Motivasi belajar merupakan unsur yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.  Oleh karena itu pendidik mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Usaha yang dilakukan pendidik yaitu merancang Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM). LKM yang dirancang berbasis Inquiry sehingga mahasiswa difasilitasi untuk menemukan konsep sendiri. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah statistika pendidikan setelah belajar menggunakan LKM. Aspek motivasi yang dilihat yaitu aspek affect, self concept, dan effort.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena munculnya pandemi COVID-19. Dimana hal tersebut menghambat banyak kegiatan sehari-hari. Salah satunya kegiatan perekonomian dan pendidikan. Dengan tujuan dpat memcahkan dan mencari solusi terkait pengaruh keadaan social ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Baitu Muttaqin Toapaya Utara di era new normal. Populasi dan sampel berdasarkan sumber data dari Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Baitul Muttaqin tahun 2020 berjumlah 54 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data menggunakan data primer adalah hasil wawancara terhadap orang tua, santri dan tenaga pengajar. Dan data sekunder yang digunakan adalah referensi data peserta didik Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Baitul Muttaqin, Literatur Artikel, data dari internet serta dokumen lainya. Dengan menggunkana teknik pengumpulan data metode documenter yaitu berupa catatan atau dokumen yang berasal dari Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Baitul Muttaqin. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan berdasarkan orang atau perilaku yang diamati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, mayoritas kelompok ekonomi orang tua siswa Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Baitul Muttaqin adalah kelas menengah. Hubungan anak dengan orang tuanya mempunyai pengaruh dalam perkembangan si anak serta pengaruh tersebut sangat kuat antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dengan hasil belajar santri.

The education process will run optimally if teachers as educators have high interest and satisfaction with their profession. This study aims to: (1) see the description of teacher job satisfaction, (2) see differences in teacher job satisfaction based on civil servant and non-PNS status, and (3) see differences in teacher job satisfaction based on gender. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted at State Vocational High Schools throughout Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The population in this study were teachers registered in the 2017/2018 school year. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique and obtained as many as 206 people, consisting of 85 men and 121 women or 110 people with civil servant status and 96 with non-PNS status. Data analysis was performed using a percentage formula and simple regression. The findings of this study are: (1) most of the teachers' job satisfaction is in the high category with a percentage of 83.49%, (2) there is a significant difference between the job satisfaction of teachers who are PNS and Non-PNS. The job satisfaction of teachers with PNS status is higher than teachers with non PNS status, (3) there is a significant difference between the job satisfaction of male and female teachers. The job satisfaction of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers. The results of this study can be used as input for the Education Office and school principals in order to increase the number of programs that can increase teacher job satisfaction.

The method has a very significant position in achieving the goals of Islamic education, therefore, the application of the right method greatly influences the success in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, errors in implementing the method will be fatal. In the tajwid material, student learning outcomes at SMPN 13 Bintan are classified as low. This can be seen from the results of the assessment carried out by the teacher during grade VIII which stated that students who scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria) were more than 50%. To solve this problem, try to find a solution to improve the learning outcomes of tajwid material by using the "COOPERATIVE LEARNING" technique, which is a learning technique that uses three stages of the process, namely, discussion and group work. The research implementation process was carried out for two cycles. Cycles 1 and 2, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Meeting 1 carried out the "Discuss" stage, while meeting 2 conducted the "Group work" stage. The technique of "COOPERATIVE LEARNING" has been proven to improve student learning outcomes of 20.46% mastery of concepts and 13.63% application. 100% of students stated that the technique was. fun and able to make the classroom atmosphere come alive so that students become motivated. "Cooperative Learning" technique also brings positive benefits to students' ability to express learning outcomes through words and critical thinking

Abstract Science instruction with conceptual material is often less attractive to students. It’s considered less attractive and difficult to understand than it’s necessary to develop interactive learning media for instruction. This study aims to develop the media and see its effect on increasing student interest in science instruction by using the Encyclopedia of Classification of Living Things through the demonstration method. This research was conducted on grade VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Ponorogo in the 2019/2020 school year. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection by filling out a questionnaire to measure students' interest in instruction. The results showed that there was an increase in student interest in instruction after using the Encyclopedia Media of Classification of Living Things. The average value obtained from before instruction was 74.76 while the average score obtained of post instruction was 75.52. Based on the analysis of these data, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student interest in science instruction by using encyclopedia media in classification of living things material. This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of school culture on the moral development of students at SMP Al-Kautsar, Tanjungpinang City. The population in this study were all students of SMP BP Al-Kautsar Tanjungpinang by taking all students as respondents, totaling 100 students. This research data collection method using questionnaire data and interviews. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant relationship between school culture (x) and Moral Development (Y). The results showed that there was a positive influence (0, 481) with a "strong" power (0, 694) at the 5 percent level of confidence between school culture and student morals. Therefore, it can be said that the character building of students is determined by the culture that is formed in the school. The conclusion obtained shows that there is a significant relationship between school culture and student morals at SMP Al-Kautsar Tanjungpinang.

ملخص هذا البحث يصـوّر لنا معاني القسم في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم. وصاحب الرسالة و البحث كان يريد من رسالته تحليل الآيات التي تشتمل على القسم و هي الجزء الثلاثين من خلال الدراسة النحوية و البلاغية. و كان من أهداف اختيار الباحث لهذا الموضوع هو تحصيل القدرة على فهم الأساليب النحوية و البلاغية التي احتواها القسم. و الباحث يرى أن هذا موضوع القسم من أهمّ الموضوعات التي لا يسع الجهل بها كلّ من أراد فهم القرآن حقّ الفهم. و عنوان هذا البحث هو معاني القسم في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم ( دراسة تحليلية في فوائد نحوية و بلاغية ). و موضوع البحث القسم في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم و هو يبلغ عدده خمسمائة و أربع و ستين قسمًا. و هذا البحث العلميّ يعتمد على المراجع الأساسية و المصادر الثانوية التي تتعلّق بالموضوع. والطريقة التي استخدمها الباحث هي البحث واستخدم الجداول. و بعد أن تمّ البحث ، رأى الباحث أن الثمان و الثلاثين من الآيات القرآنية في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم تحتوي على معاني القسم. والثلاثة و العشرون من تلك الآيات تحتوى معنى التعجّب ، و اثني عشر منها تشتمل على معنى التوكيد، و بقيّة الآيات تحتوى على معنى التعظيم .

This study aims to determine the increase in the ability of teachers in preparing RPP Curriculum 2013 through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang in 2018. Academic supervision is a model of coaching carried out by principals or supervisors to teachers to help solve problems related to learning activities for quality. learning can be achieved optimally. School action research (PTS) is a type of quantitative research using Comparative Descriptive Analysis by comparing the results of the initial conditions with the results of the first cycle of local level upgrading techniques (In House Training) and the results of the second cycle with private conversation techniques. This research was conducted in two cycles. Academic supervision as a group (In House Training), with the results of the research cycle I RPP Curriculum 2013 made by teachers is still not optimal, it is necessary to carry out further supervision in cycle II, namely the implementation of supervision measures individually (individual conversation). The average result of the teacher's ability to prepare RPP Curriculum 2013 in the initial conditions is 67.38 (sufficient category). The average result of the quality of the lesson plans compiled by the teacher in the first cycle was 75.02 (good category). The increase in the yield of cycle I compared to the initial conditions was 7.64. Meanwhile, the average quality of RPP Curriculum 2013 compiled by the teacher in cycle II was 81.89 (good category). The increase in the yield of cycle II compared to the result of cycle I was 6.37. Keywords: Supervision, Ability, Curriculum 2013

In the past, teachers in teaching were sufficient to appear in front of the teaching class using simple methods and media, but it is time now that the description of teaching styles and styles has evolved to be more concise in adapting to the conditions of the development of science and technology that continues to develop. Therefore, teachers must have the knowledge and ability to use both conventional and information technology-based learning media in a collaborative manner so that it makes it easier for students to understand learning material through creative and varied presentations so that it will contribute to student achievement. Skills to guide small group discussions conducted by teachers in 21st century learning , using descriptive methods in qualitative research. Descriptive method in research is research for the purpose of explaining or describing events, objects, circumstances, or variables that are explained using numbers and words. Type a descriptive method in research qualitative is a kind of library research ( library research ) literature documents from various sources related to the keter. Visible lead small group discussions conducted by the teacher in the 21st century learning. The skill of guiding small group discussions conducted by the teacher is the teacher trainee skills In teaching activities there are times when conducting group discussion activities. Discussion activities involve mental and emotional activities that can improve the ability of relationships between individuals. So that teachers' skills in guiding small group discussions are needed to ensure the continuity of discussions effectively. In this study, the learning environment was developed to skills of critical thinking and problem solving, collaboration, and communication , creativity and innovation. Skills include 21st century skills.
