Employee motivation at the industrial enterprises is one of the most important principles of modern management. The practice of production and commercial activities of domestic enterprises speaks for essential modifications in the approaches to identifying the methods of employee motivation. In the meantime, at many industrial enterprises, motivational modules are limited to the level of salary payment. Therefore, the search for approaches to the formation of effective methods of employee motivation and the analysis of their classification peculiarities require implementing the complex scientific research and determine the relevance of the chosen topic. The purpose of the article is to adapt the notion of function elasticity to increase the employee motivation effectiveness at the domestic industrial enterprises. Increasing the effectiveness of employee motivation at an industrial enterprise is the object of the research. The research findings are obtained using the theory and practice of expert methods and system analysis, whereby 26 basic (key) motivational measures were determined, which were divided into six block-modules: jurisdictions, effectiveness, social and psychological, indirect financial influence, and direct financial influence. The weight of each of the motivational factors is determined and they were also classi¬fied according to this indicator. The notion of motivation elasticity is proposed, which makes it possible to assess the motivational measures performance both for every block-module and for every employee, team, production department or enterprise.Motivation elasticity ratio for ten employees of Kharkiv Machine Engineering Plant FED is calculated. Recommendations for further research on the paper’s subject are proposed.

Thes article proves that the actual direction of effective enterprise management is the use of network management concept of production and commercial activities, which is based on the theory of stakeholders. This area of research is widely discussed in foreign economic publications, where a significant number of innovative developments and proposals have already accumulated. Research, generalization and use of foreign experience in the field of stakeholder theory are extremely important for domestic industrial enterprises. The purpose of the study is to study the methods of substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for managing relations with stakeholders on the basis of a cost approach, identification and grouping of stakeholders of industrial enterprises taking into account their interests. Achieving this goal is carried out using a conceptual approach to the formation of total value, which includes the value of the industrial enterprise and the value of its stakeholders, who jointly create the overall contribution of this economic entity in achieving society as a whole. The proposed approach differs positively from the conceptual provisions available in the theory of stakeholders and can be based on the theoretical provisions of managing the relationship of an industrial enterprise with its stakeholders on the basis of a cost approach. The implementation of the proposed approach allows an industrial enterprise to rank stakeholders by value, analyze the dynamics of the structure and parameters of flows of material and financial resources of the enterprise and its stakeholders.

The paper proposes a methodology for analyzing the system of interaction between an industrial enterprise and customs authorities in the process of carrying out foreign trade activities based on the classification and assessment of the system elements functions for performing customs operations and customs control. Foreign economic activity, which is a set of functions of organizations focused on the foreign market in terms of the chosen foreign economic strategy, as well as the forms and methods of work in foreign markets is considered as one of the key factors in the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. Analysis of the foreign economic activity of an industrial enterprise using the developed methodology will make it possible to determine the optimal and cost-effective options for performing customs operations related to the declaration and release of goods in accordance with the declared customs procedure. The focus on large participants of foreign economic activity, which are industrial enterprises, will allow using the results of the study to reduce non-production costs associated with the implementation of foreign trade activities by these enterprises. We have chosen an enterprise of the metallurgical industry that carries out foreign economic activity in cooperation with the customs authorities of the Russian Federation as the object of the system analysis in this research. At the same time the object of analysis is considered as a unified system that has the main system properties: integrity and divisibility, the presence of significant stable links between the elements of the system, the organization and the hierarchical structure of the system, integrative qualities. The object of the research is a complex-structured system of interactions between industrial enterprises that are participants of foreign economic activity and the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. The schemes of interactions of all elements of the four-level hierarchical structure of the analyzed system are illustrated.

The article analyzes the criteria for choosing a strategy for financial recovery at certain stages of crisis management of an industrial enterprise. Theoretical issues of crisis management are considered and the main tool of its implementation is investigated - organizational and economic management mechanism (strategy), the development and implementation of which should positively affect the economic development of the enterprise through a quality approach to its production and financial potential. Drawing up and using the plan as an element of reorganization should ensure timely response to changes in the economy of the enterprise, analyze possible deviations from the plan and determine the target settings of the enterprise as a microeconomic system in the economy. It is determined that the use of rehabilitation measures of financial recovery may lead to re-profiling of production, reorganization of industrial enterprises, sale of inefficient shares and units in the authorized capital of other enterprises, optimization of staff, its number, increase of authorized capital. In the course of this study the stages of financial recovery of an industrial enterprise that have a direct impact on the achievement of strategic goals and financial stability of the enterprise are considered; it is proposed to introduce a business plan and the form of a reorganization plan by sections in the process of solving the set functional tasks of modeling assessment, forecasting, scenario planning and control of innovation processes. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to the financial recovery of industrial enterprises, it was found that there is a problem in the theory and practice of crisis management in the form of imperfect assessment of the feasibility of financial recovery. Thus, there is a need to improve the rehabilitation mechanism not only in terms of loss of solvency, but also to preserve and increase the potential of the enterprise. As good governance and strategic decisions can have a greater impact on the negative effects of crises, this determines the relevance and appropriateness of research.

Research institutions and industrial enterprises demand high accuracy and precision positioning systems to fulfil cutting edge requirements of up-to-date technological processes in the field of metrology and optical fabrication. Linear motor system design with high performance mechanical guiding system and optical encoder ensures nanometer scale precision and constant static error, which can be calibrated by optical instruments. Mechanical guiding systems has its benefits in case of control theory and its stability; unfortunately, on the other hand, there exists high influence of structure geometry and tribological effects such as friction and modal response. The aforementioned effect cannot be straightforwardly identified during the assembly process. Degradation of dynamic units can be detected only after certain operating time. Single degree of freedom systems are well investigated and the effect of degradation can be predicted, but there exists a gap in the analysis of nanometer scale multi degree of freedom dynamic systems; therefore, novel diagnostic tools need to be proposed. In this particular paper, dual axes dynamic system analysis will be presented. The main idea is to decouple standard stacked XY stage and analyse X and Y configuration as two different configurations of the same object, while imitators of corresponding axes are absolutely solid and stationary. As storage and analysis of time domain data is not efficient, main attention will be concentrated on frequency domain data, while, of course, statistical and graphical representation of dynamic response will be presented. Transfer function, dynamic response, spectral analysis of dynamic response, and modal analysis will be presented and discussed. Based on the collected data and its analysis, comparison of X and Y responses to different velocity excitation will be presented. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of novel diagnostic way will be presented.

The article is aimed at improving development mining to prepare an ore body for stoping by access ramps to provide comfortable conditions and high technical and economic indices in underground mining. Efficient parameters of underground mining are chosen in the course of simulating data on the mining theory and practice considering ore losses and dilution on the basis of critical analysis of uranium mining enterprises’ activities. The research provides data on geological and engineering zoning of an ore deposit and physical-mechanical properties of ore bearing rocks. The advanced experience is systemized and there is provided system analysis of modern development mining schemes with access ramps (ring, spiral, one-way inclined, central inclined and across the strike). The research recommends schemes of development mining and substantiates their advantages. There are quantitative indices of physical simulation of development variants as to drawn ore quality according to criteria of soil location in ore draw points. The scientific novelty implies developing the criterion of optimality and ranking variants of development mining according to technical-economic and geomechanical indices considering some technological factors as well as the number of stopes operating simultaneously on the level. The study consists in increasing authenticity of development projects through applying complex schemes of access ramps according to the complex criterion of increasing mining depths, equipment application, ventilation and underground mine capacity.
