed into a tourist attraction. One of them is the marine tourism attraction located in Aewora Village, Maurole District, namely Pantai Enabara. The beach has not been developed because of the lack of government attention and the low level of tourism human resources of the local community. This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders, to know the perceptions of the local community and tourists, and to conduct a strategic development of tourist attractions. The research used a qualitative method with Likert scale assisted. The data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation study. The number of respondents in the data collection of 20 respondents selected incidentally. The concept used in research is the concept of tourist attraction, marine ecotourism, and perception. The results showed that tourists are very enthusiastic to welcome the proposal to make Enabara Beach a tourist destination. In terms of tourists, tourists realize that Enabara Beach has a very attractive appeal and tourists also agree if the beach is managed based on the principles of eco-tourism. In supporting the maritime tourism development strategy based on ecotourism, active participation from the community, Local Government, and coordination of all stakeholders are needed to improve the quality of service and tourism attractions, accessibility, facilities, and institutions.
