The lack of green computing governance model for environment of universities in Indonesia becomes one major factor to conduct this research. In fact, the teaching and learning activities in campuses depend on support of information system and information technology. Various studies on green computing were observed. However, the suitable model for green computing in the area of private university Indonesia has not been observed yet. Referring to Green ICT Framework by University of Michigan and Connection Research as well as green computing framework by Adcuent, the green computing model for private university in Indonesia was developed through this research. Although the research object was observed in Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia, it is adoptable for other private universities to evaluate their information system and information technology performance surround campuses. Green computing governance is part of information system and information technology strategic plan. Therefore, the management of university should fully concern towards this matter.

Information technology (IT) has an important role in carrying out the functions of universities, so that it can be trusted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the academic process lead to the academic services being more maximal as well as supporting the university's business process innovation to develop. The Naval Academy (AAL) is one of the educational institutions found in the Indonesian Navy and has the task of producing professional Navy officers, possessing current technological mastery capabilities and towards World Class Navy. By referring to the desired results above, AAL uses information technology in conducting teaching and learning activities. The Information System available at the Naval Academy (AAL) is currently not optimal, therefore the authors conducted an analysis to plan the strategic development of information systems and information technology at the Naval Academy (AAL). This research was made using the Ward and Peppard method. The step of this research started with internal analysis, external analysis using PEST analysis, internal IS/IT analysis and external SI/IT analysis to map the information system position at the Naval Academy (AAL) with SWOT analysis. The results were the achievement of the IS/IT formulation strategy and management of IS/IT in the future

Adoption of information technology into enterprise strategies, has become a solution to increase the optimum service for both internal and external demands. IT governance model that emerged from a method used to quantify and evaluate the transparency of the information system that has been running in a company. The purpose of this research that resulted in the application of IT strategy map in order to the implementation of IT governance, mapped to the COBIT and IT-BSC perspective. From this research known domain corresponding IT Governance, and to produce map strategies that can be applied to raise the company's customer orientation and service.

Not only for enterprises, educational institution use information technology for teaching and learning. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) aware that IT is very important in the world of education. To measure effectiveness in IT governance, UMN needs audit information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to determine the extent to which the performance of the IT department and also know the UMN produce a solution to every problem is unresolved. The object of this study is the Department of Information Technology UMN. This study uses COBIT 5.0 with 5 domains that is Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM); Align, Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). At 37 the process of the 5 IT governance domains belonging to COBIT 5.0 by using the stages of COBIT 5.0 is filtered into 10 processes. The data collection was done by interviewing the manager of IT department, observation of documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to the two heads of divisions within the IT department manager for IT departments demand UMN. The results of this study each domain is at 1 st level (incomplete). Capability level values achieved by EDM01 is 81.84%, EDM02 is 76.17%, APO01 is 73.28%, APO02 is 67.72%, APO03 is 52.30%, APO05 is 66.44%, APO07 is 64.20%, APO08 is 75.19%, BAI01 is 56.33%, and BAI02 is 65.20%. Feedback Information System Teaching and Learning Against Web-Based Teaching Staff In the Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic is an information system that receives feedback from the learning process of students to teaching staff in the form of questionnaires, to then process and provide the necessary information. This system can be accessed by many users at the same time. Users of this system consists of students, operators, administrator, and faculty leaders. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database server. This system could make it easier, save time and reduce errors in entering, process and provide information on the results of data processing questionnaires. While limitations are only limited to faculty assessment only and limited to the processing of assessment ratio.

The Internet is one of the development of information technology. In this case, there are many information systems that use the internet. Information systems created using the internet are called websites. In a study conducted at Paron State Elementary School 02 will be built a web-based school information system.School information systems can help Paron State Elementary School 02 to promote information teaching and learning process in the field of education. Information system Paron 02 State Elementary School web-based this will be built using waterfall method. Waterfall method is very complex and most suitable if applied to the information system that I created. The Paron 02 State Elementary Information System is built on a web-based basis. Where the system can be accessed online by the user. So the system has been built will run according to the function and the desired destination Paron State Elementary School 02. ABSTRACT - Utilization of information technology is needed by schools to improve education management productivity. Utilization of information technology can provide benefits on time and energy efficiency. Saving time and speed of presentation of information due to the application of information technology will provide an opportunity for teachers and school administrators to improve the quality of service to students. SMP Muhammadiyah Imogiri Yogyakarta is a system to support and facilitate the processing of student value. The goal is to create a web-based information system that is implemented for the processing of value and overcome the difficulty of delivering daily re-information, assignments, semester midterms, semester final repetition. Based on observational research, literature study, and interviews that have been done, then designed a student information processing system using waterfall method into a solution to solve existing problems. Student value information processing system makes it easier for teachers, homeroom teachers, as well as teaching sections in processing student value and supporting the process of teaching and learning. Informatics & Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is a private university that prioritizes thr implementation of information technology advancement and business. The information system study program is one of the major in this campus. However, it did not have service facilities that eased the students, alumni and lecturers to gain information abaut the information system. The system development method used in the study was RUP (Rational Unified Process) to be used at the system development with these phases : Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. One the website of the information system study program of IIB Darmajaya Bandar Lampung obtained and proposed would ease the study program of information system to give information to the students, alumni, and lecturers. Tthe data security was wholly managed by administration of information system study program. All information availabel on the website of the study program of information system was inputted into the database, so the problem in inputting faults would be established.Keyword: Website; Study Program of Information System; RUP Method

Information technology is rapidly developed in this century that impact to various aspects of the organization really need information technology to support the performance and everyday business processes. In health services, information technology is required to process and storage the patient medical records, so that the patient's medical record is well preserved, and competitive advantage can be obtained between patient and polyclinic. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach can be developed by implementing information system of medical record history to get new patient and retain existing patient, improving relationship with patient and maintaining patient loyalty as well as supporting the company/organization to provide excellent service to customers in real time through the advantage of information technology. The aims of this research are to understand patient medical record by CRM approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design, system validation using Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and using software testing Model ISO 9126. The result of this research are Medical Record History Information System and the result of system validation with FGD is 100% accepted, the result of system test using Model ISO 9126 is good with success rate 82,86%, so it can give contribution to polyclinic.

The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Recently, Information technology develops rapidly. It is possible for us to get some informationquickly, properly and efficiently. The information technology also has many advantages fo r people. Theneed for information is increasing according to the need of its users. This proves that informationtechnology can make our job easier and it can help us to save our time particularly for the job thatrelated to information and data processin g. With the increasing use of computer technology today, italso brings up some problems. One of them is security and confidentiality problem which is animportant aspect in an information system. Data security is an important thing in maintaining theconf identiality of particular data that only can be known by those who have right. RC6 is a symmetrickey algorithm which encrypts 128 bit plaintext blocks to 128 bit ciphertext blocks. The encryptionprocess involves four operations which is the critical arit hmetic operation of this block cipher. As alegal state, Indonesia has issued a regulation in a form of laws governing information and electronictransaction or commonly referred to UU ITE. Besides, Islam is a religion that comprehensively givesthe guidan ce of life for people. Islam has provided guidance in the various fields ranging from social,politics, economics and various other fields.
