This article summarizes the scientific approaches to improving the quality of relations between the enterprise and business partners in preparation for the release and production of new products in today's economic realities. The study's main purpose is to substantiate and develop a methodological approach for determining effective relationship models between enterprises and business partners to prepare and produce new products. The article presents a developed four-stage methodological approach. The first stage of the study presents an analysis of existing approaches to forming relationships between the enterprise and business-business partners to prepare and produce new products. In the second stage, factual data on machine-building industry enterprises' functioning were collected to determine the effectiveness of cooperation and success, which are the key components that improve the quality of relations between the enterprise and business partners in preparing new products. At the third stage, partners' priority was determined to characterize the quality of the relationship between machine-building enterprises and business-business partners. The fourth stage determined the relationship between the qualitative levels of business partners' priority and appropriate relationship models to prepare and produce new products. The study used expert methods, multidimensional factor analysis, additive convolution method, structural-logical method, graphical method. A survey of enterprise representatives was conducted to assess the effectiveness of cooperation on 12 surveyed machine-building enterprises. Partial indicators were identified and substantiated by multidimensional factor analysis, generalized for making decisions about business partner enterprises' existing opportunities to prepare and produce new products. Based on the calculation of the integrated indicator, partners' priority was determined. That characterized the quality of relations between machine-building enterprises and business-business partners in preparing and producing new products. According to the Harrington scale specified for the economic conditions of Ukraine, the qualitative levels of partner companies' priority were determined. The proposed effective models of relationships for preparing and producing new products are put in line with them. The study results could improve the quality and validity of the formation and maintenance of relationships between enterprises and business partners in preparing and producing new products.

Objective: The current study examines (a) whether ADHD among college students is associated with differences in perceptions of quality of life (QoL); (b) the moderating roles of comorbidity, drug use, psychopharmacological treatment, and psychosocial treatment; and (c) the total impact of these variables on QoL. Method: Participants were college students with and without ADHD ( N = 372) in a longitudinal study. Results: College students with ADHD were more likely to assert negative global QoL evaluations relative to non-ADHD peers. The relationship between ADHD and QoL was not altered as a function of medication treatment, comorbid psychopathology, psychosocial treatment, or drug use. Conclusion: College students with ADHD behave similarly to other adults with ADHD in that they make lower subjective global evaluations of their QoL relative to their non-ADHD agemates. Other factors associated with ADHD and QoL do not appear to moderate this relationship.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the contours of fairness by showing how different facets of fairness impact three important employee outcomes (job satisfaction, turnover intention and employer advocacy) and examining the mediating role of quality of management and leadership (through perceptions of both senior management and the quality of exchange with immediate supervisors) in attenuating negative impacts of unfairness on these outcomes. The study extends the concept of fairness beyond the traditional focus on organizational justice and models the mediating role of leadership on the relationship between (un)fairness and the three employee-level outcomes in a sample of employees representative of the UK workforce. Design/methodology/approach – Data were obtained from a nationally representative sample of 2,067 employees in the UK. Exploratory factor analysis and then confirmatory factor analysis is used to refine three unfairness factors and address their dimensionality of the unfairness scale and then multiple regression analysis is used to test a fairness-leadership-employee performance outcome model. Findings – Results of multiple regression analysis revealed that both trust in leadership and leader-member exchange partially mediate the relationship between organizational (un)fairness and job satisfaction, advocacy and turnover intention, respectively. Practical implications – The findings highlight the important role that leaders play in influencing the relationship between perception of unfairness and employee outcomes. This has implications for both theory and practice as it suggests that the pattern of inclusion that leaders create through the relationships that they develop with their followers has a significant impact on the relationship between unfairness and the work outcomes. They not only must manage traditional perceptions of justice, but also the assessments employees make about trust in management judgements and the perceived consequences of such judgements. Originality/value – In an environment where perceptions of unfairness are becoming both more endemic but also more complex, the study shows that both senior leaders and immediate supervisors have important agency in managing negative consequences. Through the measurement of satisfaction, turnover intention and employer advocacy it also provides potential links to link fairness into the engagement literature.

The article analyses the methods for efficiency evaluation of sales activities management of the engineering enterprises of the Zaporizhzhya region. The peculiarity of the use of cost approach is disclosed. It is analysed the relationship between estimation of the management efficiency of enterprise sales activity with the use of cost approach and profit of the enterprise. The expert survey is carried out on the basis of analysis of methods for assessing the efficiency of management of sales activities of engineering enterprises in Zaporizhzhya Oblast. It has been established that nowadays most of the generally accepted methods for determining the efficiency of sales activities do not meet the requirements of specialists as for the effectiveness of sales activities of machine-building enterprises in the Zaporizhzhya region.

The success of each business relies on the employees' commitment to work, i.e., how and in which way employees perform their work. When consumers are offered the same or similar products produced by different companies and at different prices, and when the company's business result greatly depends on the quality of the work done, company management is more interested in securing its employees' full dedication to work. The generally accepted phrase "you get what you pay for" encouraged this research, whose purpose is to determine the strength of the relationship between materialistic and nonmaterialistic motivational factors to employees' commitment to work. This research starts with the assumption that materialistic factors of motivation are more important motivational factors for employees when compared to nonmaterialistic ones. Listed indicators of motivational factors represent independent variables, while the dependent variable represents the indicator 'work satisfaction', which determines the level of employees' commitment to work. The research had 147 participants who work in companies from different industries and different sizes. According to the Likert scale, a structured questionnaire was used to measure the employees' attitudes. Various methods for data processing in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Smart PLS3 program were used: Descriptive statistics of the sample (SPSS); Exploratory factor analysis - PCA analysis of principal components (SPSS): Factor analysis - a test of validity and confidence of the instruments (SmartPLS3); Bootstrapping analysis - testing of the hypothesis (SmartPLS3). The conducted research shows that nonmaterialistic motivational factors, including Interpersonal relations and advancement, statistically significantly influence satisfaction at work, i.e., employees' commitment to the work.

SMEs (Small and Medium-size Enterprise) in Indonesian are only growing in terms of quantity and undeveloped in terms of quality, which causing a decrease in competitiveness. The solution is not through the provision of financial approach but can be in a form of an agency that knows about the market or those who can provide knowledge about the quality of the product. The objective of this study is to analyze the competence of small businesses and business survival of SMEs in culinary field of Bandung. The analytical method used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). CFA method is used to measuring the relationship between each indicator to explain the competence of small business and business sustainability. Indicator of entrepreneur competence and business survival can be explained by all indicator researcher has been used. Small businesses of culinary in Bandung have a high category for the dimension of opportunity competency, organizing competency, strategy competency, social competency, and commitment competency. Nevertheless, there is still category of sufficient dimension, that is conceptual competency.

The current research is an analysis on the quality of an instrument that is used to measure educator performance at a college in West Nusa Tenggara. The research aims to improve the quality of the instrument. Factor Analysis is used in the study. There are 3 measurement factors in the instrument, those are pedagogic factors (5 indicators), professionalism (11 indicators) and personality (3 indicators). The result shows that: 1) those indicators can be classified into two factors, formal factors and informal factors. Formal factors is institutional and structured, such as the indicators of subject matter delivery, the use of teaching method, the use of relevance example, and the use of learning media and tools. Meanwhile, informal factors is non-institutional, which tends to be emotional relationship or informal relationship, such as educators capability in creating pleasant and friendly classroom; 2) It is found that some indicators need to be removed because they have indicator values less than 0.5, for instance the indicator that ‘lecturers explain the relationship between the subjects being taught and other subjects outside that subjects’ is need to be removed because it has a similar meaning with another indicator that is ‘lectures explain the application of the subject in real life’.

Most of the studies in corporate governance in banks and other types of firms investigate board diversity and quality separately, without considering the possible relationship between these two. To fill this gap, this study investigates through a new methodological approach the level of quality and diversity of the boards of a sample of Italian banks using a proprietary hand-collected database; in addition, it examines the relationship between diversity and quality of boards to verify whether more diversity consistently relates to higher quality, in accordance with the regulatory approach. Evidence shows that especially small and mutual banks need to improve quality and diversity, as they probably suffer from their limited attractiveness to top profile directors. Moreover, on analyzing interrelations we find evidence of a positive association between board diversity and quality. In particular, financial skills and experience of directors improve the qualitative level of banking boards.

This study argues that although scenic beauty, preference, and restoration are correlated due to their functional significance over evolution. A total of 86 respondents were randomly selected involving in this study. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) is used in the early stages to gather information about the interrelationships  among variables. The Cronbach’s Alpha (α) value was used to determine the level of reliability through the internal consistency for each factor.The objective of this paper is to determine the factors that influence on Happiest Selama Community. The output will be used to find the relationship between environmental setting and factors of quality of life among residents in Selama district.
