Abstract The theme of this research on adaptation strategies angkringan traders to exist in the face of the dynamics of life in the surrounding area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Researchers want to know how the strategy or the efforts made by angkringan traders in order to maintain his existence and how social capital, which in turn play a role in these efforts. The strategy can be formulated as an effort to maintain his existence as a angkringan’s trader around Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The method used in this research using descriptive qualitative method. In this study, there are two classifi cations of traders who hung (trade) around the area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta, which is used as one of the objects of informants, namely traders patterned angkringan traditional and modern. Through the narrative they can know how the efforts and strategies undertaken to maintain his existence in the face of the dynamics of life in the surrounding area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The strategy is one of them is to increase infrastructure facilities in Angkringan, such as a more representative (wider), Television, snacks are varied, not only the main menu as in angkringan others. In this study found the factors underlying the existence of traders angkringan and efforts are being made to defend themselves in the face of the local economy. The theme of this research is about the strategy of labor carriers (buruh gendong) to exist in facing the various life dynamics around the area of Beringharjo market, Yogyakarta. Researcher desire to know how the strategy or effort done by all labor in order to take care of themselves existence and also how the role of the social capital that playing in a part of its effort. Strategy can be formulated as effort to take care of themselves existence as labor carry on the back woman at Beringharjo market. Method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. In this research, there are six labors of women carriers (buruh gendong perempuan) that still active work around the area of Beringharjo market taken as the informant object. According to them, we know how their efforts and strategy done to take care of themselves existence in facing of the dynamics life at Beringharjo market. One of their strategies is join the labor group in the area of Beringharjo market. Sayuk Rukun Association directs under construction an institution which interest in charwoman activity. A lot of efforts developed, for example cooperation, saving and loan and religious activity which usually always continued with the activity of health service. In religious activity, it also gives some materials to add their knowledge. In this research found some factors related to the background of the existence of labor woman carriers (buruh gendong perempuan) and also efforts done to maintain themselves in facing of market economics.   Keyword: Existence, Labor, Woman Carrier

This research aims to know how Arabic dictionary affective in translating Qiraah by using android application. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the population of this research is the second semester academic year 2016/2017 with purposive sampling as a technique to collect the sample is PS 6. The data were collected by using test, observation, and interview. The instrument of this research is performance instrument, observation guidance, and interview guidance. The data collection have done from the result of this research would be analyzed by using qualitative data analyzed. The result of this research showed that 1). Based on the performance of the students in general were able to translate Qiraah that have been prepared. 2). The result of interview showed that the students easy to find out the meaning of each mufradat so that by using this method in translating the Arabic text at the previous meeting. As the result, this application is very helpful in translating.

This research studies about expressive speech act in Crazy Rich Asian movie, the objectives of the research are to describe (1) to analyze the type of expressive speech act found in Crazy Rich Asian movie and (2) to describe the S-P-E-A-K-I-N-G model used in Crazy Rich Asian movie. This research used theory from Searle (1985) and Hymes (1974) in analyzing the data. There are twelve expressive speech act mentioned by Searle; apologize, thank, condole, congratulate, complain, lament, protest, deplore, boast, compliment, greet, and welcome. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The researcher collected expressive speech act utterances as the data to be analyzed; in analyzing the data the researcher used S-P-E-A-K-I-N-G model. The results showed that there were 52 data of expressive speech act and only ten types of expressive speech found in Crazy Rich Asian movie, some of the expressive types appeared except expressive act of condole and boast. the researcher used SPEAKING model is to know how the meaning of the social context, the purpose of the interaction in detail and describe them into analysis text. From the data analysis it shows that the types of expressive speech act that oftenly come up are apologize, thank and compliment. It shows that the characters in the Crazy Rich Asian movie more showed politeness and friendly attitude to others.

This research aims to convey the development of English proficiency toward Asean community through Healthcare Language Program (HELP) for Nursing Students. The demand of Asean Community is the use of English, as the language of Asean Community. English become a tool for communicating and connecting with other people around Asean Countries. In the Asean community, there will be more developments in Indonesia. Starting from free trade, foreign companies, and also healthcare sector. Not only the case of trade in goods and services, but also in the traffic of people in the context of labor. As an international language, English is required to interact with the global community, especially in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community. In addition, the role of English is also used in writing article for international journal publication. In other case, English can be very helpful in term of searching source of science about nursing which mostly come from international journal. So, nursing students should be able to master English well. In fact most of them encounter problem with English especially concerning with speaking and writing. Those skills are very important for nusring students to face Asean community. They need some activity and program to enhance English proficiency. This study is an investigation of the English program held by STikes Mahardika Cirebon. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the data is collected by using observation, interview, as well as documentation. This study aims at finding out the development of Goa Tabuhan and its impact asa tourist attraction. As an addition, this study also attempts to find out the efforttaken by the Tourist Office in developing the tourism sector in Pacitan regency.This study also conducted an effort comparison between the Tourist Office andWareng rural village of Punung sub-district, who manages the Goa Tabuhan touristattraction in Pacitan regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method;there were nine informants consisted of four tourist office representatives, two of thevillage representative, two of the Goa Tabuhan local people, and one visitor of GoaTabuhan. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant impact on societyin the surrounding area of Goa Tabuhan; its visitors also experience the impact. Theimpact that affects society is in the form of economic and social and cultural effects.

<p>Minapolitan region is an economic region consisting of production centers, marine and fishery commodities, services, housing and other related activities. Tambak Lorok  is one of fishing villages which is  that located on the coastline of Java Sea in Tanjung Mas, North Semarang. The main function of Tambak Lorok is as residential areas, ponds and trades especially seafood. The main issues in Tambak Lorok  are: the rob, low  economy, and  less infrastructure. The concept of minapolitan is used  to improve the local economy of coastal communities through agribusiness subsystems and its supporting subsystems. <p>Mosque is the center of Muslim’s worshiping activities, existed from all capability had by its community, and it is also the representation of Muslim’s community that establishes and prospers it. Among the zakat institution that is quite dominant to be the reference of the community is the mosque itself. However, Muslim’s community participation in paying zakat, infaq, and sadaqat is still minimal compared to the amount of community in that region. Therefore, a mosque needs a good financial management and accurate financial information. By implementing accounting in a mosque, it can accelerate the planning and monitoring function in the decision making. Thus, in a good financial management of a mosque, it is important to note about how to manage a good finance and undertake financial information. The objective of this study is to know how mosque receiving officer (Amil Zakat) manages zakat, infaq, and sadaqat. With the aforementioned background, the researcher is interested in taking the title ““The Practice of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqat Management in Management in Masjid Muttaqin, Ternate CitysjidMuttaqin”. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research are five people. The method used is interview and the data gathered by the means of observation, interview and documentation. The research findings suggest that the accountability undertaken by the management because the management realizes that the gained ZIS funds is a trust from people that pray in Mosque, and the generous people so that it should be accounted for. The management executes transparency, which is the information delivered truthfully about the ZIS funds and its benefits so that there is participation from the people who pray in the mosque.</p>

During this pandemic period, many companies have experienced a decline in performance in any aspect, but many companies are also able to maintain their performance even during the current pandemic from the many activities within the company that we do not know how to maintain their performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement a management control system for company productivity and payroll during the pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the data used is primary data. Conclusion From the results and discussion above For the control system at the company CV. TRIO CIPTA has a control system with a new strategy that is more suitable to be applied during this pandemic so that the company that produces this RO machine can survive during this pandemic. Productivity at this company also experienced a very rapid increase.

Motivation is one of the most significant things in learning process. Without motivation, the purposes of learning is tough to be achieved. When learners have it in learning process, they will more understand with the materials, especially English. The goal of this study is to know how students’ motivation in learning English of eight grade at MTs Mathla’ul Anwar Sukaguna. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data was carried out by using a questionnaire of students’ motivation which have ten items adapted from Clement, Dornyei, & Noels (1994) and used an interview which have five questions‎. The data were processed in the percentage and descriptive explanation. The main findings described that the learners are entirety highly motivated. Based on this study’s findings, students of eighth grade at MTs Mathla’ul Anwar have that motivation, it is based on the outcome of questionnaire and interview. From the output of questionnaire, most of students choose the agree statements. It means that students has an savor in learning English. Furthermore, the yield of interview expressed that students have highly interesting in learning English. But in this case, the teacher have to be more creative in using the media, strategy, or delivered material in teaching learning activity to improve students’ motivation.

This research is aimed to analyze the types of onomatopoeia, techniques of translation as well as the acceptability aspect of the translated onomatopoeia in The Adventure of Tintin comic in order to compare how English and Indonesian in naming the sound of something and know how translation techniques can affect the quality of translation products. This research used descriptive qualitative method and total sampling. This research primarily applied the theory of onomatopoeia especially the types of onomatopoeia from Thomas and Clara (2004:4), Molina and Albir’s (2002: 509) theory of translation techniques and Translation Quality Assessment (TQA) proposed by Nababan (2012: 44) which focused on acceptability aspect. The result shows that there are 121 data found in 21 comic series of Tintin. There are four types of onomatopoeia which are call of animals (19%), sound made by humans (17.3%), sound of nature (8.3%) and miscellaneous sound (55.4%). Meanwhile, techniques that are used by the translator are only five techniques. The techniques consist of adaptation (5%), borrowing (34.7%), discursive creation (19%), established equivalent (37.2%), and reduction (4.1%). At last, the translated onomatopoeia in Tintin comic are predominantly acceptable which has a total 82% of onomatopoeia, 15% belong to less acceptable, and 3% belong to unacceptable
