This research was conducted at PT X Bandung, aimed to determine how motivation and employee productivity and also to know the influence of motivation to work productivity at PT X Bandung. Respondents of this research are 50 with census sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy the measurement using by the validity and reliability test. The results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. Calculations were performed using SPSS software ver.19. The results of this study showed that motivation is in the category of quite good and work productivity is in the category of good. The results showed the influence of motivation to employee’s work  productivity at PT X Bandung with a correlation coefficient = 0.510. Based on the criteria Champion, this relationship is in the criteria of fairly strong relationship. The results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination = 26.01%. It showed that the the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of motivation to work productivity at PT X Bandung.

This research was conducted at Quality Control Division of PT X Padalarang, aimed to determine correlation leadership and job satisfaction, and also to analyze the effect of leadership on job satisfaction at Quality Control Division of PT X Padalarang. Respondents of this research are 52 people selected with simple random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using by the   validity and reliability test. Results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. Calculations were performed using SPSS software ver. 19. The result of this study showed that leadership is in the category of good and job satisfaction is in the category of good. Results showed the correlation of leadership with job satisfaction at Quality Control Division of PT X Padalarang with correlation coefficient = 0,679. Based on the criteria champion, this relationship is in the criteria of strong relationship. Results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination = 46, 10%. It showed that the hypothesis is proved, that there is an influence of leadership to job satisfaction at Quality Control Division of PT X Padalarang.

This research was conducted at Biological Product Division of PT Medion Bandung Barat, aimed to determine correlation of motivation and employee performance, and also to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Biological Product Division of PT Medion Bandung Barat. Respondents of this research were 45 people, selected with simple random sampling technique. The methods used were descriptive and associative, which tested the connection using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, and to determine the accuracy of measurement using the validity and reliability test. The result of this study showed that motivation is in the category of good and employee performance is also in the category of good. Results showed the correlation of motivation with employee performance at Biological Product Division of PT Medion Bandung Barat with correlation coefficient of 0,568. Based on the criteria champion, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough relationship. Results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination is 32, 26%. It is showed that the hypothesis is proved that there is an influence of motivation to employee performance at Biological Product Division of PT Medion Bandung Barat.

This study was taken from the thesis research aims to analyze how much Influence Motivation and Cultural Organization on labor productivity Employees (Case Study in PT Boogi Avindo, Bogor). The study is based on the phenomenon, which showed a decrease in employee productivity, one of them due to low employee motivation, and poor corporate cultureThe sampling method used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 35 employees.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation 0.242+ 0286 X1 + 0.699 X2, where Y is the variable Employee Productivity, Motivation X1 and X2 are the variables are variables Organizational Culture. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on Employee Productivity. Motivation partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0815 which means a strong relationship between them. Organizational culture is partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.747, which means a strong relationship between them. Motivational variables simultaneously and Cultural Organization has a significant influence on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.776 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.602, which means that motivation together with Cultural Organization may explain the variable Work Productivity by 60, 2%, while the remaining 39.8% is explained by other variables.

The research objectives were to determine the correlation between service quality and customer loyalty, and also to analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Alfamart Abdurahman Saleh Bandung. Respondents of this research were 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling technique done by incidental sampling. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tested the connection using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, to test the hypothesis by t-test, and to determine the accuracy of measurement using the validity and reliability test. Results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. Calculations were performed using SPSS software ver. 19. The results of this research show that service quality is in the category of good and customer loyalty is also in the category of good. Results show that the correlation of service quality with customer loyalty at Alfamart Abdurahman Saleh Bandung is in the strong relation based on the interpretation of r value correlation coefficient. The hypothesis is proved that there is the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Alfamart Abdurahman Saleh Bandung significantly.

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the work productivity of Bima District Fire Department employees. This research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 45 Bima Regency Fire Department employees. The sampling technique uses saturated or total population samples. Thus the number of respondents used in this study were 45 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R2) and t test using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21.0. The results showed that the training had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Bima District Fire Department employees. these results are evidenced by the significance value smaller than 0.05 (0.001˂0.05).

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and leadership on job satisfaction and productivity of employees at PT. Banua Megah Sejahtera The quantitative method is explanatory research with a population of 68 people, total sampling technique is 68 people, the research instrument is validity and reliability testing, the data is tested using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work ability, leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ability has a significant negative effect on employee productivity. Leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan,  Kepemimpinan  dan Kepuasan Kerja  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, PT. This study aims to find out (1) the implementation of ERP in seven state-owned enterprises in Bandung, (2) the quality of financial statements in seven state-owned enterprises in Bandung that have implemented ERP, and (3) how the relationship of ERP implementation with the quality of financial statements at seven state- Bandung. The variables tested were Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and quality of financial statements. This study uses primary data for both variables in the form of questionnaires to seven State-Owned Enterprises in Bandung.The method used in this research is descriptive method. Population in this research is 20 SOEs in Bandung that have implemented ERP. Sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling so taken 7 SOEs from the population as a sample. The unit of analysis in this study is the financial manager. The hypothesis proposed in this study is "There is a strong relationship between the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with the quality of financial statements". This hypothesis was tested by using Spearman Rank correlation statistical analysis while the coefficient of determination used to know how big the influence.From the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) ERP implementation in seven SOEs in Bandung has very good with score 32,7; (2) the quality of financial statements at seven SOEs in Bandung City which have implemented ERP is very good with score 30,3; And (3) ERP implementation has a strong relationship with the quality of financial statements with correlation coefficient value 0.697. Based on the calculation of determination coefficient obtained 48.58% results, which means 48.58% quality of financial statements in seven SOEs in Bandung affected by Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the remaining 51.42% influenced by other factors.

<p><em>This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia. The population in this study was 230 permanent employees, the number of samples could be taken 30% of the total population so there w</em><em>ere </em><em>69 employees as the total sample. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale with questionnaire. Testing the validity and reliability using total Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis to answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 version. The results showed that the leadership style and work motivation variables were significantly positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia amounted by 0,608 and 0,157. Variable of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on productivity of employees PT.</em><em> </em><em>Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia.</em></p>

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh strategi promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian kosmetik Sari Ayu di outlet Mall Palembang Icon atau bisa juga disebut dengan PT. Martina Berto Tbk yang bertepatan di jalan POM IX. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling kebetulan (Accidental). Pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya terdiri dari Strategi Promosi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan pembelian. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan uji t, R, dan R2. Hasil perhitungan uji t sebesar t hitung X (Strategi Promosi) sebesar 10,679 pada tingkat sig 0,000. Hasil uji koefisien Korelasi (R) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,791 menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara variabel X (Strategi Promosi) mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap variabel Y (keputusan pembelian). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,626 atau 62,6%. Hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier sederhana sebesar Y= -0,922-1,007X. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa Strategi Promosi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. The results of the correlation coefficient test (R) obtained a value of 0.791, indicating that the relationship between variable X (Promotion Strategy) has a strong relationship with variable Y (purchase decision). The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show Adjusted R Square 0.626 or 62.6%. The calculation result of simple linear regression test is Y = -0,922-1,007X. The results of this study indicate that the Promotion Strategy has a positive influence on purchasing decisions.
