One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant

This study aims to determine the role of the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion at the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in improving tourism in Indonesia. The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is regional cooperation that seeks to promote the ASEAN region as an international tourist destination.The research method used is a qualitative method through literature reviews on official government documents, scientific articles, and news.The results show that the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a means or media for Indonesia to attract foreign investors to invest or invest in cooperation in developing tourism in Indonesia, as well as the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion media to attract foreign tourists to tourist destinations in Indonesia. Emulation in the existing banking world is very tightening, and with condition of market where consumer or in this case is client has some banking service choices which will be applied, this thing will make transfer of client becomes increasingly as usual out of one banks to bank the other. For the purpose is required hard work in maintaining client loyality, one of its way is by giving quality of banking service activities as good as possibly. Bank Jabar Banten (Bank BJB) be an bank institute owned by the Government of West Java and Banten which now becomes bank having scale national. In facing emulation in this banking world always does improvement of quality of banking service activities, peculiarly from tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, until quality of service activities passed to client.This research aim to study influence quality of banking service activities to client loyality at Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. Variable involved in by this research consisted of independent variable that is quality of banking service activities (X) and its the dependent variables is client loyality (Y). Method applied is survey where information from respondent is collected direct inly place of case systematically, as a mean to knows and forecasts some behaviour aspects from the population. As for research type done is descriptive and verifikatif.Result of this research known that contribution joinly client loyality to quality of banking service activities from result of coefficient of determination has influence equal to 74.8% and 25.2% influenced by other factor of which is not discussed in this research. As for sub-variabel pawn quality of banking service activities has biggest influence to client loyality, and sub-variabel direct proof has smallest influence to client loyality. Based on result of research as a whole, inferential that quality of banking service activities of influential positive and strong to client loyality Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. This thing is because of client in general feels quality of banking service activities given Bank BJB have been maximum and good.

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

Future uncertainty that can occur in financial services companies is a risk that Small industries in the city of Bandung play a very important role and contribute to the economy in the city of Bandung and nationally. For this reason, it is necessary to have high performance so that it can compete both in the national market and in the global market.This study aims to identify external and internal factors that determine the influence of intellectual, intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of small business actors on handicraft products in Bandung City. Small industries are still constrained by various internal and external factors. Internal factors include aspects of human resources and capital, marketing and design, while external factors include market conditions, availability of raw materials and government policies.Types of data are secondary data obtained from various related literatures. The sample in this study amounted to 50 business actors.Small entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of the important factors that determine the performance of their business, while still making improvements to the factors that are still not being implemented, in order to get better performance.Keywords: Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence on the Performance of Small Business Owners in Bandung

The Elements That Are Focused In The Community Satisfaction Survey consist of 9 Elements. Of the 9 non-services in the work unit of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in the City of Tasikmalaya in general, the Highest Average Value (NRR) The Highest Non-Service Cost Conformity (3.59), While No one has an Over Value (NRR) that almost the same but still in the GOOD category. The element with the lowest average value (NRR) is service time (average 3.07). This value reflects the highest level of satisfaction obtained from the Conformity of Service Costs. While at the time of service provides the lowest level of satisfaction. Everyone's Average Rating. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained by linear regression equation Y = 13,531 + 0,321X1 + 0,420X2 + e. Stating that the effect of increasing the value of the leadership unit by 0.321 then the value of employee performance will increase by 32.1%. If work motivation has an additional value of 0.420, the employee's performance value will also increase by 42,0%. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted (R square) value of 0.446 or 44.6% and the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables not examined. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the value is 0.681, the coefficient is at an interval of 0.60 - 0.799, included in the level of "strong" relationship, which means leadership and work motivation have a strong correlation on employee performance. This research is also supported by t-test hypothesis testing, leadership significance value 3,448 2,091 and work motivation 4,336 2,091 resulting in H0 rejected and H1 accepted, which means that leadership and work motivation significantly influence employee performance.

One of the things that should be the primary concern of the company is the job satisfaction of their employees, because the employees in the work they do not feel comfortable, under-appreciated, can not develop all their potential, then automatically the employee unable to focus and concentrate fully on the job . that the motivation to be a very important part of the underlying individual or someone in doing something or achieve the desired purpose.Salary given to employees company PT Bess Finance so varies according to the position of each. Then the opportunity for career selection to a higher level, reward program for high performing employees. But in certain cases it is also still found a contradictory conditions, which, if observed, would also be potentially lethal even lower motivation.Based on the background above, the research on the effect of motivation on employee performance in PT Bess Finance, this study takes its object to employees of PT Bess Finance located in Bandung. The independent variable (X) is the motivation to work while the dependent variable (Y) is the performance of the employees. This type of research uses explanatory survey, and the method used is Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample 45 respondents. In addition, research is conducted in a timeframe of less than one year of the study using cross-sectional methods. The data used are primary and secondary data and data analysis techniques using statistical parametric application using Spearman rank analysis.These results indicate that the effect of motivation on employee performance indicates a moderate correlation and significant correlation coefficient of 0.477. therefore, the suggestion for the Company Bess Finance to pay attention to in terms of work motivation mnghasilkan employees so that they can work effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Work Motivation and Employee Performance

The quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is still low, it is presumably caused by the application and update the curriculum and teaching materials that have not been optimal. Based on the above, the researcher conducting research on aspects that affect the quality of education, especially from the aspect of curriculum and teaching materials.The methodology used is descriptive verification by using the technique of path analysis (path analysis) in order to know the effect of direct and indirect influence to get the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is directly affected by the curriculum of 18.83% and is affected by the indirect influence of 10.75%, as well as that quality of education is affected directly by the teaching materials by 16.81% so total effect determination coefficient of 57.14%.The conclusion of this study that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is influenced by the curriculum and teaching materials, and influenced by other educational components that are
