The application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP) can illustrate the efforts of various countries to improve the quality of nursing care and the working environment of nurses in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of MPKP in hospitals. This research design uses a literature review, which is a series of studies relating to the method of collecting library data, or research whose research objects are explored through various library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents) from several journals that have been researched by previous researchers who have been screened with inclusion and exclusion criteria using several databases namely google shoolar, lib UI, and SINTA which will be used as a literature review in this study. There are 155 journals according to keywords which are screened into 10 journals according to the theme and analyzed which examines the application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP). The results showed that the implementation of MPKP was in the good category and was more dominant, namely 40% in the nursing care system. In the application of the maximum Professional Nursing Practice Method (MPKP) and good categories, nurses must make professional values, professional relationships, management approaches, nursing care systems, and reward compensation systems according to nursing standards by looking at performance and determining the appropriate MPKP model.

Professional practice models (PPMs) guide nursing practice, professional behaviors, and clinical leadership. Health care continues to evolve (e.g., through health system mergers), and nurses may need to adopt and understand new PPMs to confidently align their interventions and professional nursing practice accordingly. The purpose of this project was to create an educational module about a new PPM based on the model of relationship-based care (RBC), which was adopted following a health system merger. The module was presented to a sample of nursing staff and leaders, who subsequently evaluated how it changed their confidence in and understanding and application of RBC in their professional nursing practice. Quantitative data showed that the module was an effective method to increase nurses' understanding of, and confidence in providing care utilizing, the RBC model. Qualitative data analysis generated themes (team building, need for self-care, being present, lack of time and resources, and resistance to or fear of change) about how implementation of RBC as the organization's PPM would change professional nursing practice, and barriers related to its implementation.

Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) is a method of comprehensive nursing care in providing quality nursing care. This study aims to investigate the correlation between the implementation of the professional nursing practice model and the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses at the MPKP room of the Regional Hospital of Lasinrang in Pinrang. The study is analytically observational with a cross-sectional design. The subject (n=124) are practicing nurses in the inpatient ward of Lasinrang Regional Hospital of Pinrang. The sample was selected employing a systematic random sampling technique. The data were obtained with a questionnaire distribution and observation checklist and the data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate measures. The chi-square test proves that the operand (p=0.000), pre-Competence (p=0.000), competence (p=0.000), competence case (p=0.164), and round (p=0.164) on the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses. This implies that there is a significant correlation the operand evaluation, pre-conference, post-conference, and the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses for the value of p<0.05 but no significant correlation between case competency evaluation as well as round and the work satisfaction of the nurses with p>0.05.

The desire of community hospitals to build more professionalism into nursing practice through the implementation of a practice philosophy and model can be driven by several factors, including practice needs, consistency, and/or a Magnet Recognition journey. The development team for this institution provided 30 2-hour sessions on professional practice to nurses on all shifts. This training was mandatory, with typical resistance for such programs. The rollout strategy wove cognitive and affective teaching methods that integrated head and heart, with very positive outcomes identified in postprogram evaluations.

AbstractA professional nursing practice model is an approach that enables nurses to demonstrate their autonomy and accountability in delivering their care to patients. An evaluation program for a professional nursing practice model is required to assess the effectiveness of this model toward an improvement of nursing service in this model unit. The evaluation plan is involved in three aspects: structure, process, and outcome. The aspect of structure is evaluated to assess a commitment of the nursing service organization. The aspect of process is directed to evaluate an involvement and participation of all components in a nursing care delivery system. And finally, the aspect of outcome is assessed to determine the satisfaction of patients and the staff. A program of evaluation is best to be conducted twice for a period of three years during which the first evaluation is used as a baseline data for an incoming evaluation. Keywords: A professional nursing practice model, a program evaluation, structure, process, outcome.
