Resumo: Conhecer a visão dos enfermeiros acerca da implementação da Teoria dos Vínculos Profissionais em sua equipe de trabalho. Pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com seis enfermeiros no Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, cujos conteúdos foram tratados com a análise temática. A teoria é vista como um novo modelo de gestão em enfermagem, com foco nas relações interpessoais, permitindo à equipe um trabalho crítico, reflexivo e participativo, em prol do alcance do objetivo comum – o cuidado do ser humano.Palavras-Chave: Enfermagem, Ambiente de Trabalho, Recursos Humanos.Theory of professional links: vision of nurses that have implemented in BrazilAbstract: Know the vision of the nurses about the implementation of the Theory of professional links in their work team. The purpose of this study is to explore how teenagers view the relationships and interactions in the process of healthily becoming an adolescent. This qualitative exploratory research was conducted with ten teenagers in a state college in a town in southern Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, from August to October, 2007. We used semi-structured interviews to collect the data. Later, we decided to use a thematic analysis, in which two themes emerged: (1) the process of building relationships and interactions in adolescence and (2) the risk in social life. As a result, we realized the importance of interpersonal relationships formed in adolescence, which deserve the nurse’s attention. Nurses can help in the guiding of this population in basic health units, hospitals or schools, to a healthy adolescence. Thus, teenagers may enjoy the relationships built in this process in order to grow and to enter into adulthood.

This qualitative study aimed to analyze how conflicts manifest in interpersonal relations and the dimensions they assume in nursing management in hospitals. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 13 nurse managers from hospitals in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Content analysis was used to interpret the results. Among the results, it was highlighted that: a) 11 of the 13 nurses have been managers for more than 80% of their time since graduation and expressed that they had no idea about the management role before taking up this function; b) the nurses consider that conflicts are immanent in the organization, entailing the need to live and interact with them; c) internal conflicts showed to be the most determining for the managers. There is a need to understand the origin of conflicts and factors favoring their establishment, as well as to acknowledge the importance of an interdisciplinary response.

Resumo   Este artigo apresenta pesquisa enfocando os sentidos da formação inicial em Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA tendo por base as vozes de estudantes do Curso de Licenciatura em Letras da Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul. Para tanto, efetivou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, bibliográfica e com aplicação de questionário semiestruturado, com uma parte fechada e outra aberta, com respostas livres. Visou-se, com isso, a compreender quais sentidos da formação inicial se fazem presentes nas vozes de três licenciandos(as) do Curso de Letras que desenvolveram atividades na EJA. As reflexões sobre o tema foram referenciadas com base nos estudos de Dourado (2009) e Freire (1997, 2002, 2009), entre outros. Como principais resultados, destacam-se as aprendizagens destes acadêmicos e acadêmicas a partir das práticas desenvolvidas, como bolsistas do PIBID/ CAPES/UERGS, no Centro Municipal de Cultura Paulo Freire em Porto Alegre e as suas demandas de maior inserção de abordagens de EJA no currículo do Curso de Letras. Abstract This article presents a research focusing on the meanings of initial training in Youth and Adult Education - EJA (abbreviation in Portuguese), based on the voices of students from the Licentiate Degree Course in Languages at the State University of Rio Grande do Sul. For this purpose, a qualitative bibliographical research was carried out with the application of a semi-structured questionnaire, with a closed and an open part, with free answers. With this, the aim was to understand which meanings of initial training are present in the voices of three undergraduates of the Languages Course who developed activities in EJA. Reflections on the theme were referenced based on studies by Dourado (2009) and Freire (1997, 2002, 2009), among others. As main results, we highlight the learning of these academics from the practices developed, as scholarship holders from PIBID/ CAPES/UERGS, at the Paulo Freire Municipal Culture Center in Porto Alegre and their demands for greater inclusion of EJA approaches in the curriculum of  Languages Course. Abstract Gastrointestinal parasites represent an important cause of reduced productivity of sheep worldwide. As anthelmintic are still the main control tool for these parasites, this work evaluated the efficacy of commercially available active principles in 22 sheep flocks in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In each farm 10 sheep were randomly distributed in seven groups with the following treatments: abamectin; albendazole; closantel; levamisole; monepantel; trichlorphon and no anthelmintic (control). All flocks showed resistance to at least three anthelmintics and in 20 farms only two products demonstrated efficacy for parasitic control. In two farms, there was no susceptibility to the six active principles tested. The results of this study provide evidence that the common commercially available anthelmintic are not assuring effective chemical control of gastrointestinal parasitic infections in ovine flocks in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul. Monepantel, the newest introduced drug in the Brazilian market was not effective in 18% of the flocks tested, confirming that the parasitic resistance can be established quickly after the introduction of new molecules mainly when alternative program of parasite control is not performed.

ABSTRACTObjective: to discuss the nursing staff's project in the context of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital Regional do Seridó, Caicó-RN. Method: qualitative descriptive-exploratory research. 19 semi-structured interviews were performed with professional nursing staff working in the ICU. The data were analyzed according to thematic content analysis, which consists of: pre-analysis, material exploration and processing of results. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee in Research of Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte as Protocol 027/10 and CAAE 0026.0.428.000-10, according to Resolution 196/96. Results: it was showed that the quantity of graduated professionals in nursing staff is unsatisfactory for the development of the necessary assistance to the ICU. Conclusion: this study reflects that the dimensioning of the nursing staff should involve the participation of hospital managers for researching and raising the critical points of functioning of the service, through promoting teamwork. Resultados: apontaram que o quantitativo dos profissionais de nível superior em enfermagem é insatisfatório para o desenvolvimento da assistência necessária para a UTI. Conclusão: o estudo reflete que o dimensionamento da equipe de enfermagem deve envolver a participação dos gestores do hospital, para pesquisar e levantar os pontos críticos do funcionamento do serviço, através da promoção do trabalho em equipe. Resultados: mostraron que el cuantitativo de profesionales de nivel superior en enfermería no es satisfactorio para el desarrollo de la asistencia necesaria a la UCI. Conclusión: este estudio refleja que la escala del equipo de enfermería debe incluir la participación de los administradores del hospital para investigar y levantar los puntos críticos de la funcionamiento del servicio, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo. Este artículo presenta datos empíricos de una investigación cualitativa que aborda la salud de las mujeres que viven en las calles y las transversalidades en el cuidado de la salud. La producción de los datos se apoyó en la observación participante en las calles de una ciudad del interior de Río Grande do Sul, Brasil. La creación de campos culturales guio el análisis: relación con la(el) otra(o) en las calles; relaciones de género; y relación con los servicios de atención a la salud. La interpretación de las informaciones estuvo basada en un abordaje psicosocial y en autores que estudian la población que vive en las calles. La conclusión indicó que las mujeres observadas que viven en las calles representan una población bastante diversa en sus características y compleja en sus necesidades, quienes demandan cuidados que tengan en cuenta una variedad de transversalidades, especialmente aquellas que se refieren a las interacciones y relaciones establecidas en los medios donde viven

ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the social representations of health care of the Mbyá-Guarani ethnic group by multidisciplinary teams from the Special Indigenous Health District in the south coast of Rio Grande do Sul state (Distrito Sanitário Especial Indígena Litoral Sul do Rio Grande do Sul), Brazil. Method: a qualitative method based on the theory of social representations was used. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews with 20 health workers and by participant observation. The interviews were analyzed with ALCESTE software, which conducts a lexical content analysis using quantitative techniques for the treatment of textual data. Results: there were disagreements in the health care concepts and practices between traditional medicine and biomedicine; however, some progress has been achieved in the area of intermedicality. The ethnic boundaries established between health workers and indigenous peoples based on their representations of culture and family, together with the lack of infrastructure and organization of health actions, are perceived as factors that hinder health care in an intercultural context. Conclusion: a new basis for the process of indigenous health care needs to be established by understanding the needs identified and by agreement among individuals, groups, and health professionals via intercultural exchange.

ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the constituent services of the network to combat violence against rural women in municipalities in the northwestern region of Rio Grande do Sul and to analyze the articulation and communication of services in search of the resolution of situations of violence. Method: descriptive-exploratory, qualitative study, carried out through semi-structured interviews with 26 professionals from intersectoral services, as well as managers and/or those responsible for these services. Data were systematized through content analysis. Results: although the professionals collectively discuss and plan coping actions, difficulties were identified in the approximation between services, related to the definition of flow, knowledge of actions/referrals, fear of seeing and reporting violence, understanding that it is not a question of demand of their field of action, and women's access to services. Final considerations: it is evident the need to implement public policies that address the singularities of violence against women in rural settings.
