The COVID-19 pandemic has made the biggest disturbance of education frameworks in mankind's set of experiences, influencing almost 1.6 billion students in excess of 200 nations. Terminations of schools, Colleges and other learning institutions have affected over 94% of the world's understudy populace. This has brought sweeping changes in all parts of our lives. Social separating and prohibitive development strategies have fundamentally upset conventional instructive practices. Returning of schools after unwinding of limitation is one more test with numerous new standard working methodology set up. Inside a limited ability to focus the COVID-19 pandemic, numerous scientists have shared their chips away at educating and learning in an unexpected way. A few schools, universities and colleges have stopped up close and personal lessons. There is a dread of losing 2020 scholastic year or considerably more in the coming future. The need of great importance is to enhance and carry out elective instructive framework and appraisal procedures. The COVID-19 pandemic has furnished us with a chance to make ready for presenting advanced learning. This article expects to give an exhaustive report on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on internet educating and learning of different papers and show the way forward.

In the context of the economic, political and social crises that unfolded during the recent years, the European Union had to withstand a growing pressure from the part of its dissatisfied citizens. The long-term effects of the economic crisis, the limited ability to manage refugee flows or the difficulty to come up with joint solutions to pressing issues have highlighted the shortcoming of the EU as a political system, while also giving rise to growing criticism from EU citizens and the loss of their trust. The 2016 referendum vote of British citizens that subsequently led to what came to be known as “Brexit” could be perceived both as a crisis and as an outcome of the growing popular dissatisfaction and protest from the part of British citizens. Consequently, the present article aims to explore the connections between recent crises and the evolution of European citizens’ attitudes in relation to the EU and the integration process as a whole. This perspective could ultimately shed some light on the roots and drivers of Euroscepticism in the context of an inability of the EU as a political system to channel the solidarity of Member States towards common solutions and to cope with the existing social, economic, and cultural divisions in Europe.

The article continues research on the adaptation of well-developed methods of systems theory to economic systems. It is shown that economic objects, as a rule, are nonlinear. The issues of analysis and evaluation of the accuracy of nonlinear economic systems are considered. It is shown that the use for these purposes of statistical methods based on the statistical approximation of a nonlinear transformation causes difficulties associated with the requirement of a normal distribution law at the output of a nonlinear element, as well as with a limited ability to assess the magnitude and range of effects under which there is a loss of stability of the system. The article substantiates the possibility and expediency of using the methods of random Markov processes to determine the density of the error distribution of a nonlinear system. In this paper, the main tasks that should be solved in the study of nonlinear economic systems are highlighted. The direction of further research is presented.

The Omicron SARS-CoV-2 virus contains extensive sequence changes relative to the earlier arising B.1, B.1.1 and Delta SARS-CoV-2 variants that have unknown effects on viral infectivity and response to existing vaccines. Using SARS-CoV-2 virus-like particles (SC2-VLPs), we examined mutations in all four structural proteins and found that Omicron showed increased infectivity relative to B.1, B.1.1 and similar to Delta, a property conferred by S and N protein mutations. Thirty-eight antisera samples from individuals vaccinated with tozinameran (Pfizer/BioNTech), elasomeran (Moderna), Johnson & Johnson vaccines and convalescent sera from unvaccinated COVID-19 survivors had moderately to dramatically reduced efficacy to prevent cell transduction by VLPs containing the Omicron mutations. The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccine antisera showed strong neutralizing activity against VLPs possessing the ancestral spike protein (B.1, B.1.1), with 3-fold reduced efficacy against Delta and 15-fold lower neutralization against Omicron VLPs. Johnson & Johnson antisera showed minimal neutralization of any of the VLPs tested. Furthermore, the monoclonal antibody therapeutics Casirivimab and Imdevimab had robust neutralization activity against B.1, B.1.1 or Delta VLPs but no detectable neutralization of Omicron VLPs. Our results suggest that Omicron is at least as efficient at assembly and cell entry as Delta, and the antibody response triggered by existing vaccines or previous infection, at least prior to boost, will have limited ability to neutralize Omicron. In addition, some currently available monoclonal antibodies will not be useful in treating Omicron-infected patients.

Many people think learning a language is easy because they assume we are using the language every day. Learning a language is not just being able to communicate with the language, but also knowing and understanding the meaning contained in the word or phrase that is pronounced. In study languages, especially English, most of the students experience difficulty in speaking or talking. Difficulty talk is usually caused by the difficulty to express ideas orally, limited vocabulary, limited knowledge of grammar so it is difficult to talk with the correct rules, limited ability to properly pronounce vocabulary (pronunciation), so it is difficult to pronounce a word with true, the lack of courage to speak out because of fear of being wrong. To facilitate the ability to speak(speaking), there is some pretty effective way to try, among them: expand the vocabulary, read aloud, get to know simple English, read English, conversation English, listening to English songs, watching English movies, love the subjects English. In this paper also discussed methods teaching role-play and media pictorial story to improve the ability of English-speaking students.

Articular cartilage is an avascular tissue, with limited ability to repair and self-renew. Defects in articular cartilage can induce debilitating degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis. Currently, clinical treatments have limited ability to repair, for they often result in the formation of mechanically inferior cartilage. In this review, we discuss the factors that affect cartilage homeostasis and function, and describe the emerging regenerative approaches that are informing the future treatment options.

In late November 2021, the World Health Organization declared the SARS-CoV-2 lineage B.1.1.529 the fifth variant of concern, Omicron. This variant has acquired 15 mutations in the receptor binding domain of the spike protein, raising concerns that Omicron could evade naturally acquired and vaccine-derived immunity. We utilized an authentic virus, multicycle neutralisation assay to demonstrate that sera collected 1, 3, and 6 months post-two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 has a limited ability to neutralise SARS-CoV-2. However, four weeks after a third dose, neutralizing antibody titres are boosted. Despite this increase, neutralising antibody titres are reduced 4-fold for Omicron compared to lineage A.2.2 SARS-CoV-2.

Tourism based on astrofiqh or Islamic astrotourism is generally a recently developing sector in the whole world. Malaysia is no exception in advancing this sector to help generate national revenue. However, astrotourism is considered difficult to develop as Malaysia is said to be not quite ready to go toward that direction due to limited ability and resources. Thus, this research aims to identify the role of the State Mufti Department in developing the astrotourism sector in Malaysia. This research discusses astrotourism attraction available in Malaysia. The research approach is qualitative with case study design using document analysis and observation. Research results find that the State Mufti Department plays its role in developing the astrotourism sector through its own tourist attraction, involving a number of places in the respective States with historical, archaeological and astronomical elements, such as observatory, planetarium and dark sky area, besides organised programs on astronomy all year round. All these can be further developed and advanced to increase public awareness of astrofiqh, at once helping to increase national revenue through the programs and services provided.
