The study aims to know and test the influence of entrepreneurship education, entreprenuerial self efficacy and environmental factors to entrepreneurship interest of Islamic university students in Jember namely UNMUH and IAIN Jember. This research is explanatory research, with sample selection using quota sampling counted 40 samples in each research object with total sample 80. Then method used purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results  indicate that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy entrepreneurship and environmental factors have an effect on entrepreneurship interest.

The increase in tax revenue in Indonesia is not accompanied by an increase in tax ratio The low tax ratioindicatestax avoidance practices in Indonesia. Some tax avoidance practices can be conductedthrough transferpricing and thin capitalization.This study is aimed to examine empirically the effect of thin capitalization as well astransfer pricing aggressiveness on tax avoidance practice in Indonesia. This study uses manufacturing companieswhich are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within the period 2013-2015. Using purposive sampling, theselected samples in this study are 90 companies, so the total sample is 270 samples. The hypothesis examinationused in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data.The results of this study suggest that thincapitalization is positively associated with tax avoidance,while transfer pricing aggressivenessis not associated withtax avoidance.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

Tax has a very important role for development in Indonesia because tax is the biggest source of state revenue. Compliance with paying taxes is very important to increase the country's income and welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness of tax compliance in paying land and building taxes. The research method is quantitative. The sample selection uses the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 land and building taxpayers in Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that tax knowledge, tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers had a positive and significant effect on compliance with paying land and building taxes in Sonder District, Minahasa Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship experience, and gender of the entrepreneurship attitude either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were students S1 class of 2012 and 2013 the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya consists of two majors, namely accounting and management which all are 206 students with a sample of 103 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

The Impact

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial stock, biological asset intensity and firm size on the disclosure of biological assets in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2019. Population in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on sample selection, there are 52 companies that required The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression analysis.. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results show biological asset intensity have a significance below 0.05, namely 0.006. This shows that biological asset intensity have a significant positive effect on biologiocal asset disclosure. However, the firm size and managerial ownership variables have a significance value above 5%. This means that the two variables do not have a significant effect on biological asset disclosure in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019.

A budget is an organizational plan stated in a monetary unit and drawn up for a period of time. The process of budgeting can trigger the behavior of budget implementers to conduct budgetary slack due to negative subjective attitudes and norms owned by budget executives. This makes research on the factors that affect the budgeting slack important to be carried out. This study used data collection techniques with questionnaires. All research instruments are valid and reliable. This research has also been freed from the problem of classical assumptions. The results were tested with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed self-efficacy, budget participation, information asymmetry, and budgetary emphasis influenced the budgetary slack. On the other side emotional stability has no significant effect on the budgetary slack. Abstract: This study aims to find the influence of perception of the teacher profession and self-efficacy on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Office Administration Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya Class of 2017. The type in this study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data is collected through research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application. The results of the study were: (1) The perception of the teacher profession positively and significantly influenced the interest in becoming a teacher in students of education department of office administration unesa 2017. (2) Self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of unesa office administration education program 2017. (3) The perception of the teacher's profession and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect the interest of teachers in students of education department of office administration of UNESA 2017. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapati pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2017. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (2) Efikasi diri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (3) Persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mnejadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of self efficacy variable consist of; Level, strength, generality to the learning outcomes of Mawapres (outstanding students) in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Where, students are taken are students who follow the mawapres in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as many as 22 people. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is Self Efficacy consisting of variable level, strength and generality influence on student learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing is acceptable. The findings of this study indicate that self efficacy variables consisting of: Level, Strength, and Generality have a significant effect on the result of learning mawapres STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. And obtained the value (R²) = 0.643 means the variable Level, Strength, and Generality gives the effect of 64.3% of academic achievement, while the remaining 35.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.</em></p>
