Memahami objek, konsep, prosedur merupakan salah satu tujuan mempelajari pelajaran matematika disekolah. Muatan materi yang cendrung kompleks dengan elemen-elemen yang abstrak menjadi masalah bagi siswa sehingga memunculkan beban kognitif, diantaranya adalah beban kognitif eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan beberapa strategi yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mendesain pembelajaran matematika agar dapat meminimalkan beban kognitif eksternal. Penelitian ini berupa studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan melakukan penelusuran referensi secara online melalui beberapa sumber basis data Google Cendikia, ERIC Institute of Education Science, serta Science Direct. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil kajian dalam studi ini terdapat 8 strategi dalam mendesain pembelajaran matematika untuk meminimalkan beban kognitif eksternal diantaranya The Goal-Free Effect, The Worked Exampel Effect, The Split-Attention Effect, The Modality Effect, The Redundancy Effect, The Element Interactivity Effect, The Imagination Effect dan The Guidance Fading Effect.Understanding objects, concepts, procedures is one of the goals of studying mathematics in school. Material content that tends to be complex with abstract elements becomes a problem for students so that it creates cognitive loads, including external cognitive loads. The purpose of this study is to show several strategies that need to be considered in designing mathematics learning in order to minimize external cognitive load. This research is in the form of library research (library research). The data collection technique in this study was carried out by searching for references online through several Google Cendikia database sources, ERIC Institute of Education Science, and Science Direct. Analysis of the data in this study using content analysis method. The results of the study in this study there are 8 strategies in designing mathematics learning to minimize external cognitive load including The Goal-Free Effect, The Worked Exampel Effect, The Split-Attention Effect, The Modality Effect, The Redundancy Effect, The Element Interactivity Effect, The Imagination Effect and The Guidance Fading Effect.

<span>Although ubiquitous learning enhances students' access to learning materials, it is crucial to find out which media presentation modes produce the best results for English listening comprehension. The present study examined the effect of media presentation mode (sound and text versus sound) on English listening comprehension and cognitive load. Participants were 162 students majoring in Applied Foreign Language at a university in Taiwan. The students were randomly assigned to either single mode (sound) or double mode (sound and text). The research questions are (a) whether students learning with double mode outperformed students learning with single mode in listening comprehension; and (b) whether students learning with double mode encountered less cognitive load than students learning with single mode. If the answers to these questions are affirmative, then the modality effect occurs and the redundancy effect does not occur. The results demonstrated that (a) text significantly enhanced English listening comprehension and lowered cognitive load; (b) students with higher English listening comprehension experienced lower cognitive load, and vice versa; (c) text added no benefit to schema construction in long term memory; and (d) complex media presentations were not necessarily helpful to learning. Results (a) and (b) confirmed that the modality effect occurred, and the redundancy effect did not occur in the present study.</span>

This study aims to elaborate on the dynamic software GeoGebra and Cabri 3D in mathematics learning. The research method used is library research. This study uses the documentation method for collecting the data. The data analysis technique is content analysis. The results of this research are the collaboration of GeoGebra and Cabri 3D dynamic software as dynamic software with various features that can be used in mathematics learning to explore, visualize, and construct mathematical concepts and can be a tool in improving the quality of learning. GeoGebra has more features than Cabri 3D as it can explore the concepts of algebra, 2D geometry, 3D geometry, calculus, matrices, vectors, and statistics. Cabri 3D can only be used to explore the concepts of 2D geometry and 3D geometry.

Ketidakadilan gender yang terjadi pada pendidikan formal di sekolah, sering kali tanpa disadari oleh para pendidik. Melalui buku-buku pelajaran wajib, seperti buku pelajaran bahasa Arab, konsep bias gender tersosialisasikan kepada para siswa-siswi. Hal ini diakibatkan kurang selektifnya guru dalam memilih bahan ajar.Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan mengenai bentuk bias gender dalam buku pelajaran bahasa Arab untuk tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah yang selama ini tersosialisasikan kepada siswa-siswi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, tanpa disadari oleh para guru.Penelitian ini termasuk library research. Data diperoleh dari tulisantulisan yang berbicara tentang bias gender dalam buku pelajaran. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, buku pelajaran bahasa Arab untuk tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah mempunyai peran yang sangat besar dan bermakna dalam penyampaian pesan-pesan kultur dan budaya, di antaranya tentang konsep bias gender. Dalam buku pelajaran bahasa Arab, bias gender tersosialisasikan melalui rumusan teks, kalimat dan gambar (ilustrasi dalam buku). Bentuk bias gender yang ditemukan adalah posisi mendominasi lakilaki dan tersubordinasinya perempuan, pelabelan sifat maskulin untuk lakilakidan feminim untuk perempuan, dan pembagian peran gender di mana lakilaki cenderung bekerja pada sektor publik, sementara perempuan pada sektor domestik. Sementara itu, bentuk bias gender yang paling banyak ditemukan dalam setiap buku pelajaran bahasa Arab adalah posisi mendominasi laki-laki dan tersubordinasinya perempuan, baik dalam rumusan teks, kalimat, maupun gambar.

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how reward and punishment according to Irawati certainly does not conflict with the value of Islamic education. This is a library research the data of which were taken from several works of Irawati Istadi and direct interviews with her. The researcher also took some data from several researchers who discussed Irawati Istadi's thoughts and from Islamic education figures whose thoughts had relevance to the research theme. Content analysis methods is applied to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the concept of reward and punishment according to Irawati Istadi turns out to be compatible with the Islamic education. However, in Irawati's thought, there are also some differences shows the development of thoughts from previous figures of Islamic education and certainly did not conflict with the values of Islamic education. Relation between the different of religion comunity in the multicultural nation as in Indonesia be a natural phenomenon that it cannot be avoided. As to one of the problem that had appeared in this case is about wedding problem betweena moslem with the difference religion womans. Majority of the Indonesia religious scholars as scholar in Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah had been prohibiting wedding like that with various reason. while a part little of the contemporary moslem scholars have been permiting the wedding. The points which will discussed in this research is how is opinion of Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah about the law of wedding with the woman from Ahl Al-Kitab and its ijtihad methodology. This research should analyze the argumentation of the Majelis Tarjih that make forbidding a muslem married with the difference religion womans. This research using library research approach dan content analysis. The results of this research are: (1) Majelis Tarjih of Muhammadiyah forbidding the wedding with sad al-dzari’ah as its argumentation; (2) Majelis Tarjih’s opinion has been irrelevant because two reason, the mistake of methodology and the change of the Indonesian contemporary society (based on an empiric data). Keywords: Ahlu Kitab; Majelis Tarjih; Different Religion Marriage

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI dalam pembelajaran matematika ?. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir logis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika serta persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang sulit dipahami dan menakutkan, sehingga dihadirkan sebuah inovasi dengan memanfaatkan model simulasi berbasis TIK. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai dokumentasi dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Jurnal yang digunakan adalah  terbitan sepuluh tahu terakhir yaitu mulai tahun 2010-2020. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa model simulasi berbasis TIK yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa, dengan kata lain model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis 33 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dipakai dalam menentukan kesimpulanKata Kunci : simulasi, tik, berpikir logisAbstract :This study aims to determine Whether the ICT-based simulation learning model can contribute to the logical thinking skills of grade IV SD/ MI students in mathematics learning. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to think logically in mathematics learning and students’ perceptions of learning mathematics which is difficult to understand and scary, so that an innovation is presented by utilizing an ICT-based simulation model. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with library research desaign, while the data collection technique is done by looking for various documentation from several journal relevant to this research, then analyzed and conclusions drawn. The journal used are those of the last ten years, starting from 2010-2020. The results of this study indicate that the ICT-based simulation model applied in learning can contribute to student’s logical thinking skills, in other words, the ICT-based simulation learning model can foster logical thinking skills in grade IV SD/ MI students. This can be seen from the analysis of 33 articles relevant to this research, so that it can be used in determining conclusions.Keywords : simulation, ict, logical thinking
