Abstract: Friska Nababan, NPM. 1911322025177 (2021), The Influence of Work Abality and Leadership On Job Satisfaction and Employee Productivity Of PT.Banua Megah Sejahtera,STIE Pancasetia Program Thesis supervised by Nurus Sjamsi and Maria Anastasia. This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and leadership on job satisfaction and productivity of employees at PT. Banua Megah Sejahtera The quantitative method is explanatory research with a population of 68 people, total sampling technique is 68 people, the research instrument is validity and reliability testing, the data is tested using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work ability, leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ability has a significant negative effect on employee productivity. Leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work ability on productivity and job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership on employee productivity,PT.Banua Megah Sejahtera.   Keywords: work ability, leadership,  job satisfaction and employees productivity .   Abstrak: Friska Nababan,1911322025177 (2021), Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Produktivitas karyawan PT. Banua Megah Sejahtera. Metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian eksplanatory dengan populasi sebanyak 68  orang, teknik total sampling sebanyak 68 orang, instrument penelitian uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, data diuji dengan menggunakan analisis  jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan,  Kepemimpinan  dan Kepuasan Kerja  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, PT. Banua Megah Sejahtera.   Kata kunci :   Kemampuan Kerja, kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Produktivitas Karyawan.

This study aims to analyze (i) the effect of information technology variables on job satisfaction; (ii) the effect of competency variables on job satisfaction; (iii) the effect of information technology variables on work productivity; (iv) the effect of competency variables on work productivity; (v) the effect of job satisfaction variables on work productivity; (vi) the influence of information technology variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables; and (vii) the effect of competency variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were Unhas employees with the status of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) as many as 935 people. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Withdrawing the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which produces 90 people as a minimum number. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that information technology and competency variables significantly influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Information technology and competence have a significant effect on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. All hypotheses are accepted and supported by previous research.

This research was conducted at PT X Bandung, aimed to determine how motivation and employee productivity and also to know the influence of motivation to work productivity at PT X Bandung. Respondents of this research are 50 with census sampling technique. The method used is descriptive and associative, which tests the connection using the Spearman rank correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy the measurement using by the validity and reliability test. The results of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y are valid and reliable. Calculations were performed using SPSS software ver.19. The results of this study showed that motivation is in the category of quite good and work productivity is in the category of good. The results showed the influence of motivation to employee’s work  productivity at PT X Bandung with a correlation coefficient = 0.510. Based on the criteria Champion, this relationship is in the criteria of fairly strong relationship. The results of this calculation showed the coefficient of determination = 26.01%. It showed that the the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of motivation to work productivity at PT X Bandung.

<p><em>This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia. The population in this study was 230 permanent employees, the number of samples could be taken 30% of the total population so there w</em><em>ere </em><em>69 employees as the total sample. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale with questionnaire. Testing the validity and reliability using total Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis to answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 version. The results showed that the leadership style and work motivation variables were significantly positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia amounted by 0,608 and 0,157. Variable of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on productivity of employees PT.</em><em> </em><em>Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of<br />employees at the CV Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan, to determine the turnover<br />intention of employees at the CV Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan, as well as to<br />determine whether there is influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention on the CV<br />Surya Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan. Determination of the sample in this study using<br />the sample Nonprobability sampling technique of sampling Purposive Sampling that is as<br />much as 70 employees. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire that<br />has been tested and validated and validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear<br />regression then t test. In releasing the data using the help of SPSS for windows version 22.0.<br />pnenlitian results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention on<br />the CV Surya Nedika Isabella Kawedanan Magetan. Results of simple linear regression Y =<br />69.919 - 0,228X, meaning that if the job satisfaction increased by 1%, the turnover intention<br />fell by 0.228. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of stress and job satisfaction toward the Authorities of Education, Youth and Sport of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Employee’s absenteeism. The research was conducted by using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 103 personnel. Research samples selected as much as 82 personnel using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) stress has direct positive effect to absenteeism; (2) job satisfaction has direct negative effect to absenteeism; (3) stress has negative effect to job satisfaction

The study aims to identify and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workplace spirituality on work productivity with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The population of this study consists of all employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. This study uses a saturated sample technique or total sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear testing and path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while spirituality at work and organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the path analysis test,  job satisfaction, workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable.

Stress can be sourced from several factors or commonly known as stressors. Operational employee has been identified as a job that has high stress level. Hang-yue(20056) states that an employee who is under stress due to sources of stress can have an impact on decreasing job satisfaction. This can also lead to increased turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of role stressor on turnover intention directly nor indirectly. This study using quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling of 40 employees from operational division’s stevedoring company in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between role stressor and turover intention directly nor indirectly

Work productivity will increase if employees have good work competencies. However, sufficient work competence to produce high work productivity requires the existence of other driving factors. One of the factors driving work competence that can affect work productivity is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on work motivation with motivation as a moderate variable in PT PLN (Persero) Electricity Maintenance Center Workshop and Maintenance Unit IV (PUSHARLIS UWP IV). The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were employees with a population of 45 respondents. Sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results showed that work competence, motivation and work productivity were in the high category. The results of the study have a significant effect on work productivity. The results also show that motivation is a variable that affects the positive relationship between work competence and work productivity. This means that increasing motivation will also increase employee productivity.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

Objective – This study investigates the mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. A study about turnover intention in the textile company is still rarely done in Indonesia. This study can fill the gap regarding the topic. Methodology/Technique – A nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique was used, and we get 110 usable responses from a textile company in West Java, Indonesia. Macro Process with SPSS was used to measure the regression and the mediation. Findings – The study found that work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work stress significantly related to turnover intention in a positive direction. Job satisfaction did not have a significant relation with turnover intention. Thus, in this study, we found no mediation role in job satisfaction. Novelty – Evidently, work stress solely took part in shaping the turnover intention. Type of Paper: Empirical.
