Marketing in this century has developed quite rapidly and is in demand by business actors because it has promising opportunities, including in big cities such as Tangerang. Property developer is a property developer engaged in housing. Until now, the marketing system for property developers is how to sell as much housing as possible in one month. The problem that occurs in the marketing system at property developers is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the home marketing process is still using the technique of distributing brochures and data processing so far it is still conventional and the list of booking lists and pricelists of house unit prices are not yet detailed. The purpose of the research is to build a housing unit marketing system using conceptual analysis and to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors are on property developers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based housing marketing system that can display detailed housing information including housing building specifications, price lists, housing locations, stock units, location maps and payment details

The digital age has led to the emergence of many companies such as E-commerce, which in the marketing process, not only do marketing through offline media but also have penetrated online or digital media. BliBli.com promotes its brand in collaboration with the digital agency Content Collision to be able to provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization) that can increase PageRank on Google. The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication strategy is carried out by the Content Collision Agency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection through interviews, observations, and study documents. The results showed that the communication strategy used by the Content Collision Agency in promoting BliBli.com was by managing BliBli's blog to be more interesting. Content contained on the website of articles, Slideshare, infographics, and live reports in the field, given a call to action on each document that has made. The content is SEO friendly, up to date, creative, informative, entertaining, distributed via online media, and accompanied by backlinks such as QR code and action buttons (buy now). This method makes it easier for readers to be able to get products and promotions available on Blibli.com. Readers can also share by clicking the share that serves as an expression to express like the article and want to share the information by others or just provide feedback for the content through comments. Reviews of products or services from the brand can increase the number of views and also to increase sales.

This research aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of educational innovation implemented by SD Muhamadiyah 7 Kota Bandung. By identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, the implementation of the innovation program is hoped can be more successful. The research method that was used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying it, taking conclusions, verifying, analyzing, summarizing, and analyzing data. The research results show; supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung City in developing the quality of school management, some are internal and external.

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ  berada pada posisi kuadran V yaitu berarti Hold and Maintain, pada posisi ini  strategi yang  tepat adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, serta pada kuadran SWOT  pada kuadran II Cobination mendukung stategi Diversifikasi, hal ini mengharuskan membuat alternative strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan Kekuatan yang ada sehingga dapat mengatasi ancaman.Kata Kunci: budaya kuliner, SWOT, IE. Author:Maria : Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta References: Agustim, W., & Nurhidayat, M. In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

This study aims to investigates the supporting and inhibiting factors in non vowel Islamic’s Kitab Kuning (The Yellow Books) educa- tion at Pesantren Putri al-Ishlahiyyah Singosari. Qualitative research method is used in this study by using descriptive qualitative data. From the analysis, this study finds : 1) The implementation of the education is still in a traditional form, which is, using only pesantren’s material and exclude the public school’s general material in it’s curriculum. Moreover, language learning methods used in Madrasah Diniyah classes consist of enumeration methods ( bandongan ), rote methods ( hafalan ), and assess- ment methods; 2) This study concludes that supporting factors in this pesantren are: educational infrastructure and facilities , interconnected learning materials, highly educated santri and ustadz . Meanwhile, the in- hibiting factors are : less active and motivated students, lack of the in- structional media and related books, the existence of translation books which make students less motivated to learn the non-translated source books, Monotonous teaching methods, and lastly, insufficient duration due to short period and time allocation.

Improving the ability of Arabic (bi-ah lughawiyyah 'arabiyyah) and Islam with the BISA system program. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Arabic and Islamic learning in the Bogor Arabic Village explicitly. The research method uses qualitative. Data collection techniques: (a). Observation, (b). Interview (c). Documentation study. Conclusion (1). Arabic learning with the muhadatsah model for speaking skills and the qawa'id method for reading skills. (2). Islamic religious education starts from tahfizhul Quran, creed material, worship, morals, and muamalah. The learning process impact is mastering the Arabic language and applying it to the practice of Islam. It combines village and school concepts with the selection of beginner, intermediate, and advanced material.

Research on the study of the use of greeting in Banjarese which stay in Kapuas District of Central Borneo.This Research focused to describe the greeting word used by the people, particularly the greeting word in Banjarese used by the first generetion in Kapuas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by observation with a look at, involved notes. Sources of research data used is the preference of all speech that is displayed by 1) Aged over 30 years, 2) Native language studied. 3) Knowing its own culture, 4) The Banjarese are the first generation derived from Banjarmasin, 5) The Banjarese who had lived in Kapuas. Based on this research shows 1) Greetings kinship to greet our parents (father + mother) → (+ Uma Abah); Greetings kinship parents to greet our father and mother (grandfather + grandmother) → (kai + nini); Greetings kinship to greet parents our grandparents are corrected; Greetings kinship to greet both parents protested was waring; Greetings kinship to say hello (brother + sister) → (kaka + ading). Greetings kinship to say hello if our children have children (grandchildren) → (grandchildren); Greetings kinship to say hello if we have children and grandchildren is a great-grandfather. And 2) The system of daily greeting, to call people who may be called ikam lifetime, lives. I use the word, unda to appoint themselves. As for honor or call older used the word pian, and said ulun to appoint its own self.

Along with the times, the existence of traditional culture began to be displaced and replaced with western culture. Preservation efforts continue by the government and also the local cultural community so that the existence of traditional culture is not only a historical trail but can be seen, felt and also enjoyed by generations of children and grandchildren. The writing of this article aims to illustrate the tangible form of gratitude to God for the favors that have been given and the traditions of the people that have an impact on life. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Sedekah Bumi must have positive values for life such as religious values and social values. Sedekah Bumi can be used as a medium of learning in social and cultural life that can maintain the characteristics of the indigenous people of the area.

The purpose of research is to analyze the current marketing system at PT.Nordick Lift Truck in order to identify the existing problems faced by the company and to identify its weaknesses. Additionally, this research designs a web based Marketing system. The system has been designed to give facilitation for customer to get information abaut material of tutorial activity fast and efficient. The methodologies used are literature study, observation, interview, questionaire, analysis and design with 7-stages E-Marketing. It isconcluded that e-CRM system that has been designed supports information access easily and fast. The e-Marketing application consists of features such as Online Register, Contact us, Download, News, and Complaint. It is expected to help deliver and maintain customer satisfaction by building  a close relationship to the customers.

This research aims to examine the legal phenomena of the application of the panai money, the cost imposed for the migrant Bugis customary law community in Sukabumi Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java. In other words, Panai' money is such customary money which must be handed over in Bugis tribal marriages. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the submission of panai money has become a tradition that originated from an ancestor that is still valid today. Due to the high panai money, however, many of the Bugis people who wander no longer use panai money, as it takes into account the weakness of their customary values, as well as the many other cultures that influence, but there are still people who still defend it because of their strong customary values ​​which they still hold even though in the migrant area. Because panai money ’is a tradition that has long been a benchmark for Bugis people, this tradition still strongly considers moral sanctions, and the avoidance of this money is responded by some people to decide to elope.
