The purpose of research is to analyze the current marketing system at PT.Nordick Lift Truck in order to identify the existing problems faced by the company and to identify its weaknesses. Additionally, this research designs a web based Marketing system. The system has been designed to give facilitation for customer to get information abaut material of tutorial activity fast and efficient. The methodologies used are literature study, observation, interview, questionaire, analysis and design with 7-stages E-Marketing. It isconcluded that e-CRM system that has been designed supports information access easily and fast. The e-Marketing application consists of features such as Online Register, Contact us, Download, News, and Complaint. It is expected to help deliver and maintain customer satisfaction by building  a close relationship to the customers.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

The role of money changers is very important in meeting the needs of foreign exchange for the community. This role can also be fulfilled by banks and other financial institutions. People who want to order foreign currencies at this time still have to go through traditional procedures, where the buyer is required to come directly to the place of foreign exchange. This study intends to build a system design that can make currency orders and provide information on foreign exchange rates contained in each money changer through a web-based application. This research uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method, literature study, and data collection methods using a questionnaire. Based on the problems outlined and the results of the study, this system can be a source of information on foreign exchange rates and also an alternative order for foreign exchange. Foreign exchange orders can be made online through this information system. This system will continue to be developed with various features such as payment methods using biometric security methods with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. So users can search for foreign currency values and order them easily through online media.

The purpose of this research is to design decision support system of exemplary web-based employee using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in capital investment and integrated service one door regency kebumen.        Calculation method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Data collection techniques used is by observation, literature study and interviews that have a close relationship with the principal problems and methods of system development used is the method of waterfall system development. From the results of research conducted found the problems such as the lack of effective selection of exemplary employees who performed because it is still manual so that the selection of exemplary employees are still not efficient. The suggestions given to overcome the problem are: 1) Need to be socialized and training to the related sections, especially on the Subdivision of Personnel and general as admin, so that information systems can be utilized properly, 2) Need a better system development for data security can be more awake.

D'Moze Salon is a company engaged in the sale of salon services established in 2009 with its first branch located in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. Some of the factors faced by D 'Moze Salon are handling verbally delivered complaints, a large number of customers visit make a long waiting list for treatment, and it is difficult to identify and retain loyal customers. Implementing CRM is one way for companies to be able to create good relationships with customers and mutual benefits. Along with the development of information technology requires companies to apply technology in business because business competition is increasingly high. By applying the Electonic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) model that provides a means of interface for customers that can help solve existing problems so that they can benefit both customers and the company. The interface provided is a web-based E-CRM system created with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Using this E-CRM system D'Moze Salon is easier to manage the provision of services so the level of customer satisfaction increases also their loyalty. Thus, complaints will be reduced, testimonials from satisfied customers are increasing. This will capture potential new customers to choose D’Moze as the salon for treatment.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Marketing in this century has developed quite rapidly and is in demand by business actors because it has promising opportunities, including in big cities such as Tangerang. Property developer is a property developer engaged in housing. Until now, the marketing system for property developers is how to sell as much housing as possible in one month. The problem that occurs in the marketing system at property developers is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the home marketing process is still using the technique of distributing brochures and data processing so far it is still conventional and the list of booking lists and pricelists of house unit prices are not yet detailed. The purpose of the research is to build a housing unit marketing system using conceptual analysis and to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors are on property developers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based housing marketing system that can display detailed housing information including housing building specifications, price lists, housing locations, stock units, location maps and payment details

The aim of the research is to analyze existing problems on companies in the automotive service industry, namely, analyzing the current payroll system, identifying needs, and modify and design a better payroll system accordingly. Methods used are analysis methods and design methods. Analysis methods conducted are literature study, field observation, survey on current system, needs analysis survey, identifying information needs, interview, and design methods used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Obtained results are improved payroll system which has been done manually before. It can be concluded that a computerized payroll information system can solve existing problems and old procedures. 


The rapid development information technology and the need for recognition of the workforce competencies, creating challenges for the growth of consulting and training institution. In this study, efforts will be made to improve participants registration system through the design of application. The author uses ITIL v3 problem management to analyze existing problems in the company and use the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method in developing the systems. Data collection is done by conducting surveys, document studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study are a web-based registration system design that has the advantages of functional features, that is, Join Training, Invoice and Registration Status, where these three features will facilitate participants in registering, paying for and training placement. With the system developed, the registration process can run more effectively and efficiently than ever before and improve business operations at the institution.
