<p><em>This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia. The population in this study was 230 permanent employees, the number of samples could be taken 30% of the total population so there w</em><em>ere </em><em>69 employees as the total sample. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale with questionnaire. Testing the validity and reliability using total Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis to answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 version. The results showed that the leadership style and work motivation variables were significantly positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia amounted by 0,608 and 0,157. Variable of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on productivity of employees PT.</em><em> </em><em>Asiatek</em><em> </em><em>Solusi Indonesia.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction and productivity of permanent employees at PT. Sinergi Mitra Utama in Bandung. This research is included in explanatory research. The population of this research is all permanent employees of the company PT. Sinergi Mitra Utama in Bandung, 35 employees. Based on predetermined criteria, the total sample of this study is 35 employees. Data analysis was done using path analysis. After analyzing data, several conclusions can be taken, that is : a). Work compensation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, b). Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, c). Work compensation has a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction, d). Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, e). Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work productivity, f). Compensation affects work productivity through job satisfaction, g). work motivation has a significant positive effect on work productivity through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956 Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584 3.294.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

This research aims to determine the effect of accountability and transparency on the performance of local governments.  The method used in this research is quantitative.  The data used was primary data and obtained by visiting the location directly (field research) and providing a research questionnaire to the respondent.  The research population was consisted of employees working in SKPD of Bantul Regency. Total population is 29 SKPD in Bantul Regency. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling technique.  Total sample is 86 respondents were obtained by distributing questionnaires in 2019. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.  The variables in this study are Accountability (X1), Transparency (X2) and Government Performance (Y).  The results of the study prove that accountability and transparency have a significant and positive effect on government performance

This study was taken from the thesis research aims to analyze how much Influence Motivation and Cultural Organization on labor productivity Employees (Case Study in PT Boogi Avindo, Bogor). The study is based on the phenomenon, which showed a decrease in employee productivity, one of them due to low employee motivation, and poor corporate cultureThe sampling method used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 35 employees.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation 0.242+ 0286 X1 + 0.699 X2, where Y is the variable Employee Productivity, Motivation X1 and X2 are the variables are variables Organizational Culture. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on Employee Productivity. Motivation partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0815 which means a strong relationship between them. Organizational culture is partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.747, which means a strong relationship between them. Motivational variables simultaneously and Cultural Organization has a significant influence on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.776 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.602, which means that motivation together with Cultural Organization may explain the variable Work Productivity by 60, 2%, while the remaining 39.8% is explained by other variables.

This study aims to determine autocratic leadership style, communication and work motivation Against Employee performance at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. This research includes the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 72 employees at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Autocratic Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance simultaneously affect employee Performance. communication partially affects employee performance, work motivation partially influences employee performance, job satisfaction also partially affects employee Performance.

The purposes of this research are: (1) description of giving incentives and work motivation and morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency (2) Influence of giving incentive to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (3) Influence of work motivation to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (4) Effect of incentive� and work motivation on employee morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of KOPTI Kuningan District as many as 30 people, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Description of incentives and motivation� of work and morale included in being and high category. (2) Incentive has a positive effect on employee morale (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee morale (4) provision of incentives and work motivation have a positive effect on morale and can be written with regression equation Ŷ = 24,861 + 0,216X1 + 0,598X2 with magnitude effect of 77.0% and the remaining 23.0% influenced by other factors outside the research model.��Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Employee Morale

Thus, it is necessary for organization tolook for any factors that can improve employee work motivation, one of which is byimprovement on employee work productivity.From the above description, the author tries to study the influences of extrinsicmotivation on the improvement on employee work productivity in Bank NegaraIndonesia (BNI) Branch of Palangka Raya. The research aims to find out description ofwork motivation influences on employee productivity. In this study, the method usedis descriptive method with survey method approach. Data collection techniques usedby the author are library research to obtain secondary data, and field research in orderto obtain primary data by interview technique.From results of this study, it indicates that the influences of motivation hassignificant influences on improving employee work productivity with the calculationresults of the analysis show that the determination value is 0.90, which means the levelof incentives on work motivation has 100% positive influences, which means thehypothesis can be accepted.
