The standard and complexity of nurse job tend to create heavy burden for nurses in performing nursing duties. The current study aimed to examine the influence of social support from supervisors and co-workers towards the resilient self-efficacy of psychiatric hospital nurses. The participants were 70 psychiatric hospital nurses in Surabaya. The study used Social Support Scale and Resilient Self-efficacy Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that supervisor and co-worker support simultaneously had a significant influence on psychiatric hospital nurses’ resilient self-efficacy (F = 32.837; p<0.05) with contribution of 35% (R2 = 0.3528). Hypothesis testing showed that when given separately, supervisor social support did not influence psychiatric hospital nurses’ resilient self-efficacy (r=0.089; p > 0.05). However, co-worker social support significantly influenced psychiatric hospital nurses’ resilient self-efficacy even when given separately (r=0.558; p < 0.05). This study concluded that compared with supervisor social support, co-worker social support significantly influenced psychiatric hospital nurses’ resilient self-efficacy.

A budget is an organizational plan stated in a monetary unit and drawn up for a period of time. The process of budgeting can trigger the behavior of budget implementers to conduct budgetary slack due to negative subjective attitudes and norms owned by budget executives. This makes research on the factors that affect the budgeting slack important to be carried out. This study used data collection techniques with questionnaires. All research instruments are valid and reliable. This research has also been freed from the problem of classical assumptions. The results were tested with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed self-efficacy, budget participation, information asymmetry, and budgetary emphasis influenced the budgetary slack. On the other side emotional stability has no significant effect on the budgetary slack. Abstract: This study aims to find the influence of perception of the teacher profession and self-efficacy on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Office Administration Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya Class of 2017. The type in this study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data is collected through research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application. The results of the study were: (1) The perception of the teacher profession positively and significantly influenced the interest in becoming a teacher in students of education department of office administration unesa 2017. (2) Self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of unesa office administration education program 2017. (3) The perception of the teacher's profession and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect the interest of teachers in students of education department of office administration of UNESA 2017. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapati pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2017. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (2) Efikasi diri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (3) Persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mnejadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of self efficacy variable consist of; Level, strength, generality to the learning outcomes of Mawapres (outstanding students) in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Where, students are taken are students who follow the mawapres in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as many as 22 people. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is Self Efficacy consisting of variable level, strength and generality influence on student learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing is acceptable. The findings of this study indicate that self efficacy variables consisting of: Level, Strength, and Generality have a significant effect on the result of learning mawapres STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. And obtained the value (R²) = 0.643 means the variable Level, Strength, and Generality gives the effect of 64.3% of academic achievement, while the remaining 35.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.</em></p>

The study aims to know and test the influence of entrepreneurship education, entreprenuerial self efficacy and environmental factors to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic university students in Jember namely UNMUH and IAIN Jember. This research is explanatory research, with sample selection using quota sampling counted 40 samples in each research object with total sample 80. Then method used purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  indicate that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy entrepreneurship and environmental factors have an effect on entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract: This research aimed to find out the influence of person-job fit and self-efficacy on the job performance of agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Meaning that the sample is taken in a certain part. The sample taken in this research is 64 respondents. The method of collecting the data is questionnaires, while the method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this research shows that person-job fit and self-efficacy has positive and significant influence on job performance. Keyword: Person job fit, Self Efficacy, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person job fit dan efikasi diri secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah agen asuransi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel diambil pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person job fit dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Kata Kunci : Person Job Fit, Efikasi Diri, dan Kinerja.

Electronic tax filing is an emerging area of e-government. This research proposes a model of e-filing adoption that identifies adoption factors and personal factors that impact citizen acceptance of electronic filing systems. A survey administered to 260 participants assesses their perceptions of adoption factors, trust and self-efficacy as they relate to e-file utilization. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationships between adoption concepts and intention to use e-filing systems. Implications for practice and research are discussed.

Writing thesis is one of the important academic area as one of the requirements to earn a bachelor degree (Catrunada, 2008). In the process of writting thesis, a lot of student who have difficulties and failures are caused by the tendency of procrastination. Judging from internal factor, self-efficacy is one of the variables involved in the smoothness of university student's thesis. While from external factor, supervisor support is considered essential for the smoothness of university student's thesis (Ratnawati, 2007). This study aims to find the relationship between self-efficacy and supervisor social support toward academic procrastination.   Respondents in this study are a student at Udayana University as many as 98 students using simple random sampling as a sampling method. This study used content validity and reliability of Cronbach Alpha. Measured instruments used are the self-efficacy scale (18 items; rxx` = 0.780), supervisor social support scale (22 items; rxx` = 0.929) and academic procrastination scale (33 items; rxx` = 0.955).   Data processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results show there is a relationship between self-efficacy and supervisor social support toward Udayana University student academic procrastination (r = 0.695, p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination obtained at 0.483, which means the effective contribution of variables self-efficacy and social support to academic procrastination were 48.3%.   Keywords: self-efficacy, social support, academic procrastination, university student

BACKGROUND In natural disasters, religious beliefs help people deal with the devastating events that happen to them. OBJECTIVE To understand the extent to which religiosity, social support and meaning in life played the role to develop resilience among the victims of natural disaster in Pakistan. METHODS We surveyed 400 residents affected by the 2010 Pakistan floods. The multidimensional scale of perceived social support, meaning in life questionnaire, religiosity scale and ego resiliency scale were used in this regard. RESULTS Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to avail the results. CONCLUSIONS Findings indicated that religiosity was a significant predictor along with social support and meaning in life in explaining resilience among the victims of a natural disaster.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia

The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.
