Research dedicated to structuring the scientific sphere in social bonds as an instrument responsible investing. The purpose of the paper is to form an information and bibliographic field of research of social bonds as tools of VI and their statistical support in the context of a new type of SIP. It was found that social bonds as a public-private partnership aimed at achieving financial, social impact, and influence on the development fully meets the criteria of the VI instrument, but is studied primarily in the context of the empirical. The reason for this is the fact that the keys were based on practical use, and there is a large number of publications on a wide range of topics in the Scopus database without specifying the sound supply of the arms of 11,207 documents. A donation for the analysis of the informational-biometric field of social oblasts as for the tool BI will be received from the number of publications indexed by Scopus (Elsevier). Hours of progress for analysis at the end of 15 years (2005-2020 years). As for the research methodology, it is quite broad and includes built-in tools for analyzing the publication of the Scopus database, which provide a general idea of the information and bibliometric field of social bonds, software bibliometric analysis based on VOSviewer 1.6.15 for clustering analyzed publications with subsequent visualization, Google tools Trends, and Google Data to study Internet search activity information and statistics for this tool. The first two methods allowed to analyze the publishing activity on the studied tools in academic circles on the leading base of scientific publications. The third is to describe the current trends in the development of information and statistical support of social bonds. The application of these methods for structuring the scientific sphere of social bonds allowed to justify its status – as one that is formed and requires additional information and statistical support. Keywords: social bonds, responsible investing, Scopus (Elsevier), VOSviewer.

Currently, much attention is paid to the correct presentation of the results of. This is not surprising, since international standards used for assessing the effectiveness of scientific clinical and pre-clinical studies in scientific publications activities are based on citation rates and the number of publications in peer-reviewed journals. This tradition originated in the UK and is the result of a struggle for grants in the scientific community. The Hirsch index (individual authors) type of assessment and the impact factor (journals) made it possible to quantitatively compare papers without referring to their content. The assessment of the latter was accomplished by editors of the journals, and it was assumed that it was objective. This method was consistent with the digitalization process, but it has not yet received an ethical assessment. This is happening not only because there is a fairly wide range of opinions on this issue in the scientific community [1], but also because moral plots are generally not referred to digital processes.

The article presents a bibliometric review of the array of the of the most actively cited Russian publications in the Scopus database for the period 2010-2020. The criteria for studying the array of publications with the highest citation were the following: frequency distribution of publications by type; determination of the share in open access; frequency distribution of documents by quartiles of publications; frequency distribution by SciVal topics; frequency distribution by the degree of relevance of topics (percentiles); analysis of publications by the number of co-authors; Influence on field-weighted citation (FWCI); determination of the share of publications made with and without foreign participation; determination of the list of countries with which the greatest amount of work was carried out; distribution of publications by shares in various fields of knowledge; determination of the average number of co-authors per 1 publication; determination of leading organizations by the number of publications included in the top 550 by citation for the period 2010-2020.It was found that the vast majority of publications with the highest citations were issued by major international organizations, and most of them are concentrated in journals with a high open access rating, mainly in the first CiteScore quartile. The leading fields in terms of the number of most cited documents are Medicine, followed by physics and astronomy, as well as biochemistry, Genetics and molecular biology. It is shown that it is preferable to use SciVal themes, rather than the thematic area of journals. It is shown that when ranking publications by citation, one should focus on the influence of citation weighted by field, but not on the overall citation. The greatest citation of Russian publications is observed in works performed within the framework of MegaScience projects in international mega-co-authorship. The study of the array of the most actively cited Russian scientific publications is important both for monitoring the dynamics of their significance level and for developing a strategy to increase it.

Abstract The aim of the article is to present the results of bibliometric analyzes of scientific papers on the quality management of medical services published in 2001–2017 and indexed in the Scopus database. The analysis uses basic techniques of bibliometric analysis with the technical support of VOSviewer software. The publication proposes an original procedure for analyzing the literature on the subject. The results of the study allowed to determine the trends in the number of publications from 2010 to 2017. At the same time, an analysis of areas of science was presented, in which issues related to the management of the quality of medical services were analyzed, as well as citation of main authors and research centers. The whole analysis concerning the topic of quality management of medical services and bibliometric analysis of scientific works on the concepts and interrelations studied has identified the main six clusters that related to the management of quality of medical services ranging from broadly understood changes in healthcare organizations, internal quality management factors, development issues and education, regulation and standardization of the concept of quality improvement, and technological aspects of quality management in medical services. It seems, therefore, that the conducted studies can be considered as a specific guide for those interested in risk and uncertainty, despite the fact that they are not free of restrictions, for example, due to the narrowing of the time or criteria concerning the types of documents examined. In this context, the analyzes carried out give a wide range of opportunities to propose new research ideas on the above issues in contemporary organizations.

Financial literacy has been widely discussed in various countries with a wide range of subject areas, focuses, and loci. The purpose of this paper is to map the trends of scientific publications and map the network of authors on financial literacy, especially in the MSME sector. We have developed bibliometric analysis through VOSviewer software, supplemented by literature reviews. A total of 126 articles were obtained from Scopus related to the topics "financial literacy" and "micro small medium enterprise". We present trends in financial literacy research, author productivity, and journals, as well as detailing the network of co-authorships who have researched and published in the scientific domain. The results of the study are known that 1) The application of financial literacy in MSMEs only appeared in 2010 and experienced a significant upward trend. 2) Penulis most productive comes from china, where there are 2 authors each produce 3 articles. 3) Co-authorship has not been established between writers in each country and between countries. 4) Indonesia contributes financial literacy publications in MSMEs the most compared to other countries, with the number of publications as many as 34 articles. Lastly, the mapping provides an overview of which countries and writers are concentric and collaborate with each other on the topic of financial literacy in MSMEs.

The aim of the article is to define the characteristics of platform companies and their digital platforms as new mechanisms of competition and social transformation in the global economy. The relevance of the article is due to the demand for theexperience of foreign platform companies as the main business models for the competitive development of the economy. The authors apply methods such as theoretical analysis of scientific publications (analysis, synthesis, generalization); deduction as a procedure for the transition from the general to the particular; analysis of the structure of the influence of platform companies on the strategies of competition, highlighting the differences between the platform and linear business models; determining the influence of platform companies on competition among offline partners; identification of competition between platform companies and within them; highlighting aspects of the social impact of the functioning of platforms and platform companies. The study is based on the works of domestic and foreign authors devoted to the analysis of the development of platform companies and the assessment of the social impact of these processes, as well as the interaction between the authors and developers of digital platforms. The scientific novelty of the article is provided by the analysis of a wide range of competition tools, which favorably distinguish the platform approach to modern business from the linear one. The results of the analysis make it possible to form a model of the competition ecosystem in the platform economy. The authors conclude that the basis of the competitive success of platform companies is their ability to expand the scale of activities (as a result of optimizing various types of assets), to minimize costs by involving external users in the process of creating added value, and cross-platform cooperation. The authors recommend that Russian business entities use the experience of foreign platform companies to gain competitive advantages not only in the Russian IT sector but also outside of it. Particularly important are: decentralization of quality control procedures, creation of new sales markets, collection, and processing of large amounts of data, development of strategies for entering markets as suppliers and contractors, diversification of activities at the stage of attracting investments, a social construction.

The purpose of the review is to summarize current literature data and the results of our own research on the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of acetylsalicylic acid, as well as the physiological mechanisms underlying them. This acid is the most studied reference representative of salicylates, which is convenient to consider the physiological effects characteristic in general for this group of chemical and medicinal products. Acetylsalicylic acid has analgesic properties against thermal pain and pain caused by electrical stimuli, as well as a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect. The realization of these properties depends on the peculiarities of aspirin metabolism in the body, ion and synaptic mechanisms for controlling the functional state of the cell, neurotransmitter systems of the сentral nervous system, and mechanisms of peripheral and сentral analgesia. Analgesic properties of acetylsalicylic acid founded not only in normal, but also in ultra-small doses. Various physical and especially chemical factors significantly change their effects. This increases the interest in studying the analgesic activity of salicylates and their physiological mechanisms, since such studies can serve as a basis for creating new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with low toxicity and high safety for patients, and improve the strategy of their practical use. Currently, the most detailed study of the physiological mechanism of analgesic and anti-inflammatory action of aspirin and its main metabolite – salicylic acid. However, it should be note that despite the abundance of existing data obtained in scientific studies of the effects of aspirin and its practical use, there are a number of unexplained aspects of the action of this drug, the mechanism of which has not yet been deciphered. The continuing interest in the effects and mechanisms of action of this drug and in connection with the expansion of its use evidenced by a consistently high number of scientific publications on aspirin in the most famous foreign and domestic publications. At the same time, the number of publications about aspirin is an order of magnitude higher than about any other drug known to humanity.
