Social stratification has played an important role in legal relations since ancient times, because it involved the division of responsibilities between individuals in society. The central concept of the social stratification is a society, whose members interact with each other to ensure their existence. Ensuring the existence involves the division of functions by trying to arrange the social and legal relations, which leads to the process of social group formation and social stratification. Social stratification is also very topical today, because society, despite the equality of people defined in normative acts, is still divided according to different criteria. This work provides insight into concept and historical development of the social stratification, summarizes different ideas and problems about social stratification and its types.

In modern calculus course, the material on derivative of the function and the construction of the tangent to the curve given first than the material on the integral and determining the area under a curve. This is contrary to the historical development. Determination of the area has been limited by several curves have been found in ancient times. In this paper discusses the start of construction of the tangent line and determining the area bounded by a curve that was first discussed by Fermat. Work Fermat has provided the basis for the concept of modern calculus, especially derivative and integral. In addition, Fermat is known as a person who has a remarkable ability in number theory, among others, by Fermat's Little Theorem and Fermat's Last Theorem. Keywords: construction of a tangent, wide areas, derivative and integral, Fermat Theory.

ABSTRACT :This essay starts with a brief description of the history of the garden in the East and introduces the reader into the Chinese culture starting with the Shang and Zhou Dynasties and continuing with the historical development through the Qin, Han, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties and the arrival of the Republic of China and the People’s Republic of China. In this essay the artistic and landscape values of Chinese culture are described alongside the history of the garden and the influences on the Japanese garden they have had from ancient times until today. These are explained alongside the art of Fengshui, geomantic laws and the main elements that compose the Chinese garden. The conclusion entails a brief assimilation of what has been deduced from the main study. In this part of the essay the compositive and design aspects of the Chinese garden are described, aspects such as centre, limit, the element of the mountain, emptiness, water, and the theatre, among other.

The question of what everything around us is made from has fascinated humanity since ancient times. The development of ideas on what the building blocks of matter are, and how these building blocks come together to form materials, are discussed in this contribution. In order to manipulate matter in a useful way, an understanding of the structure of the building blocks is the key. For this reason, atomic theory and bonding theory are introduced. An explanation of the periodic table shows why it is such a powerful predictive tool, and the use of symbols in chemistry is discussed.Contribution: In this article, the historical development of key ideas in our understanding of matter is presented, along with some of the important ideas in understanding how matter behaves. As part of this special collection, the implications of the meaning and utilisation of this knowledge are also considered.

Pruntseva G.О. THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF FOOD SECURITY IN ANCIENT TIMES Purpose. The aim of the study is to determine the basic principles of food security in ancient times and highlight the first tools of food security mechanism, which allowed for the further development of society. Methodology of research. The following methods are used in the research process, namely: analytical and historical methods to analyze the historical development of the main tools for ensuring food security. Assessment and logic are used to formulate the conclusions of the historical analysis. Findings. It is found that the problem of food security was relevant in primitive times. In ancient times, the following tools can be distinguished: warehousing and distribution of food products among all members of the community. The main characteristics of the organizational and economic mechanism of food security in ancient times are determined. The historical development of the food supply system of the population is analyzed. Originality. The main components of the food security system in ancient times are highlighted. For the first time the main tools of the food system are identified. It is proved that with the advent of the first states and the development of irrigation facilities, agricultural production became more efficient, namely: the use of agricultural technologies made it easier for people to work and increased agricultural production productivity. The development of transport infrastructure ensured the efficient exchange and trade of food products. Practical value. The author’s generalizations regarding the use of food security tools by primitive and ancient civilizations are important in the modern system of economic relations since, in the absence of effective medical treatment and government support for the vulnerable groups of the population, they ensured the survival of primitive people and the development of ancient civilizations.
