This research paper is an inquiry of hurdles that commuters of Indian railways face every day, and attempts to diagnose the relationships between the employee commute and its impact on employee wellbeing. This article also aims to create awareness about the problems of commute and its insight solution for the commuting experience of employees. Either pleasant or not; consequences of the commuting is discussed with a focus on employee satisfaction and withdrawal behavior. Now a days whole Indian railway sector of transport is reporting structural changes to create an atmospheric up gradation and modernization to conventional transport mode. The data collected through a sample survey of 540 regular movers through Indian railway commuters employed in a number of organizations in NCR Region, gone through the train-Dart experienced which is responsible for creating highest levels of a negative outcome on reaching their workplace. So this research attempts to discuss crowding factors affecting commuters well-being and to envisage its operations for regular employees who commute for their job purposes through (IR) Indian railway.

The notion of spirituality is a divisive area when it moves to its applicability in organizations. In today's scenario with so much of chaos and volatility in organization especially after the pandemic, one cannot ignore the significance of spiritual practices. With changing time, the significance of spirituality becomes more pertinent for employee wellbeing. With numerous studies being conducted in this field, however the research gap provides enough space for authors to work on understanding and deciding the substantial factors affecting spirituality among academicians. This study employs a positivist research approach, comprising of a quantitative basis of enquiry, and assembled data via survey questionnaires. A total of 358 questionnaires were allocated, and finally, 240 usable cases were selected for study. The factor structure was proved by using SEM. This study raises awareness on the significance of spirituality in the university wellbeing which will ultimately contribute to improving academic delivery and bringing more satisfaction. Further factor loading helps in assessment.

In the present scenario, services have the largest domination in consumers’ lives and constitute a large part of the world economy. The researchers and practitioners have given limited research attention to transformative consumer research which affects consumer well-being. In this study, a causal relationship among the factors influencing the performance of an organization providing the transformative services has been analyzed using total interpretive structural modeling (TISM). The factors influencing the services have been identified through the literature review. After identifying the factors, TISM has been used to interpret the direct as well as significant transitive linkages among the factors. The empirical results suggest that top management plays a big role in consumer well-being along with the welfare of society. Devotion toward the well-being of the broader level of society depends on the top management’s commitment toward corporate social responsibility and respect for the rule of laws. These are the major factors influencing the performance of the organization other than employee satisfaction, excellent service quality, use of information technology and e-commerce, and so on.

Background. The organization of clinical trials (CTs) requires the participation and coordination of healthcare providers, patients, public and private parties. Obstacles to the participation of any of these groups pose a risk of lowering the potential for the implementation of CTs. Researchers are a key human resource in conducting of CT. Their motivation for participation can have a significant impact on the recruitment and retention of patients, on the quality of the data collected, which determines the overall outcome of the study. Aims to assess the factors affecting the inclusion of Russian physicians-researchers in CT, and to determine their role in relations with patients-participants. Materials and methods. The study was organized as a part of the Russian multicenter face-to-face study. A survey was conducted of researchers from 10 cities of Russia (20172018). The participation in the survey for doctors was anonymous and voluntary. Results. The study involved 78 respondents. Most research doctors highly value the importance of research for science (4,84 0,39), society (4,67 0,46) and slightly lower for participating patients (4,44 0,61). The expectations of medical researchers are related to improving their financial situation and attaining new experience (n = 14; 18,18%). However, the opportunity to work with new technologies of treatment and diagnosis (n = 41; 52,56%) acted as a motivating factor. According to the questionnaire, the vast majority of research doctors (n = 29; 37,18%) believe that the main reason for patients to participate in CT is to receive quality and free medical care. The most significant obstacle to the inclusion of participants in CT was the side effects of the study drug (n = 38; 48,71%). Conclusions. The potential of clinical researchers in Russia is very high. The patient-participant acts for the research doctor as the subject of the study, and not the object, so the well-being of the patient is not indifferent to the doctor. However, the features of the functioning of our health care system form the motivation of doctors-researchers (additional earnings, professional self-development) and the way they perceive the motivation of patients (CT as an opportunity to receive quality medical care).

The article highlights the problems and prospects of human development, which is the basis for the long-term strategies of social and economic growth of different countries and regions at the present stage. Submitting strategies of this type provides an opportunity to focus on individual empowerment and to build a favorable environment for effective management decisions in the field of forming, maintaining, and restoring human potential. The analysis of the Vinnytsia region human potential dynamics in the regional system of social and economic development factors was carried out. Application of generalized assessment of the regional human development index components allowed the identification of the main trends that characterize the formation of human potential of the territory, including the reproduction of the population, social environment, comfort and quality of life, well-being, decent work, and education. The article emphasizes that despite some positive changes in the social and economic situation of the region and in assessing the parameters of its human development level relative to other regions of Ukraine, Vinnytsia region is now losing its human potential due to negative demographic situation and migration to other regions and countries. The main reason for such dynamics is proven to be related to the outdated structure of the region's economy, the predominance of the agricultural sector, the lack of progressive transformations in the development of high-tech fields of the economy. An important factor is the low level of urbanization of the region, which leads to the spread of less attractive working conditions and less comfortable living conditions. The key factors that cause the growth of urbanization in the region have been identified, including the significant positive impact of the transport and social infrastructure expansion, the lack of which in rural areas leads to a decrease in the level and comfort of life. Without progressive structural changes in the economy and the resettlement system, the loss of human potential will continue.

This article considers the direct connection of the state of living of the population with the structures of the economy. In this regard, it is noted that the territorial aspects of the structure of the economy are also factors in shaping the structure of people 's needs, despite the fact that the latter are poorly structured. The study showed that the extent of structural changes in the economy, apart from the needs of the population, is affected by such critical proportions as the ratio of production to consumption, the savings fund to consumption fund, industry and agriculture, growth of production and transport development, growth of cash incomes of the population and their commodity coverage. In total production theoretical analysis has also shown that structural changes in the economy depend on the level of change in the share of each sector of the economy At the same time, changes also affect economic growth and human well-being in different ways.

In contrast to shareholder-owned organizations, worker-owned cooperative organizations foster employee wellbeing such as employee satisfaction as an important outcome by itself. Due to expansions and economic fluctuations, larger worker-owned cooperations nowadays use mixtures of employment contracts resulting in varying shares of co-owners, contracted and temporary employees in workplaces. In the current paper, we research if this situation challenges the moral commitment of worker cooperatives to their employees, which derive from the cooperative philosophy on corporate responsibility. Where previous research contrasted employee wellbeing in worker cooperatives with share- holder owner organizations, this paper describes how various shares of co-owners in workplaces change mediating processes of helping climate and workplace participation and ultimately result in different levels of employee satisfaction. Archival data combined with survey data of 5907 employees in 99 hypermarkets were tested with multivariate analyses, and indicated that the helping climate and workplace participation positively mediated the association between the share of co-owners in hypermarkets and employee satisfaction. The findings imply that traditional worker-owned cooperatives, where a majority of all workers are owners, had more success in fostering cooperative values as a strategic outcome.

Socialization occurs not consciously through a complex process of interactions where emotions, values, attitudes, feelings and own context cultural patterns are integrated. This process generates a relational climate that should be conducive to learning and well-being for all people in the group. The school, educational institution, favors the relationships within the group framework and reconstructs previous learning with a variety of models and the educational action led by the faculty. The amplitude of the classroom group creates situations of great complexity and offers many opportunities to prevent the violence from the knowledge of situations that may involve risks and relational vulnerability and relational difficulties especially for some people. The factors that can hinder relations and create an improper relational climate include the social and learning difficulties and cultural differences. The climate cannot be changed individually but it is modified from the dynamics led by the adult person who has the responsibility to help the group learn to relate and that each individual has their space of belonging. We present data from a population of 10891 students in primary and secondary education and the analysis of some factors affecting the climate of the group.
