Bali is an area that relies on the tourism industry. The management of the tourism industry cannot be separated from other sectors, such as the creative industry. The creative industry is a supporter of economic growth in increasing employment opportunities and reducing the low population in Indonesia. Fashion and handicrafts are the mainstays of Bali's sub-sectors, with a proportion of 18 percent and 15.4 percent, respectively. The ability of human resources to express their creativity and skills plays an essential role in improving the performance of the relevant SMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of entrepreneurial orientation development and market orientation in enhancing performance and to determine efforts to improve the performance of creative industry SMEs. The analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS program. The population in this study was the Creative Industry SMEs in the fashion and handicraft sub-sector. The research sample was 40 respondents with the sampling method using convenience sampling. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on improving performance.

This study aim to determine the role of digital marketing and competitive price to buying decision IndiHome Fiber PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Wonogiri.Research data was obtained by spreading questionnaires using interval scale by using sample of 100 respondents. This research uses sampling with aksidental sampling method and using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Partial test results indicate that the digital marketing has a significant effect on buying decision, competitive price has a significant effect on buying decision. For simultaneous test, the result shows that variable of digital marketing and competitive price together have significant effect to buying decision. Keywords: digital marketing, competitive price and buying decision

This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and creativity on marketing performance in apparel traders in the Aceh Market in Banda Aceh City. The research sample of 96 respondents with accidental sampling sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and was treated with the help of SPSS software version 22.0. The results showed that partially market orientation and creativity variables influenced marketing performance. While the creativity variable has no effect. This means that the higher the market orientation will improve marketing performance. Simultaneously market orientation and creativity play a role in marketing performance improvement. To improve marketing performance in Aceh market traders, traders are required to be more creative in marketing their merchandise. The recommendations for further research are expected to be able to add variables such as innovation, competitive advantage, and marketing strategies.

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

This research as a purpose to know what influence of liquidity ratio solvency ratio for profitability ratio.This research was conducted on the consumer goods industrycompanies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) . The data used are secondary data from company financial statements of consumer goods industry. The population in this study is a consumer goods industryand sample period 2013-2017 and used a total of 7 samples from 32 companies . The technique of taking the sample using purposive sampling method The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews. The results showed that the variable, Liquidity, Solvency has a positive and significant impact on profitability ( ROE)
