A study on the optimization planning of water pollution control for Majiagou Stream in Harbin was carried out. Four water pollution control options were considered. The option regarded as most feasible, both technically and economically, involved the construction and operation of a wastewater treatment works with a capacity of 150,000 m3/day on the upper reach of the stream. The effluent would be discharged into the upper reach of Majiagou Stream and would be used as a water source for the stream, while an interceptor sewer was to be constructed on the lower reach of the stream to collect wastewaters in the lower reach basin and transport them to a centralized wastewater treatment plant. An optimization study of the relationship between the sewerage interceptor and the sewage treatment plant on the upper reach was conducted. In this study, a comprehensive water pollution control plan, including the sewerage system, sewage treatment plant, and the use of treated wastewater as a water source for Majiagou Stream, was considered as a systematic problem in which many factors were taken into account. Cost-benefit analysis was carried out for both the sewage treatment plant and the interceptors by means of empirical regression equations and diagrams in which various curves showed the relationships between the important factors.

Through to analysis the influence of the effluent from the sewage treatment plant to the river water quality of Fangshen-Habaqi stream segment in lower reaches comprehensively, in order to achieve water pollution control and water function zone protection. This paper use QUAL2K model to simulate the influence to lower reaches water quality, and the simulation factor is BOD. The result showed that the downstream BOD concentration cannot reach the water quality standards Ⅲ. This paper provides some corresponding control measures, so as to provide the scientific basis of the water pollution control planning research.

Abstract With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection in recent years, the related problems of water pollution treatment have gradually come into people’s view. As the source of life, water accounts for a huge proportion in our lives, but at the same time, water pollution is quietly spreading in places we don’t know. The continuous discharge of heavy industrial wastewater, agricultural wastewater and domestic sewage leads to increasingly serious water pollution. Sewage treatment(ST) is imperative, and its social benefits are huge, but the corresponding cost is high, and the return on investment is low. Traditional ST methods can not load large-scale ST. How to carry out ST based on artificial intelligence(AI), build ST plant control system, and make ST enter the era of automation is the problem to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the reform of control system for ST plant based on AI, apply AI into ST, and realize the automation and precision of ST plant. This paper mainly uses the fuzzy self-tuning PID control system algorithm, through the analysis of ST control object, analysis of fuzzy self-tuning PID controller design to complete the ST control system settings. In this paper, the literature review method and data analysis method are used. By collecting relevant data, the control system of ST plant is constructed to simulate ST, and the real-time data of ST is analyzed. The traditional PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control are compared. The experimental results show that the wastewater treatment plant system based on AI input, in the aspect of wastewater treatment, the concentration of COD and BOD in the treated wastewater are reduced by a certain proportion, the dissolved oxygen content in the wastewater reaches about 2.0mg/l, which meets the national discharge standard, and its rising time is reduced to 25 seconds, and the adjustment time is saved by 50 seconds.

Abstract:Phosphorus is a major substance that is needed especially for agricultural production or for the industry. At the same time it is an important component of wastewater. At present, the waste management priority is recycling and this requirement is also transferred to wastewater treatment plants. Substances in wastewater can be recovered and utilized. In Europe (in Germany and Austria already legally binding), access to phosphorus-containing sewage treatment is changing. This paper dealt with the issue of phosphorus on the sewage treatment plant in Nitra. There are several industrial areas in Nitra where record major producers in phosphorus production in sewage. The new wastewater treatment plant is built as a mechanicalbiological wastewater treatment plant with simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, sludge regeneration, an anaerobic zone for biological phosphorus removal at the beginning of the process and chemical phosphorus precipitation. The sludge management is anaerobic sludge stabilization with heating and mechanical dewatering of stabilized sludge and gas management. The aim of the work was to document the phosphorus balance in all parts of the wastewater treatment plant - from the inflow of raw water to the outflow of purified water and the production of excess sludge. Balancing quantities in the wastewater treatment plant treatment processes provide information where efficient phosphorus recovery could be possible. The mean daily value of P tot is approximately 122.3 kg/day of these two sources. The mean daily value of P tot is approximately 122.3 kg/day of these two sources. There are also two outflows - drainage of cleaned water to the recipient - the river Nitra - 9.9 kg Ptot/day and Ptot content in sewage sludge - about 120.3 kg Ptot/day - total 130.2 kg Ptot/day.

The paper takes the Second Songhua River as an object for research and selects Thomas's BOD-DO stable model as the initial structure on the basis of overall investigations and analyses on water pollution in every reach. In view of the characteristics of the river being located at the north, values k’1, k’2 and k’3 in dry season of winter were determined and calculated, and a series analyses have been made. The self-purification ability of the river and the total elimination amount of the main pollutants BOD5 were also calculated. In order to minimize the required cost, we distributed the cost to the main pollution sources, which are to be controlled. We firstly set a cost function of sewage treatment plant by series design and calculated the related cost parameters, then calculated two kinds of optimal distributing models of BOD5 elimination, which were a mathematical model of extreme value of conditions and a matrix mathematical model. Now they have been applied to the practical pollution control plan for the Second Songhua River.

Refractory organic pollutants are wastewaters main pollutants in Tianjin TEDA modern industrial park. For clearing up refractory organic pollutants, we must improve the biological process of the sewage treatment plant. This paper focuses on how to use bioaugmentation technology to process the refractory organic pollutants which comes from wastewater of the district. Sewage pumping station is pumping station import at the sewage treatment plant. Its role is to collect the wastewater from the sewage pipe network to subsequent wastewater treatment process facilities. The water level is usually low in sewage collection pipe network. And many wastewater treatment facilities is based on elevation settings. So it is necessary to use lift pump to improve lift of the collected sewage, using high gravity sewage errands subsequent process in order to reduce energy consumption. The traditional way of pumping generally has the shortcomings: the waste of power resources, low efficiency, poor reliability, low degree of automation, which seriously affects the urban sewage treatment capacity. This paper, views pump station control system at the sewage treatment plant as the background, researches frequency control constant pressure control system based on PLC, realizes the energy efficient, automated and reliable direction of development of the sewage pumping station.

AbstractThe reliability of removal of selected contaminants in three technological solutions of the household sewage treatment plants was analysed in this paper. The reliability of the sewage treatment plant with activated sludge, sprinkled biological deposit and hybrid reactor (activated sludge and immersed trickling filter) was analyzed. The analysis was performed using the Weibull method for basic indicators of impurities, BOD5, COD and total suspended solids. The technological reliability of the active sludge treatment plant was 70% for BOD5, 87% for COD and 66% for total suspended solids. In the sewage treatment plant with a biological deposit, the reliability values determined were: 30% (BOD5), 60% (COD) and 67% (total suspended solids). In a treatment plant with a hybrid reactor, 30% of the BOD5and COD limit values were exceeded, while 30% of the total suspended solids were exceeded. The reliability levels are significantly lower than the acceptable levels proposed in the literature, which means that the wastewater discharged from the analysed wastewater treatment plants often exceeds the limit values of indicators specified in currently valid in Poland Regulation of the Minister of Environment for object to 2000 population equivalent.

Wastewater in general is water, in general, is a liquid that comes from households, industries, or other public places that usually contain materials or substances that can endanger human life and disturb the environment. This study to plan, analyze, and assess the performance conditions of wastewater treatment plants (IPAL) at PT XYZ Bekasi Regency on environmental quality standards. Data and information used are data on the amount of wastewater, sources of wastewater, and behavior of water use as well as secondary data in the form of data that the authors surveyed directly at the research location. The processing method of the output value of WWTP uses the research method of the laboratories from the research method in which the output value exceeds the quality standard of LHK Regulation No. 68 the Year 2016 and has exceeded its planning capacity. And what is identified is not safe. An alternative solution to the problem of unsafe output values ​​is by planning a new wastewater treatment plant.
