The method used in this research was qualitative method with descriptive technique. Data were collected through library research and field research with observation and interview techniques. The culture using drones offer significant results in architectural photography artworks. The high flexibility of the drone gives results on a very detail architectural artwork. Using a drone also provides a very dazzling point of view that cannot be obtained by using only a DSLR camera. Furthermore by using drone, the artworks of photography are no longer limited by areas that cannot be reached. Therefore by using a drone, the photographer can make architectural photography works with unlimited perspective dimensions. There are some weaknesses of using this drone that the camera and lens are not adjustable and they also cannot be changed.</em>

Agricultural small-plot research is necessary to determine pesticide efficacy and develop integrated pest management programs for stakeholders. Many efficacy trials are rated visually using scales of foliage affected by a given pest. Human estimations introduce variability, and researchers continue explore methods of reducing variability in research trials. Recent developments in unmanned aerial vehicle technology allow novices to outfit inexpensive drones with inexpensive modified cameras to obtain aerial photographs that can be analyzed with any number of free image manipulation programs. Measuring reflected color from photographs provides data with lower variability that can be correlated with foliar disease ratings.

The article gives a classification of the main components of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems, gives the areas in which the application of UAVs is actual in practice today. Further, the UAV is considered in more detail from the point of view of its flight dynamics analysis, the equation necessary for creating a mathematical model, as well as the model of an ordinary dynamic system as a non-stationary nonlinear controlled object, is given. Next, a description of the developed software for modeling and a description of program algorithm are given. Finally, a conclusion describes the necessary directions for further scientific researches.

The results of the research are based on observation, interviewing informants and evaluating the implementing regulations, PP No. 23 of 2018 has been implemented properly. PP No. 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on the revenue and number of SME taxpayers who make tax payments, but it has not made a positive contribution to the compliance of SME taxpayers in reporting annual tax return. This is known through the percentage of SME taxpayers’s annual tax return reporting compared to the number of SME taxpayers registered in Banjarmasin less than 20%. The challenge in implementing this PP is in providing education and awareness of taxpayers who are still low. The perceived obstacles are that taxpayers are not familiar with technology, dependence of taxpayers on officers, and double taxation.
