The article considers stages and methods of strategic management of the enterprise’s foreign economic activity. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and SPACE analysis of foreign economic activity are used on the basis of a particular enterprise. PEST analysis has highlighted political and legal, economic, social and technological factors influencing the foreign economic activity of the analyzed enterprise. SWOT analysis has allowed identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise. SPACE analysis has revealed that in the absence of growth in the services market, the use of a strategy for the enterprise diversification is acceptable. This strategy involves the creation and development of new services. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly monitor the activity of the enterprise in the international economic environment.

The article studies theoretical and methodological bases of the strategic management of the development of administrative territories, considers the essence of strategic management and formulates the advantages of using it in management of administrative territory. Based on the analysis of the key provisions of the EU regional policy, the strategy of “smart specialization” is considered as the most common approach to territorial development. Using the experience of the countries of the European Union as a basis, a BPMN diagram, describing the conceptual bases for the formation of a competitive territory strategy, was built. Practical approaches to the formation of strategies for the development of administrative territories operating in Ukraine, regulatory acts, in particular, that had a direct impact on the formation of the existing model of strategic territorial management, were analyzed. The main requirements to the content of the strategic plan were considered and the list of key provisions and analytical methods (socio-economic analysis, comparative analysis, SWOT-analysis, PESTLE-analysis, sociological analysis) was formulated. Using the comparative legal analysis of the experience of the European Union as a basis, a number of features can be highlighted that must be taken into account in the process of forming the administrative territory development strategy.

Purpose. The aim of the article is strategic analysis of the state of development of LLC “GALYCHMED”, identification of positive and negative trends and changes, identification, and awareness of the factors that cause inhibition of its development, search for priority ways and directions of development of the analysed enterprise. Methodology of research. To achieve this goal, a toolkit of research methods was used, namely: economic-statistical and calculation-analytical – to study the opportunities and threats to the external environment of the operation of LLC “GALYCHMED”, the strengths and weaknesses of the studied enterprise; matrix method of strategic analysis (SWOT-analysis) – to comprehensively reflect the results of the analysis of the external and internal environment of LLC “GALYCHMED”; problem-oriented – to substantiate the strategic directions and the potential scenario of solving the issues of development of the analysed enterprise; tabular – for visual display and effective perception of statistical data; induction and deduction – for concluding; logical – for the consistent generalization of theoretical and practical provisions of scientific research. Findings. SWOT analysis was performed according to the stages of filling in the SWOT matrix, processing (summarizing) results, and analysis of results. It is noted that the main purpose of SWOT analysis as a matrix method is to obtain reliable data on the company’s capabilities and threats to its promotion in the market of goods and services, so before SWOT analysis are the following tasks: identifying marketing opportunities that meet the company’s resources; identification of marketing threats and development of measures to neutralize their impact; identifying the strengths of the enterprise and comparing them with market opportunities; identification of enterprise weaknesses and development of strategic directions for overcoming them; identification of competitive advantages of the enterprise and formation of its strategic priorities. It is established that the influence of the macroenvironment is negative and the mesoenvironment is positive. The most important factors of positive influence are the attitude of the buyer to the product, the population, the attitude of people to work, and so on. Among the most negative factors are inflation, the social situation in the country and the world (COVID-19), financial crisis, slowing economic growth, the purchasing power of the population, industry competitors, potential competitors, and more. The following advantages of the analysed enterprise are determined: the goods sold by the enterprise; quality of services; state of the sales system; market share; availability of credit; enterprise assets; net profit. It is proved that the unstable financial market due to the pandemic, the devaluation of the national currency, the situation in the banking sector, losses in the area of environmental protection in eastern Ukraine, as well as other factors negatively affected the trading activities of LLC “GALYCHMED”. In most retailers, costs have risen and profits have fallen, prompting more conservative pricing and spending cuts. Originality. The application of SWOT analysis has been further developed, which allows to selection measures to ensure the economic growth of the enterprise, systematize problem situations, identify and use new potentials faster than competitors, avoid dangers, make informed decisions about small business development, and prevent irrational use of financial assets. This technique is an effective, affordable, cheap way to assess the state of the problem and management situation in small businesses. Practical value. The results of the SWOT analysis are recommended for use by the researched enterprise (LLC “GALYCHMED”) and other retail enterprises to determine the development strategy, for market analysis and study of competitiveness, but each time it must be adapted to the specifics of the enterprise. Analytical studies of theoretical and methodological aspects of company’s strategic positioning influenced by unpredictable factors of changeable environment are examined in the article. Justification of effective choice of strategic position is provided by the concept of formation of company’s economic activity context in emergent environment proposed by the authors. Problems of strengthening of company’s strategic position in conditions of changeable economic environment with undefined factors can be solved by means of the developed model of company’s economic activity context on the basis of methods of mathematical modeling. One of the advantages of the model implementation can be the usage of methodology of company’s strategic positioning in economic environment. The model elaborated by the authors implies a set of analytical-calculative aspects of testing and further implementation in strategic management practice. The given article proposes the first conceptual methodological stage of model of company’s economic activity context implementation. The obtained results of further adoption can be applied as element of strategic management of vertically integrated companies in conditions of emergent environmental challenges.

Introduction. In modern conditions, enterprises have every opportunity to implement all types of international economic activity. The main issues are the administration of the efficiency of international economic activity. The urgency of the work is due to the need for comprehensive research in the field of administration of efficiency of international economic activity. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to study the administration of the effectiveness of international economic activity and review the regulations on its implementation. This defined the following tasks: 1) to investigate the regulations of international economic activity of the enterprise; 2) to analyse the efficiency of foreign economic activity in terms of economic efficiency of imports; 3) to develop an approach to the administration of the efficiency of international economic activity of the enterprise. Results. The article examines the system of regulations on international economic activity of enterprises and its administration. The essence of the concept of "efficiency of international economic activity" and the classification of efficiency indicators are highlighted. Factors influencing the income and expenditure of international economic activity for its effectiveness are considered. The analysis of administration of efficiency of international economic activity of subjects of economic activity by means of an indicator of efficiency of import is carried out. The efficiency of one import operation is calculated on an example. It is proposed to consider the effective administration of import activities carried out by the company, if each 1 UAH costs more than 1 UAH income. Conclusions. The paper identifies the stages at which both internal and external administration of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Stages for administration of efficiency by international economic activity of the enterprises are offered. According to the results of research, the need to create a regulatory framework for the administration of the effectiveness of international economic activity of enterprises is substantiated.

In this article, the authors propose a study of modern trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia. They analysed the latest studies on the topic and identified the most popular areas of development. The authors strategically analysed the internal and external environment of the industry using the method of SWOT analysis and surveyed specialists and managers of enterprises of housing and communal services. As a result of a critical evaluation of the existing popular development areas in the housing and utilities sector, the authors formulated the main priority areas for the development of the industry. They proposed development tasks for each area. The implementation of the tasks, according to the authors, will ensure sustainable development of the housing and communal services industry. This study is significant for the development of the theory of strategic management in the field of housing and communal services. The work is of great practical importance, as it acts as a guideline for conducting strategic analysis and developing strategies for enterprises of the housing and communal complex, and also allows determining the main directions and trends in the development of housing and communal services in Russia.

The development of the industrial sector should be developed to encourage economic activity, especially in sectors that support the activities of entrepreneurship .To develop the industrial sector can be done by identifying the factors that support the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced in the development of a brick.Brick is a business venture that has been known by the public, especially by the people of Bengkulu Utara. Excellence of the qualities of this brick making business has the potential to be further developed, but the problem is that these efforts have not managed optimally by managers and local governments. Strategy formulation is done by using SWOT analysis. Results of this study showed that of the SWOT analysis, which uses matrix EFAS, IFAS, and SWOT matrix. External factors with the highest scores that affect business development opportunities bricks are factors that settlement growth opportunities, while the highest threat is the increasing internal competition.Internal factors with the highest score is the strength factor that is of good quality, while the highest weakness is the lack of knowledge on the technology and quality control due to the lack of opportunity to keep abreast of times. Next is the formulation of the proposed development strategy is based on a fundamental strategy in the strategy of strength and opportunities, strategies, weaknesses and opportunities, strengths and threats strategy, and strategy weaknesses and threats.  Keywords: Industry, SWOT analysis, Bricks Business Village City Court

Introduction. The globalization of the economy and the introduction of the concept of sustainable development largely determine the development strategy of both large and small businesses. Adherence to the principles of sustainable development is becoming a prerequisite for organizations to develop, increase competitiveness and attractiveness for stakeholders. The purpose of the study is to elaborate the stages of formation of strategic management of sustainable development of small business enterprises. Materials and Methods. An analysis of the financial, economic, environmental and social components of sustainability of JSC Leader-Compound was performed as a case study. The company's financial statements for 2012–2019 as well as the results of the survey conducted among the management staff were used as the materials for the study. The expert method was employed to determine the final assessment of compliance of JSC Leader-Compound with the features of strategic management of sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The employed method of strategic analysis (SWOT analysis) made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as threats and opportunities. Results. The results of a comprehensive analysis of the components of sustainable development of JSC Leader-Compound made it possible to conduct a final assessment of the compliance of this enterprise with the features of strategic management of small and medium-sized businesses. A sufficiently high level of development of the strategic management of JSC Leader-Compound has been noted, and reserves for its improvement have been determined. An algorithm for the process of development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable development of the company has been proposed. Methodological recommendations have been substantiated for each stage of the process. To calculate the generalized integral indicator of the level of sustainable development, a mathematical model has been proposed that takes into account the components of sustainable development of the company. Discussion and Conclusion. The proposed process of development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable development of a small business will make it possible not only to form a strategy based on the components of sustainable development, but also to ensure the possibility of its successful implementation. The research results may contribute to both practical activities of other small businesses, and further scientific research of the features of managing the sustainable development of small enterprises in other lines of business.

The article substantiates the need to form a business strategy of agribusiness entities, consid-ers the basics of practical implementation of the strategic management system, develops an algorithm for developing and implementing the development strategy of an agribusiness enterprise, including an analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT-analysis of the activities of an agribusiness enterprise, mis-sion, purpose of development, study of the main areas of choice of development strategy, study of enterprise strategies and their choice, justification the need for implementation and the essence of organizational changes, as well as the practical implementation of the strategy. The state of the external environment of agricultural enterprises specializing in grain production has been analyzed, a SWOT-analysis of the activities of enterprises with grain specialization of the Territory has been presented, and the differentiation strategy has been substantiated. The presented results can serve as a basis for the development and implementation of strategies for the development of agricultural enterprises.

Introduction. Activation of international business requires the formation of a strategy for the development of foreign economic activity, because its implementation allows to increase competitiveness and flexibility under conditions of the business environment changes. Nowadays, the problems of developing the foreign economic strategy of the enterprise become especially relevant, because the modern conditions of commercial activity require fundamentally new standards, management methods and stages of international business organizing. The purpose of the paper is to study the peculiarities of the application of the method of strategic analysis SPACE for the implementation of the optimal choice of development strategy of domestic enterprises on the example of Electroprylad SPE LLC. Results. The SPACE method is to develop an assessment of the strategic position and strategic actions of the enterprise. This is a comprehensive method of strategic analysis, which allows you to identify and characterize the competitive position in the market in order to select the best strategy for the enterprise to act at the market. The introduction of the SPACE method for the implementation of the optimal choice of development strategy of Electroprylad SPE LLC provides for the implementation of successive stages: analysis of financial strength; determination of competitive positions in foreign markets; assessing the attractiveness of potential foreign markets; assessment of prospects for potential stability in foreign markets; selection of the optimal strategy for the development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise based on the results of the SPACE method. The SPACE method allowed to form a group of priority characteristics and parameters of Electroprylad SPE LLC activity, which were previously identified from all existing variety, allowed to organize them and determine the complex impact on the management decision-making process by validity, as well as to choose the best foreign economic development strategy. Conclusion. Implementation of the SPACE method for selecting the strategy of foreign economic activity development of Electroprylad SPE LLC is connected with the mandatory involvement leading specialists in the strategic analysis in order to perform the necessary tasks related to the methodology of strategic analysis. The set of criteria is determined taking into account the internal priorities of work and external strategic goals of foreign economic activity. The parameters of the production and financial strength of Electroprylad SPE LLC must be fully taken into account.

Abstract. The article identifies the features of financial management in international economic activity in terms of limiting economic relations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. It is clear that the current state of the economy requires the spread of international economic activity at both macro and micro levels, as only provided that the integrated system of economic relations between the national economies of different countries and the benefits of international cooperation, it is possible to avoid economic and social problems associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. It is noted that Ukraine’s active participation in world economic processes requires economy. In turn, the transformation processes in Ukraine require a clear coordination of actions in all areas and parts of the financial system, which is the conceptual basis of a new model of economic and social development of the state. Such a model should combine the constant improvement of the welfare of society and every citizen and the formation of a competitive national economy in Ukraine, which would be organically integrated into global economic processes and take a worthy place in them. It is determined that Ukraine’s international economic activity has a very great potential in the development of economic relations, despite the existing problems, the solution of which is the key to future success in the development of trade in the international market. A SWOT-analysis of Ukraine’s international economic activity was conducted, which revealed trends in the development of foreign economic activity. The financial mechanism of development of the international economic activity (IEC) which is an element of management and the regulator of foreign economic relations is offered. The concept of IEC financial management is proposed, which substantiates the purpose and main tasks, which are specified at the micro and macro levels. It is concluded that many problems of financial management in international economic activity should be addressed primarily at the macro level, i.e. public institutions.
