Income in Islamic banks is primarily determined by how much profit or profit the bank receives. Several factors that become indicators of Islamic Bank income are financing funding and the lack of non-performing financing. The greater the financing of third-party funds, the greater the profit to be received, and the higher the NPF level, the lower the bank's profit. Banks with a large enough CAR will be able to increase bank profitability. The NPF variable harms ROA because a decrease in the NPF ratio will increase bank profits. And the CAR variable as an intervening variable also has a positive effect on ROA because an increased CAR will increase bank profitability. Whereas when the NPF decreases, the profitability of Islamic banks also decreases, while when FDR and CAR increase, ROA decreases. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of FDR and NPF on ROA?. Is there a partial and simultaneous influence of FDR, NPF, and CAR on ROA. This research is a quantitative study with the population of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In comparison, the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method with criteria determined by the researcher so that 4 Islamic commercial banks were obtained from 2012 to 2019. This study used secondary data with research methods using quantitative methods with an associative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the associative analysis technique, namely multiple linear regression testing, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the FDR variable has an insignificant negative effect on ROA, NPF has a significant negative effect on ROA. In comparison, CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, the FDR and NPF variables have no significant effect on ROA. For the results of the path analysis, it is found that the CAR variable cannot mediate the effect of FDR and NPF on ROA.

Abstract.     Financial performance is an analysis carried out to see the extent to which a company carries out the rules of implementing finances properly and correctly. The measurement of the financial performance of Islamic banks mostly still uses conventional measurement indicators namely profitability. This is considered less relevant, because the measurement of the performance of Islamic banks should be measured based on the suitability of sharia. Sharia Conformity and Profitability is a tool that measures the integrity of a bank, but still does not ignore the conventional side because the purpose of Islamic banks is to seek profit. This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Governance Business Sharia on Sharia Conformity and Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The population in this study used all Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The sample used was eleven Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2012-2016. The method in this study uses explanatory research methods. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results showed that the level of implementation of Good Governance Business Sharia was good enough and tended to increase. The Sharia Conformity and Profitability level of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia has a high level of performance which means that the average performance is above on average. The implementation of Good Governance Business Sharia (GGBS) has a positive effect on Sharia Conformity but has a negative effect on Profitability. The results have important implications for Islamic Commercial Banks and regulator regarding Good Governance Business Sharia that should be modified as it aligns with sharia conformity but does not have impact on profitability. Keywords.    Financial performance, Sharia Conformity and Profitability, Good Governance Business Sharia.

This study aims to see the effect of deposit financing (FDR) (X1) non-performing financing (NPF) (X2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) (X3) on murabahah financing (Y) in Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2015-2019. The population in this study were all Sharia Commercial Banks recorded in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2015 2019 period. The sample of this study was 11 Islamic Commercial Banks from 14 total populations using quantitative methods with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Meanwhile, the data analysis used Multiple Regression, Determination Coefficient Test, Partial T Test, and Simultaneous F Test. The results of the T test showed that FDR and CAR partially had an effect on Murabahah Financing as long as the NPF variable had no significant effect on Murabahah Financing. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a relationship between the variables FDR, NPF and CAR on Murabahah Financing together, these three variables have a significant effect on the variable murabahah financing.
