<p>Jepara is a city called carving city because it has a large furniture and carving industry</p><p>potential. Tahunan Subdistrict is an area located in Jepara regency with the biggest potential of the furniture industry compared to other districts. Everyone who wants to buy furniture from Tahunan may visit the showroom which is located not far from the main road because of the limited information about the potential of furniture, especially small and medium business category in less strategic locations. Judging from these problems, it is necessary to make an information system about the potential of furniture in Tahunan district based on android that is easy to use and integrated with Geographic Information System (GIS) to make it  easier for users to find directions to the location. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with Construct 2 as the maker of the application.</p>

Abstract   Depok city, West Java, Indonesia is located in the south of Jakarta, between Jakarta and Bogor. This city has 2.1 million people in 2016 with a high mobility society characteristic. Therefore, they need adequate transportation mode for supporting their activities. The availability of information for public transportation route is a mandatory requirement for Depok city. The use of Internet technology for the implementation of geographic information system is expected to contribute to the success factor of public transportation service. In this study, the proposed system utilized Google Maps in processing and visualizing the public transport route map. The system is designed using Rapid Application Development software development that suitable for faster system development. With this information system, the community is expected to be easier to get information about public transport in Depok city. In addition, the purposed system could give the benefits, i.e. increasing the use of public transport, decreasing the use of private vehicle in people daily activities, and reducing the traffic jams in the city. The proposed system this study was a web-based GIS application that provides information about public transport service in the city of Depok.   Keywords: Rapid Application Development, Geographic Information System, Public Transportation, Web   Abstrak   Kota Depok adalah sebuah kota di provinsi Jawa barat yang terletak tepat di selatan jakarta, yakni diantara Jakarta dan bogor. Populasi kota Depok pada tahun 2016 mencapai 2,1 juta penduduk dengan mobilitas masyarakatnya yang tinggi. Hal tersebut menjadikan masyarakat kota Depok sangat membutuhkan moda transportasi yang memadai untuk menjalankan segala aktifitasnya. Kemudahan informasi mengenai rute rute transportasi umum juga menjadi sebuah kebutuhan wajib bagi masyarakat kota Depok. Pemanfaatan teknologi internet untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi geografis diharapkan dapat berkontribusi memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan rute angkutan umum. Sistem ini memanfaatkan Google Maps dalam mengolah dan memvisualisasikan peta rute angkutan umum. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development, dengan harapan sistem lebih cepat diimplementasikan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai rute angkutan umum di kota Depok. Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini dapat berdampak peningkatan penggunaan transportasi umum oleh masyarakat dibandingkan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi saat melakukan aktifitas harian yang secara tidak langsung dapat mengurangi angka kemacetan di kota Depok. Geographic Information System is a special information system that manages data that has spatial information (spatial reference). Or in a narrower sense, is a computer system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geo-referenced information, such as data identified by its location in a database. With this rapid technological progress, the author tries to implement one of the GIS application program into the form of Kost Home layout information in Kotabumi. The author tries to build an application that will help to simplify the search such as information about home boarding services, home boarding locations, and strategic location of boarding house. The system to be created is "Geographic Information System Provider of Kost Home Based Website". The development used in this research is the development with Object Oriented model that uses several tools such as Use Case, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram. And for system development method used is Prototyping development method. Keywords: GIS; Object Oriented; Prototyping.

The document search function in the quality assurance unit's information system uses the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm. This KMP algorithm is a search algorithm that will match the pattern or arrangement of words to be searched from left to right at the beginning of the text and then shift the order of words until the word order is at the end of the text. The KMP algorithm has the advantage of matching matches on large files. The system development method used is the Rapid Application Development method. This RAD method is a life cycle strategy aimed at providing development that is much faster and gets results with better quality compared to results achieved through traditional cycles. Application of School Administration Information System is expected to be able to overcome problems arising from conventional document control processes to make it easier and more precise. Abstrak: Fungsi pencarian dokumen pada sistem informasi unit jaminan mutu menggunakan algoritma Knuth-Morris-Pratt. Algoritma KMP ini merupakan algoritma pencarian yang akan mencocokkan pattern atau susunan kata yang akan dicari dari kiri ke kanan pada awal teks dan kemudian menggeser susunan kata sampai susunan kata tersebut berada di ujung teks. Algoritma KMP memiliki keunggulan pencarian kecocokan pada file yang berukuran besar. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Rapid Application Development. Metode RAD ini adalah strategi siklus hidup yang ditujukan untuk menyediakan pengembangan yang jauh lebih cepat dan mendapatkan hasil dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dicapai melalui siklus tradisional. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Sekolah ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul dari proses pengendalian dokumen secara konvensional agar lebih mudah dan tepat.

Graduation is an inauguration activity for students who have finished studying at a university. Graduation registration at the Cilacap State Polytechnic is still done conventionally, causing problems such as students who are not registered in the toga data collection, students who do not return the toga according to the specified time limit. In addition, the large number of students makes the data collection process take longer. In this case, the authors conducted research that aims to build a website-based graduation registration information system. Making this system requires a research methodology. Among them are data collection methods that include literature studies, observations, and interviews as well as the system development method used, namely Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of the questionnaire with a total score of 182 show that the system is very good in assisting BAAK in graduation registration services and monitoring the number of graduates, as well as helping students register for graduation and their completeness, and the system can help submit and confirm trouble-free forms.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Background: As one of batik producer city in Indonesia, Pekalongan city needs medium and infrastructure that able to provide the information needed by either the local government or the society.  The need about information of Batik city center in Pekalongan will provide the information about the batik center for the local government in the potency, obstacle and the needs of Small and Medium Batik Enterprises Centre to improve the Batik Production.Objective: The research is aimed at mapping the potency of batik center in Pekalongan city by implementing Geographic Information System Technology. The information about batik center in Pekalongan city needs to be maintained.  The maintenance in information field is needed upon the batik center in Pekalongan.Methods: The method used in mapping the batik potency in Pekalongan city is the Geographic Information System (GIS) by providing the information based on a spatial data.  Whereas the waterfall system development is used in developing the GIS.Results: The research resulted the application in mapping the batik center with GIS based that provide reference to the related parties about information and planning as well as investment in batik business.Conclusion: The system is able to provide the information needed by users, such as business mapping, the mapping about the amount of business in one area, the batik potency in each district that is figured for mapping location.

Abstract Forest and land fires are a disaster that occurs almost every year on Sumatra Island. Ogan Komering Ilir is one of the regencies in South Sumatra Province with a high number of hotspots causing forest and land fires every year. Prevention efforts are important to reduce the impact caused by forest and land fires on various aspects of life. One of them is by building a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) for the distribution of hotspots as a form of early warning and detection system by utilizing VIIRS Nightfire (VNF) data from the remote sensing technology of the Suomi-NPP satellite which has Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) active sensors which have been processed with the Nightfire algorithm. The Leaflet JavaScript library plays an important role in adding to the functionality of WebGIS with a wide selection of available plugins and easy-to-read source code to make web-based spatial information more interactive. The prototype of WebGIS with the name OKIApi has been successfully developed and has several key features such as displaying information on the distribution of hotspots that have been classified by temperature; the priority level of firefighting areas and the vulnerability level of flammable areas based on the type of land cover; route to the hotspot or the fire department locations; a chart of the estimated burned area from the source footprint of hotspot; and a chart of the number of hotspots per day that have been classified by temperature. The percentage value of the web feasibility for the functionality test to 13 WebGIS features is 100% with a very good predicate, the usability test is 91.5% with a very good predicate, and the portability test on 18 web browsers applications is 100% with a very good predicate.
