This community service aims to develop teacher professionalism in online learning through assistance in preparing digital teaching materials. The methods used in the service activities are interactive lectures, discussions, practices, and assignments. The participants involved were 11 elementary school teachers. Community service activities are carried out through making guidelines, implementing assistance, monitoring, and assigning tasks. The service results show that the mentoring activities have succeeded in developing the abilities and professionalism of teachers in the use of technology in learning. Participants have compiled digital teaching materials independently and have implemented them for students in their online learning. Meanwhile, 81.82% of participants stated that service activities provided new insights, and 63.64% were satisfied with the activities carried out.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme guru dalam pembelajaran daring melalui pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian berupa ceramah interaktif, diskusi, praktik, dan penugasan. Peserta yang terlibat adalah guru Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 11 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui tahapan proses pembuatan panduan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, pemantauan, dan pemberian tugas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan berhasil mengembangkan kemampuan dan profesionalitas guru dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Peserta telah dapat menyusun bahan ajar digital secara mandiri dan telah mengimplementasikannya kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daringnya. Adapun sebesar 81,82% peserta menyatakan kegiatan pengabdian memberikan wawasan baru, dan 63,64% peserta merasa puas dengan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.

The use of online teaching has increased rapidly, especially since the start of the global pandemic of COVID-19. K–12 teachers in Saudi Arabia, like many teachers globally, found themselves with a new way of teaching because of the pandemic. Thus, this study examined the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) in elementary school teachers’ acceptance of online learning. We tested whether UTAUT’s four key factors (performance expectancy; effort expectancy; social influence; and facilitating conditions) affect Saudi Arabian elementary school teachers’ acceptance of using online learning. We found that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions altogether predicted teachers’ use of online learning as the analysis of the multiple regression outcome found that 60.2% of the variation was affected by these variables.

The government has issued various policies to stop the spread of COVID-19. One of them is online learning (on the network) which is carried out by almost all levels of education in Indonesia. Learning models are developed based online (e-learning). Nevertheless, on the other hand, the implementation of online learning experiences obstacles such as teachers' lack of knowledge and skills in managing to learn online. This community service aims to improve the abilities and skills of elementary school teachers in using e-learning applications based on Google Classroom in helping the online learning process during the pandemic. The target of this activity is the Gegunung Village Elementary School teachers. Execution method using lectures, practicum, and question and answer. Training participants are given an understanding concept about distance learning media or online and practising use of the Google Classrooms application. The results of this activity include training participants very enthusiastic about participating in the training. The Gegunung Village Elementary School teacher can understand the use of google classroom with an indicator that the teacher can create online learning. The Gegunung Village Elementary School teachers have operated the application Google Classroom as an alternative medium. However, assistance still needs to be done until the teacher understands and uses Google Classroom as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic.

<em>One of the problems faced by elementary school teachers is the problem of making and using learning media in schools.This is due to the lack of readiness of human resources about understanding media in learning. For this purpose the community service activities are: (1) increasing the competence of elementary school teachers about learning, (2) developing learning media in elementary schools, (3) structuring learning media in elementary schools. This Community Service activity uses the design of the transfer of science and technology from the university to the stakeholders which includes: (a) workshops, (b) training and mentoring. This dedication activity was carried out in the activities of the  Teachers Working Group Cluster "Banyumudal" in Kebumen District year  2019. The results of these community service activities are: (1) improvement of teacher competency about learning media in elementary schools, (2) products of various types of learning media in elementary schools, (3) the formation of "Mini Laboratory" for learning in elementary schools</em>

The media has an important role in online learning in the pandemic era. One of the media that teachers need in online learning is a web-based application. This study aims to determine teacher expectations of the use of web-based applications in online learning. The type of research used is survey research. The research location is at SDN 2 Golong, West Lombok. The survey was conducted on 15 primary school teachers. The results of the study indicate that teachers are not familiar with web-based applications to facilitate online learning. Most teachers hope to receive training related to the use of web-based applications. The application used is only limited to the WhatsApp Group. Teachers have limited ability to use other web-based applications. Teachers need special training on the use of web-based applications for the learning process and evaluation of student learning outcomes

ABSTRAKTujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini melalui tiga kegiatan: pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pasca kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah berupa jasa berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dan artikel pengabdian masyarakat yang dipulikasikan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro berjalan dengan sukses karena dukungan dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dengan pengabdian mansyaraat. Guru sangat antusias dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan secara daring, guru juga sudah memahami caramerencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi siswa secara daring. Rencana tindak lanjut pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai saran adalah mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi digital bagi guru sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: manajemen; pembelajaran; daring; covid 19 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to give training and mentoring online learning management for teachers in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. The method of this community service program through training and mentoring is through three activities are: Pre-activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. The result of this community activity is in the form of services in the form of  training and mentoring, published articles of community service. The results of the community service carried out show that online-based learning management training and assistance activities for teachers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro are running successfully because of the support of various parties involved with community service. The teacher is very enthusiastic about online training and mentoring activities, the teacher also understands how to plan, implement and evaluate students online. The follow-up plan for implementing community service as a suggestion is to hold training and assistance in implementing online learning using digital applications for elementary school teachers. Keywords: learning; management; online; covid 19

INTERACTIVE, MEANINGFUL AND ATTRACTIVE ONLINE LEARNING AS AN EFFORT TO OPTIMIZE THE LEARNING PROCESS AMID COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The education policy of the Indonesian government is that temporary online learning has been conducted at almost all levels of education to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This means that all Indonesian students need to study online. In relation to this, educators must be able to provide engaging, interactive, and productive online learning. This article aims to illustrate the program which promotes the mastery of the relevant online learning that can be applied to students by Elementary school teachers. Mentoring offered by the community service team (PKM) as trainers is the strategy used in community service, which is carried out in three stages: planning, implementing and reflection. The outcome of this service is that English teachers at Perguruan Cikini Elementary School have a variety of online interactive learning. It is also expected that some learning applications can help teachers develop engaging and pleasant online learning experiences so that students can achieve the required learning competence.

Community service activities for Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers in Polokarto Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency have been carried out. The background of this activity is the information obtained that the teachers in the school still use books and blackboards especially for subjects related to Science so that students become less creative and innovative thinking. activities carried out in the form of ongoing activities, namely training in the use of props style, motion and energy as many as 10 kits, presentation of the results of the practice of using props and the process of dissemination to students. The results obtained that all participants in understanding the teaching aids that have been trained, seen from the activeness of the participants, the ability of participants in the presentation and the results of dissemination to students in their respective schools

ABSTRAKPelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Multimedia Menggunakan Aplikasi Lectora Inspire Yang Diintegrasikan dengan Camtasia Studio bagi Guru SD Di Pesisir Teluk Tomini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kabila Bone dengan sasaran adalah Guru Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatih guru-guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran multimedia menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire yang dintegrasikan dengan Camtasia Studio. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengenalan aplikasi dan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire untuk membuat video pembelajaran. Video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan menggunakan gambar, suara, video dan animasi yang dikemas menjadi materi pelajaran yang interaktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dari video ini bisa diunggah di media sosial seperti Youtube, Instagram, dan Facebook sehingga mudah untuk dimanfaatkan oleh murid. Kata kunci: lectora inspire; camtasia studio; multimedia; kabila bone. ABSTRACTTraining on Making Multimedia Learning Media Using the Lectora Inspire Application Integrated with Camtasia Studio for Elementary School Teachers in the Coast of Tomini Bay. Community service activities are carried out in Kabila Bone District with the target of being elementary school teachers. This activity aims to provide teacher trainers to create multimedia learning media using the Lectora Inspire application which is integrated with Camtasia Studio. The method used is application introduction and training using the Lectora Inspire application to make learning videos. The resulting learning videos use images, sounds, videos and animations that are packaged into interactive subject matter. The use of learning media by students, one of which is Microsoft Office, is an ability and skill that must be possessed in the era of globalization and also in the implementation of online learning. Through community service activities (PkM) we provide training to students of SMPS St. Yosef Maubesi as a solution to their low ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft office Word, Excel and Powerpoint. The training, which is carried out in three stages and includes providing modules or teaching materials, is able to increase the confidence and ability of students in using Microsoft Office. The output is in the form of modules or teaching materials for using Microsoft Office.

[Bahasa]: Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Banyaknya perangkat lunak (software) yang tersedia dapat dimanfaatkan guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik minat belajar siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 2 Palembang dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dan multimedia sehingga lebih meningkatkan efisiensi waktu penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, praktek/pelatihan, dan tanya jawab. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan guru-guru SDN 2 Palembang dapat mengikuti pelatihan ini dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan ini guru dapat membuat presentasi berbasis media dan mampu menambahkan animasi pada media tersebut sehingga menjadi lebih menarik. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia ini efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, multimedia, profesionalisme guru [English]: The development of information technology is one of the opportunities that can be utilized by teachers to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. A large amount of available software can be used by teachers to develop interactive learning media and attract students' interest in learning. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ professionalism in Palembang Elementary School (SDN) 2 in making computer-based and multimedia-based learning media so as to increase the efficiency of time delivery of learning materials and teaching and learning processes become more interesting. The method used in this program was the lecture, practice/training, and question and answer. The results showed that the teachers of SDN 2 Palembang take part in this training well. Through this activity, the teachers are able to make a media-based presentation and add animation to the media so that it becomes more interesting. Thus, the training of developing multimedia-based learning media is effective in increasing the professionalism of elementary school teachers.
