This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction in UPT Puskesmas Jasinga located in the city of Bogor. Data collection methods in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study has 28 statements with the likert scale of 6 titiik. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with convience sampling technique. In explaining the results of research, data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job stress does not have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of employees at UPT Puskesmas Jasinga.Keywords: work stress, work satisfaction, regressionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di UPT Puskesmas Jasinga yang berlokasi di Kota Bogor. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 108 responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan penelitian ini memiliki 28 pernyataan dengan skala likert 6 titiik. Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik convience sampling. Dalam menjelaskan hasil penelitan, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with job stress as a mediating variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a multinational real estate company. The number of samples taken in this study were 75 respondents. The data obtained was carried out from the results of distributing questionnaires through google form using purposive sampling technique. Processing of the collected data is carried out with the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on job stress, and job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Also, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. However, job stress can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research shows that in order to improve employee performance, companies need to pay attention to employee job satisfaction in order to reduce employee work stress levels. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan di bidang real estate berskala multinasional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan dengan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta, Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Akan tetapi, Stres Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan agar dapat menurunkan tingkat Stres Kerja karyawan.

Turnover intention is very much avoided by companies because it can create instability for labor conditions in the company. Turnover intention can be caused by factors of age, length of work, environmental factors, job stress, and job satisfaction. Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has made various efforts to ensure employee job satisfaction, however, there are many complaints that employees experience regarding workloads that are felt to be quite heavy, causing work stress. Overall, the culinary division has the highest turnover rate compared to other divisions. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of the culinary division. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 0.655 - 0.246X1 + 0.399X2. Based on the t test, job satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the determination analysis show that simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a contribution of 47% to turnover intention.

This study aimed to explore the employee perceptions of fraud in government agencies and the factors that influence the occurrence of fraud . The variables used in this study are the compliance of compensation and culture of organization as independent variables and fraud in government agencies as the dependent variable. Samples used in this research as many as 60 respondents from government agencies in Manado, especially in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency and the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the City of Manado. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling and data collection used questionnaires. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that, there is no influence of the appropriateness of compensation by fraud in Manado City government agencies, and there is a significant negative effect on fraud in Manado City government agencies.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

Four-Star Hotels in Bali continue to control the situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic by maintaining employee performance. Social Exchange Theory used to understand a person's behavior at work. A company leader who knows what employees want and can explain what will be obtained if the work results are in accordance with employee expectations will try to show maximum performance. The decline in employee performance indicates an increase in job stress and a decrease in employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress experienced by employee on job satisfaction and employee performance at Four-Star Hotels in Bali. The questionnaires were distributed to 130 employees from 10 Four-Star Hotels in Bali, only 117 questionnaires were returned (response rate 90%). The results showed that job stress has a negative effect on employee performance and, job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. The research implies that job condition can cause stress depending on the employee's condition. The salaries they earn do not match the workload they, especially when working from home, and working time of other employees reduce their level of satisfaction at work. However, Covid-19 Pandemic conditions nowadays, employees feel that job satisfaction has no effect on their performance.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian produksi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada turnover intention. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pengurangan tingkat stres karyawan dan membuat program untuk tujuan menekan turnover intention, seperti kesempatan promosi dan meningkatkan reward karyawan.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this study conducted to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee in production department. The sample was 86 respondent, using Slovin method with proportionate random sampling technique. The result showed that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. This study conclude that job stress has positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction significantly and negatively related to turnover intention of employees. Therefore, it is recommended to managerial level people to reduce stress levels in employees and to create a program for pressing turnover intention, such as promotional opportunities and improve employee rewards.</p>

Banking world is inseparable from the competition of services, service offerings but also bank’s health scores, so banks are required to maintain their health scores. The purpose of this reseach was to know significantion analyze form that ratio IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA, and CAR has significant influence to bank’s health scores use RBBR metods. Population that wear in this research is BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank in Indonesia. The sample were selected used purposive sampling technique. This reseach use secondary data and data collection methods used documentation method. The type of research conducted in this research is causal research is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis before the result of the research hypotesis that the IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA dan CAR have significant effect for soudness score on BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank. IPR, IRR, NPL, FBIR, ROA and CAR has a negative effect not significant, LDR, PDN, and NIM has a positive effect not significant, BOPO has a negative effect and significant. Of the ten variables studied  BOPO has dominant influence that is equal 24,4 percent among ten other independent variables. Suggestions for bank sample in this research to maintain its operational risks, minimize operational costs and increase operating income so that the health score is increasing every year.

The survival of a company is not only determined by the success of managing finances, but also determined by the success of managing human resources, in order to obtain job satisfaction as expected. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by many factors including work family conflict. This study aims to analyze the effect of work family conflict on employee job satisfaction on Pt Toyota Intercom Mobilindo Padang. Job satisfaction is a pleasure that a person feels for the role or work in a company. Low job satisfaction, can affect the quality of work, so that the decline in productivity of a company. Work family conflict is the occurrence of incompatibility between one role and another, where there are different pressures between roles in the family and at work. Someone who experiences high work family conflict will reduce the enthusiasm in carrying out activities. The population in this study were all employees of PT Toyota Intercom Mobilindo Padang. This sampling technique uses a total sampling technique, with a sample of 65 people. Data collection was done by questionnaire method. The data obtained were analyzed multiple regression to examine the effect of work family conflict on employee job satisfaction. The results showed Y = 11,190 + X = -1.507. So it can be said that work family conflict has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Toyota Intercom Mobilindo Padang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT.
