Feedback Information System Teaching and Learning Against Web-Based Teaching Staff In the Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic is an information system that receives feedback from the learning process of students to teaching staff in the form of questionnaires, to then process and provide the necessary information. This system can be accessed by many users at the same time. Users of this system consists of students, operators, administrator, and faculty leaders. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database server. This system could make it easier, save time and reduce errors in entering, process and provide information on the results of data processing questionnaires. While limitations are only limited to faculty assessment only and limited to the processing of assessment ratio.

Currently, technological developments, especially in the field of information technology and computers, are developing very rapidly. With the development of technology like now, we can take advantage of this technology to help students in the learning process at school. The Lecture Program Unit (SAP) consists of determining learning objectives, the material to be discussed, how to present it, supporting media and learning resources that can be used. At the end of each teaching and learning activity, for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation, teaching staff are required to write SAP realization in a teaching journal. At STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, the process of writing this teaching journal is done manually. The lecturer filled out the material given in class in a teaching journal. The process is done manually resulting in the process of monitoring and evaluation can not be done regularly. In this research, a Web-based monitoring system for teaching and learning process was developed in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. From the test results obtained, the system built can facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers to monitor the course of the teaching and learning process. In addition, the system built can also facilitate lecturer coordinator lecturers in conducting the recapitulation process of the suitability of SAP with the realization of SAP written by lecturers supporting courses

New Student Admission Information System at Karyadarma University has not used a web-based information system. This information system is an information system used to facilitate the registration administration process so as to make it easier for the Admissions Committee at the University of  Kupang Karyadarma. In developing the New Student Admission Information System using the Laravel framework method. This information system uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL database server. The system testing method uses blackbox and usability testing. The results of this study are a website-based New Student Admission Information System that can help the ongoing performance. The results of testing the software that was developed obtained a functionality value of 1 (Good), testing the usability aspect obtained results with a percentage of 94.66% (Very Eligible).

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

Al-Kahfi Vocational School is a place where writers conduct research. At this time, the school's financial administration management system is still done manually, causing a lot of bookkeeping, repeated writing of data, and delays in making reports. The solution to the problem that is happening at Al-Kahf Vocational School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can help manage the school's financial administration system more efficiently. So from that the purpose of this study is the creation of a Web-Based School Financial Administration Information System at Al-Kahf Vocational School. This system was developed using the PHP programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql as a database. The existence of an information system built is expected to be able to help financial officers in the processing of school financial administration data so as to produce a well-organized school financial administration information system.

The development of web-based information technology is currently increasing. One of them is the website. The website has the advantage that all the information you want can be easily and cheaply obtained. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Rengasdengklok or now known as MAN 4 Karawang currently processing academic data, especially in processing grades is still very simple, namely only with Microsoft Excel. The presence of this academic information system is expected to help teachers and students get academic information more quickly, easily and cheaply. In building this system the writer uses the waterfall methodology. The design and implementation were carried out with the Dreamweaver programming language and PHP and the database used by PhpMyAdmin. With this academic information system, hopefully it can help to support school performance, especially for processing academic data.

ABSTRACT<br /><br />Dhyana Pura University is a university that has a website as a means to provide<br />information to students and the public, but on the web that is owned by the University Dhyana<br />Pura does not have E-learning facilities. One way to make teaching and learning process more<br />effective and efficient is to design and implement e-learning information system so that the<br />teaching and learning process can not only be done while in the classroom, but not limited by<br />space and time.<br />E-Learning is a type of teaching learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to<br />students by using the media Internet, Intranet or other computer network media.<br />The results of this study is a web-based information system that contains some facilities<br />such as quiz that allows students to implement quiz online. This research uses Random Matrix<br />method, where the quiz which is done by the student will be randomized. Penelitian ini menggunakan<br />metode Random Matrix, dimana quiz yang kerjakan oleh mahasiswa akan diacak secara random.<br />Sistem pembelajaran online berbasis web ini dibangun untuk menunjang proses perkuliahan<br />dengan menggunakan suatu sistem elektronik, sehingga mampu untuk mendukung  suatu proses<br />pembelajaran dandapat memberikan vasilitasbaru mengenai proses belajar mengajar khususnya<br />bagi mahasiswa pada Universitas Dhyana Pura.<br /><br />Kata kunci :UniversitasDhyana Pura, Sisteminformasi, Website, Internet, Random Matrix

The clinic is one of the public services engaged in the health sector which is inseparable from the development of information technology. Smart Medica Clinic in data processing is still done manually where information about the Smart Medica clinic is difficult to obtain, such as information about the doctor and also the doctor's schedule on duty while the Smart Medica clinic is one of the largest clinics in Sekayu Regency and also already famous and has many patients. With this situation, web-based information systems are built so that services to the community can be comprehensive and the Smart Medica Clinic can provide information that is needed by patients up to date and also patient satisfaction is fulfilled. This information system was built using the WaterFall method, using the PHP programming language and the My Sql database.
