ABSTRAK Matakuliah statistik deskriptif memiliki peran penting dalam pembejaran di perguruan tinggi. Namun seringkali mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami konten materi statistik deskriptif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode drill. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus. Jumlah sampel penelitian terdiri dari 35 mahasiswa semester dua yang berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran statistik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen yang berupa lembar observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode drill memiliki dampak terhadap  peningkatan hasil belajar antara siklus I dan siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 78,23, dan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 87,14 sehingga terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar  sebesar 8,91. Berdasarkan hasil  penelitian  dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode drill dalam perkuliahan statistik deskriptif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah  statistik deskriptif. Kata kunci: metode drill, hasil belajar statistik deskriptif, pendidikan tinggi AbstractDescriptive statistics courses have an important role in teaching and learning process in higher education level. However, students often have difficulty in understanding the content of descriptive statistics material. This research aimed to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in the descriptive statistics subject by applying the drill method. The research employed classroom action research carried out in two cycles. The research consisted of 35 second semester students as samples who participated in descriptive statistics learning. The data collection method was conducted by using instruments in the form of observation sheets and tests while the research employed descriptive statistics as data analysis technique. The results showed that the use of the drill method had an impact on increasing learning outcomes between cycle I and cycle II. The increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 78.23, and in the second cycle it was obtained an average of 87.14. The result was giving evidence that there was an increase in the average learning outcomes of 8.91. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the drill method in descriptive statistics lectures can improve student learning outcomes in the descriptive statistics course. Keywords: drill method, descriptive statistics learning outcomes, higher education

Low activity, student creativity in the learning process can result in the teaching and learning process being less than optimal so that the material presented is incomplete according to the expected completeness criteria. From the results of observations and discussions with the history subject teacher, information is obtained that the learning system has not fully involved students as the subject of learning consequently the final result to be achieved, namely individual and classical learning completeness with KKM (minimum completeness criteria) has not been achieved. One of the efforts made to improve the process and student learning outcomes, a learning method is used that makes it easier for students to compile and understand information or the content of the lesson text in increasing understanding of social studies subject matter so that learning outcomes are expected to increase, through the use of the SQ3R method. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How are the students' learning outcomes increased through the SQ3R method in history learning for students of XII SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir? "The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of teachers and students as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes in history subjects through the SQ3R method for class XI SMAN 1 Kateman Indragiri Hilir. The conclusion of this study is that the student learning outcomes, before CAR the average daily test was 64.3, after the CAR based on the daily test cycle I increased to 81.8 and was included in the good category. In the second cycle of daily tests, it increased again to 92.8 and was included in the very good category. Thus, the use of the SQ3R method can improve student learning outcomes in history learning for class XII at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency

This research discusses the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in improving student learning outcomes, the purpose of the research in this paper is how to use the Contextual Learning learning model and Learning (CTL) can improve student learning outcomes. The type of research used in this study is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class XI Administration 3 Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Palopo 2018/2019 academic year consisting of 7 male students and 18 female students. The data in this study were obtained from the results of observations of student activities (observation sheets) and final cycle test instruments. Furthermore, the data of this study were analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The learning model of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the subjects can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from students who enthusiastically receive learning material and students are not ashamed to practice the material directly received, the results showed that during the final test Cycle I student learning outcomes amounted to 73.52%, then in cycle II Discover the results of learning student learning material at 81.48% or around 7.91% in the realm of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

The low student learning outcomes due to the lack of learning media make it difficult for students to understand learning material. This study aimed to develop video-based learning media about the properties of objects around us in theme 2, sub-themes 1 grade 2nd. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) type of research with a 4D development model consisting of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The methods used in collecting data were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The development of video media is valid with: (a) the results of the reviews by linguists get very good qualifications, (b) the results of the reviews of instructional media experts get very good qualifications, (c) the results of the reviews of subject matter experts get very good qualifications, (d) the results of the trial individuals get very good qualifications, (e) the results of small group trials get very good qualifications, and (e) the results of field trials get very good qualifications. So, this study showed that the validity of video-based learning media on qualifications is very good and can improve student learning outcomes.

Web usability, if evaluation done correctly, can significantly improve the quality of the website. Website containing multimedia for education shoud apply user interfaces that are both easy to learn and easy to use. Multimedia has big role in changing the mindset of a person in learning. Using multimedia, learners get easy to obtain information, adjust information and empower information. Therefore, multimedia is utilized by teachers in developing learning techniques to improve student learning outcomes. For students with self-directed learning, multimedia provides the ease and completeness of the courses in such a way that students can complete the learning independently both at school and at home without the guidance of teachers. The learning independence takes place in how students choose, absorb information, and follow the evaluation quickly and efficiently. The 2013 Curriculum 2013 for Vocational High School (SMK) requires teachers to create engaging teaching and learning activities that students enjoy in the classroom (also called invitation learning environment). The creation of learning activity environment is still problem for most teachers. Various researches reveal that teaching and learning activities will be more effective and easy when assisted by visual tools. Using multimedia, learning material can be presented more attractively that help students understand the material easily. The opposite is found in the learning activity environment who only rely on ordinary lectures. Usability is a quality level of multimedia with easy to learn, easy to use and encourages users to use it. The website Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is targeted object. Usability website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X is important indicators to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and student satisfaction to access the functionality of website. This usability measurement should be done carefully before the design is implemented thoroughly. The only way to get test with high quality results is to start testing at the beginning of the design process and continuously testing each of the next steps. This research performs usability testing on of website by using WAMMI criterion (Website Analysis and Measurement Inventory) and will be focused on how convenience using the website application. Components of Attractiveness, Controllability, Efficiency, Helpfulness, and Learnability are applied. The website in Multimedia Interactive Learning for Mathematics SMK Class X can be in accordance with the purpose to be accepted by student to improve student learning outcomes. The results show that WAMMI method show the usability value of Multimedia Mathematics SMK Class X is about from 70% to 90%.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Citizenship Education with the use of emodule in class 10 ADM SMEA Budi Mulia Solok. The type of research is classroom action research with the subject of the study of Class 10 ADM SMEA Budi Mulia Solok in the even semester of the 2016/2017 Lesson Year with a total of 19 students. Techniques Data collection in this study is the test at the end of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique and classical completeness. The result of the research showed that the result of the study of the students of Class 10 ADM SMEA Budi Mulia Solok after following the learning using emodule increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 and to cycle 3 so that it can achieve classical mastery. So it can be concluded by using emodule student learning outcomes to be increased.  Keywords: learning outcomes, e-modules, civic education

The method has a very significant position in achieving the goals of Islamic education, therefore, the application of the right method greatly influences the success in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, errors in implementing the method will be fatal. In the tajwid material, student learning outcomes at SMPN 13 Bintan are classified as low. This can be seen from the results of the assessment carried out by the teacher during grade VIII which stated that students who scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria) were more than 50%. To solve this problem, try to find a solution to improve the learning outcomes of tajwid material by using the "COOPERATIVE LEARNING" technique, which is a learning technique that uses three stages of the process, namely, discussion and group work. The research implementation process was carried out for two cycles. Cycles 1 and 2, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Meeting 1 carried out the "Discuss" stage, while meeting 2 conducted the "Group work" stage. The technique of "COOPERATIVE LEARNING" has been proven to improve student learning outcomes of 20.46% mastery of concepts and 13.63% application. 100% of students stated that the technique was. fun and able to make the classroom atmosphere come alive so that students become motivated. "Cooperative Learning" technique also brings positive benefits to students' ability to express learning outcomes through words and critical thinking

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of assessment learning media based on online games which is Kahoot to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with the quasi experiment method. The number of samples in each group is 30 people. The results shows that Kahoot can be an alternative interactive learning media in higher education because it is proven to significantly improve student learning outcomes with F (1.58) = 0.001, p <0.05 that means there are deferences between control and experiment class which is mean of experiment class (SD = 13.33, SD = 3.30) is higher than control class (M = 10.50, SD = 2.81)

<p><em>Science learning outcomes for grade V SD Negeri 02 Kebagusan are still low. This is due to the less interesting teaching and learning process. So that the students do not understand the material in science material about the life cycle of animals. Efforts that can be made by the teacher so that the teaching and learning process is fun is that the teacher must use various learning models that attract students.These low learning outcomes cause problems that must be solved by using cooperative learning models to improve student learning outcomes. To improve student learning outcomes it is used to improve the learning process through research using planning, implementation, observation, and reflection steps. From that reflection, the repair process was carried out. From the results of the improvement of the learning process for 2 cycles, it turns out that the use of the cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class V SD Negeri 02 Kebagusan. It can be seen that the learning outcomes in cycle 1 increased 71% and cycle II increased to 83%.To improve teacher learning outcomes can use cooperative learning models in science learning in class V</em></p>

The background of this research is teaching and learning process in class V SDN 007 Panipahan in IPS subjects which is still dominated by teachers so that students become passive receive just the material given by the teacher and the learning result which not yet satisfy with the mean value under KKM. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of discussion methods, both individually and classically to the results of class V B on the subject of social studies in SDN 007 Panipahan. The study was conducted on 32 students consisting of 20 men and 12 women. Data were collected through observation by observer using observation sheet for discussion method data, and through postes unutuk data learning result. The results showed that the method of discussion can improve student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by: Student learning outcomes have increased, in the cycle I average learning outcomes obtained by students is 70.78. In the second cycle has increased with average learning outcome of 75.31. In addition, the classical completeness also increased on the percentage prasiklus student klasiskal completeness of 56.25%, in the first cycle reached 68.75%, in cycle II classical completeness reached 87.53%.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model for class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out how to improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs. Exemplary Gebang. To find out whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students in FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. Learning outcomes are something that cannot be separated from learning. Based on the observation activities that have been carried out, the background of this research is that students are less active in the learning process, students are less confident in expressing opinions, students are more focused on their own activities when listening to the explanation given by the teacher, so this has an impact on student learning outcomes in Fiqh lessons is still low, in class VIII students, totaling 32 students at MTs Teladan Gebang, it is known that the learning process is less than optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model to improve student learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes for class VIII FIQIH subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes. Class VIII Fiqh subjects at MTs Teladan Gebang. The type of research used is classroom action research with the design used is pretest and posttest. This research was conducted in class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang. Data collection techniques used observations, tests and interviews, then analyzed using hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score obtained by class VIII at MTs Teladan Gebang in the Pre Test was 58 with 7 students' completeness (21.87). %). In Cycle I, the average student score was 71.34 with a completeness of 20 students (62.5%). In Cycle II the average score of students is 85 with student completeness as many as 32 people (87.5%). This proves that there is a significant effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes for Fiqh Class VIII MTs Teladan Gebang..
