This study aims to determine the response of fishermen to insurance, so it can be seen how the right insurance model for fishermen in order to support the accessibility of capital to financial institutions such as LKMS. The determination of the insurance model in this study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, where the decision is made by considering and validating empirical experience. The results of this study indicate that the most appropriate insurance model is Partner Agent with a value of 0.4774. Partners who are invited to work together in this regard are KUD Fishermen. The most appropriate insurance product is a Health Insurance product with a weight of 0.4878. Based on these results the researchers made several alternative microinsurance models in accordance with each category of fishermen including, the KUDN Partner Model for Small Fishermen, the Micro-ABK Model for Workers Fishermen, and the Full Service Insurance Company (LPPA) Model for Fishermen employer.

Implementation of good governance in cash waqf institutions is a must. But in its implementation in West Sumatra there are still various problems in governance which have an impact on not maximizing the collection of cash waqf. Through the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach this study tries to answer several questions: (1) what are the priority issues of cash waqf management, (2) What are the priority solutions for cash waqf management and (3) what are the cash waqf management strategy in West Sumatra. The results showed that the priority of problems in cash waqf management in West Sumatra in priority order were Human Resources (0.371), regulation (0.243), accountability (0.200) and products (0.184) with the rater agreement (W: 0.377). Priority results solutions with Human Resource solution sequences (0,367), regulator solutions (0.267), product solutions (0.183) and accountability (0.181). The results of the rater agreement with the value (0.348). While the results of the strategy in the order of collaboration with the Tungku Tigo Sajarangan are the top priority with a value (0.366), public education about cash waqf (0.324) and nazhir guidance and mauquf alaih (0.308). With the revolution in Internet and digital technology, every organization is adopting digital things to carry out their day-to-day activities. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that is used to connect various devices over the Internet to increase the production and quality of service, deliver a huge amount of data in seconds, and automate the processes. IoT implementation in the health sector has changed the typical setup into smart and intelligent setup. With the “smart” and “Intelligent” abilities of IoT devices such as sensors and with the collaboration of humans and computers, physical processes can be monitored and, based on the received data, optimal decisions can ultimately be taken. IoT applications in healthcare will increase flexibility, patient’s care, quality of health, and control of diseases. As the IoT combines various heterogeneous devices and the inappropriate determination of the degree of characteristics for Internet of healthcare (IoH) devices may affect the efficiency of services, this research is carried out with the use of decision support system and application of fuzzy analytic network process (fuzzy ANP) was used for optimal determination of the degree of characteristics for IoH devices based on unique properties which would greatly increase the efficiency of industry. The experimental results are efficient and show the usefulness of the approach.

The presence of Islamic insurance is an alternative, in order to avoid conventional insurance which is considered to have elements of usury, maytsir, gharar and zholim. In the era of economic disruption, Islamic insurance players and customers are waiting for the direction of strategic policies from the government as regulator and facilitator. The formulation of a sharia insurance development strategy policy begins with analyzing the obstacles to developing sharia insurance in Indonesia. These constraints mean that the number of sharia insurance customers in Indonesia is not maximal. These obstacles include the lack of socialization and promotion, inadequate use of technology, lack of product and service development, lack of knowledge, and the existence of conventional insurance. Based on these constraints, strategies for developing sharia insurance in Indonesia that can be carried out include maximizing socialization and promotion, maximizing the use of technology, developing products and services, increasing literacy, and market penetration. This research is aimed at analyzing the constraints and development strategies of Islamic insurance using a mathematical method, namely the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, so that policy recommendations are supported by scientific studies. Furthermore, in this study the ANP method was adopted in a survey design involving a number of respondents. The heterogeneity of the assessments of a number of respondents is expected to provide a more rational alternative. The results of the analysis using the ANP method are priority constraints in order to get more attention and priority strategies that can be used to formulate policies to make them more focused.

The present study provides a comparative analysis of development strategy selection and presents an overview of multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) in strategic management. The main aim of the paper is to use the analytic network process (ANP) as one of MCDA methods for determining the best strategy. Based on expert opinions and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the authors have identified and evaluated SWOT analysis factors used for the development of a company strategy. To investi-gate the interaction of external and internal environment, the authors have used the ANP that allows obtaining relative measurement of the influence of SWOT elements. The ANP is useful with regard to interdependent relationship between multi-objectives and multi-stakeholders’ environment. The algo-rithm of quantitative evaluation of telecommunication company strategies is also presented in the paper.

This paper discusses the Tourism Destination Development Strategy. In improving the tourism sector in an area, at least one has to develop the 3A concept (Attractions, Accessibility, and Amenities). The tourism sector is a mainstay for Central Aceh to be developed as a tourism destination because Central Aceh has attractions that can be developed into tourist attractions. The method used in this study using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach with the help of Super Decision software, by performing a synthesis analysis of problems, solutions, and strategies. The results of the respondents' answers indicated that the priority problems were infrastructure, attractiveness, and promotion problems. Meanwhile, the most priority solutions are solutions to improve infrastructure, namely transportation and travel, attraction, and promotion. And the most prioritized strategy is the improvement of infrastructure facilities and synergy.

The purpose of this research was to know the management of profit sharing system in the area, to analyze the income and profit of the investor and the farmer and the percentage of the contribution of the livestock business in fulfilling the income of the farmer family. This research was conducted in Klambir V Kebun Hamparan Perak Subdistrict Deli Serdang District for 2 month from July 2017 until August 2017. This research used primary data and secondary data. The location of the research and the determination of the respondents was determined purposively. Respondents consisted of 35 people who were divided into three scales: 16 respondents for 3-11 (small scale), 10 respondents for 12-20 (medium scale) and 9 respondents for scale > 20 (large scale) . The results showed that the profit sharing system that is implemented in Klambir V Kebun is a profit sharing system for bulls with 50:50 share of the results. The income received by the investor and the farmer is different because in this business breeder farmers who spend for the maintenance of livestock while the investors only provide the livestocks germs. The bigger scale of business that the greater the income. The cattle breeding business with this profit sharing system has a value of r /c ratio > 1, which means the business is feasible to cultivate. The contribution of livestock at each successive scale is 53.40%, 60.22% and 67.79%. Livestock can be categorized as a branch of business because it contributes 30-70% in fulfilling the household income.
