Distric of Serangan in Denpasar City Bali Province is an area that has economic, social and ecological value that is very meaningful for the survival of the surrounding community. Considering the potential of seaweed cultivation of Eucheuma cottonii that is not yet optimal in Serangan Village area, it needs to be optimized to measure the potential of seaweed cultivation, to map and determine the location of the potential of seaweed cultivation, to make recommendation of potential sea cultivation location. This research aims (1) To know the potential of seaweed cultivation in Serangan urban area, Denpasar City; (2) To be able to know the area for the development of seaweed cultivation which is potential in Serangan Urban Village Denpasar area. The process of determining the suitability of the area is done by using spatial operation by utilizing GIS application. The method of determining the research point for field observation is done by purposive random sampling, where the determination of research point is done deliberately based on certain considerations. Considerations taken include the current location of cultivation areas, the ideal seaweed cultivation criteria, transportation, safety of researchers, time and cost. All the data collected from the field is analyzed digitally using software QGIS 2.14.0 and Cygwin64 Terminal with interpolasi technique. The result of this research shows that the potential of seaweed cultivation of Eucheuma cottonii in Eucheuma cottonii seaside area is 873,400 sqm. The potential area for the development of seaweed cultivation of Eucheuma cottonii in Serangan Village area of 873,400 sqm if the utilization is 30% of the proper location, then the area that can be used is 262.020 m2, now has been utilized for the cultivation of seaweed Eucheuma cottonii covering 27,488 m2 so that the remaining potential areas to be developed as the location of seaweed cultivation Eucheuma cottonii covering an area of 234,531 m2.

Baguala Bay is a high potential area with a rich fishery resources. Marine aquaculture field area should be determined by considering the ecological, technical, hygienic, socio-economic conditions simultaneously to the laws and regulation. The research is done in order to analyze chemical and biophysical indicators in the waters of Baguala Bay and to determine seaweed (Eucheuma cottonii) cultivation area considering the determination of seaweed cultivation zone. The result is done in February to March 2020 continues by laboratory analysis and data tabulation based on the time schedule. Interpolation Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) is used to analyze data. The result shows the suitability cultivation area in Baguala Bay is 1048.296 ha or 78.7% is in high suitable rate and 282.483 ha or 21.2% is in suitable rate. Among all of the criteria of suitable cultivation area in Baguala Bay, nitrate is the criteria with the high suitability parameter overall.   ABSTRAK: Teluk Baguala merupakan kawasan yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya perikanan yang cukup melimpah. Penentuan lokasi lahan budidaya perikanan laut harus didasarkan pertimbangan ekologis, teknis, higienis, sosio-ekonomis, dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis indikator biofisik dan kimia perairain Teluk Baguala serta menentukan lokasi budidaya rumput laut (Eucheuma cottonii) dalam kaitan penetapan zonasi budidaya rumput laut. Penelitian berlangsung dari Februari hingga Maret 2020 dilanjutkan dengan analisa laboratorium dan tabulasi data berdasarkan waktu yang ditetapkan. Analisis data yang di gunakan penelitian ini adalah metode Interpolasi Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kesesuaian lahan budidaya di Teluk Baguala memperoleh 1048.296 ha atau 78.7% untuk kelas sangat sesuai dan 282.483 ha atau 21.2% untuk kelas sesuai. Dari semua kriteria kesesuaian lahan budidaya di Teluk Baguala, nitrat merupakan kriteria yang mempunyai parameter perairan masuk dalam kelas sangat sesuai secara keseluruhan.   Kata Kunci: Teluk Baguala, lahan budidaya, rumput laut, kesesuaian, SIG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi perairan di teluk Sarawandori Distrik Kosiwo, Yapen Papua; dan mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian lokasi perairan teluk Sarawandori Distrik Kosiwo, Yapen Papua dalam mendukung pengelolaan budidaya rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan stasiun dilakukan secara acak yang dianggap mewakili lokasi, baik pada lokasi yang ditemukan aktifitas budidaya rumput laut maupun pada daerah yang belum dilakukan aktifitas budidaya.  Setiap titik rencana pengambilan sampel dicatat posisi geografisnya atau titik koordinatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perairan Teluk Sarawandori Distrik Kosiwo Yapen Papua memiliki nilai parameter fisika-kimia yang cukup layak sebagai kawasan pengembangan budidaya rumput laut Eucheuma Cottonii. Dari tiga kategori kesesuaian lokasi yang dinilai Stasiun 2 dan 3 merupakan stasiun dengan kategori sesuai yang masing-masing bernilai 201 dan 205, sedangkan Stasiun 1 merupakan lokasi dengan kategori tidak sesuai. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kondisi sebagian besar perairan Teluk Sarawandori Distrik Kosiwo Kabupaten Yapen-Papua memenuhi persyaratan untuk dilakukan pembudidayaan rumput laut jenis Eucheuma Cottonii.. Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh maka disarankan melakukan penelitian pada musim hujan dan kemarau untuk melengkapi informasi kesesuaian perairan untuk lokasi budidaya rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii. The research aims to find out the characteristics of the physics, chemistry and biology parameters of the waters in Sarawandori bay, Kosiwo district, Yapen-Papua; and to find out the level of location suitability of Sarawandori bay, Kosiwo district, Yapen-Papua in supporting the management of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed cultivation. It is experimental research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The determination of stations is done randomly which is considered to represent the location, both at locations where seaweed cultivation activities are found and those where there have not been cultivation activities conducted. Each sampling point is recorded in its geographical position or its coordinates. The results of research indicated that the waters of Sarawandori Bay, Kosiwo district of Yapen Papua had a physico-chemical parameter that was quite feasible as a development area for Eucheuma cottonii seaweed cultivation. Of three categories of location suitability examined, Station 2 and 3 are stations with suitable categories counting for 201 and 205 respectively, while Station 1 is a location with an inappropriate category. Thus, the results of this study state that the condition of Sarawandori bay in Kosiwo District of Yapen-Papua meets the requirements for Eucheuma cottonii seaweed cultivation. It is recommended to conduct further research in the rainy and dry season to complete the information on the suitability of the waters for the location of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed cultivation.

Abstract Freshwater crustaceans are distributed throughout the montane and lowland areas of Colombia, and are therefore a useful indicator group for how aquatic species will respond to climate change. As such, metabolic determination of physiological performance was evaluated for the Colombian pseudothelphusid crab, Neostrengeria macropa (H. Milne Edwards, 1853), over a temperature range inclusive of current temperatures and those predicted by future scenarios in the plateau around the city of Bogotá, namely from 8 °C to 30 °C. The performance results mostly aligned with previous exploratory behavioral determination of the ideal temperature range in the same species, although the metabolism increased at the highest temperature treatments, a point when exploratory behavior declined. These results indicate that this species of montane crab behaviorally compensates for increased thermal stress by decreasing its physical activity, which could have negative predator-prey consequences with changes to community structure as different species undergo climate-mediated geographic range shifts in the region. As this species is endemic to the plateau surrounding Bogotá, it also experiences a number of other stressors to its survival, including infrastructure development and invasive species.

Density functional theory is used to determine the possible crystal structure of the CaSiO3 perovskites and their evolution under pressure. The ideal cubic perovskite is considered as a starting point for studying several possible lower-symmetry distorted structures. The theoretical lattice parameters and the atomic coordinates for all the structures are determined, and the results are discussed with respect to experimental data.

The article deals with the concept of pedagogical culture of parents, the goals of development of pedagogical culture of parents and methods of formation and improvement of the level of pedagogical culture of parents. The paper focuses on the tasks of interaction between an educational institution and the family in the upbringing of children. Methods of study. To study the possibility of forming a pedagogical culture of parents, we used a questionnaire to survey the needs of parents to interact with the educational institution and the interest of teachers in working with the family, the «Ideas about the ideal parent» method by R. V. Ovcharova, Y.A. Degtyareva, «Family Biofield» inquirer by V. V. Boyko and «Determination of parenting skills» questionnaire by O.L. Zvereva. Results of the study. The article shows the results of the impact of the program, which includes a seminar using the case technology «pedagogical culture of parents» and parent training based on the program «education based on common sense» on the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents. Conclusion. The results of the study proved the possibility of purposeful formation of the pedagogical culture of parents in the educational system of the school and the high efficiency of practice – and personality-oriented methods of such work, and also showed greater competence and awareness among parents and kindergarten teachers in the education of children.

Abstrak This paper will explore aspects of research methodology of exegesis written by Aksin Wijaya related to methods nuzuli ala Muhammad Izzat Darwazah. For that, the focus of this discussion is the methodology of his research in his own book of under title Sejarah Kenabian Dalam Perspektif Tafsir Nuzuli Muhammad Izzat Darwazah, finding out how people review mufassir. Specifically, the methodical determination of the previous his experienced has moved soon of orientation from the critical to the descriptive while facing of four books, namely: Tafsir al Hadith, 'Ashr al Nabiy wa Biatuhu Qabla al Bi'tsah, Sirah al Rasul; Suwar Muqtabasah min al Qur'an, and ad Dustur al Qur'an fi Su'uni al Hayat works of thinkers and historians. From his reading, he at least analyzes his views into two important parts, namely; 1) the interpretation method of nuzuli and the ideal concept it contains, 2) it then draws it into the realm of pre-Islamic, personal and family life of the prophet Muhammad, to the condition of the people of prophetic era through the perspective of nuzuli Izzat Darwazah exegesis. According to the reviewer, there are other research elements in writing the work of the exegesis, namely some models of research methods of interpretation at once, such as: comparative research, character research, and thematic-nuzuli research. Whereas although placed more as an overview of nuzuli interpretation, at least he invites readers, especially in Indonesia to re-read the tafsir nuzuli treasury and see which is as worthy to be developed in the turats of Islam Nusantara. Abstrak Tulisan ini hendak menelusuri aspek metodologi penelitian tafsir yang dilakukan oleh Dr. Aksin Wijaya terkait metode nuzuli ala Muhammad Izzat Darwazah. Untuk itu, fokus dari pembahasan ini adalah tentang metodologi penelitiannya dalam buku berjudul Sejarah Kenabian Dalam Perspektif Tafsir Nuzuli Muhammad Izzat Darwazah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orang mengkaji mufassir. Dimana secara khusus mulai penentuan metodis dari sebelumnya ia mengalami pergeseran orientasi dari kritis ke deskriptif dalam menghadapi empat kitab hasil perburuannya, yaitu: Tafsir al Hadits, ‘Ashr al Nabiy wa Biatuhu Qabla al Bi’tsah, Sirah al Rasul; Suwar Muqtabasah min al Qur’an, dan ad Dustur al Qur’an fi Su’uni al Hayat karya tokoh pemikir dan sejarawan. Dari pembacaannya tersebut, ia setidaknya menganalisa pandangannya menjadi dua bagian penting, yaitu; 1) metode tafsir nuzuli dan konsep ideal yang dikandungnya, 2) kemudian ia menariknya ke ranah kehidupan masyarakat pra-islam, pribadi dan keluarga nabi Muhammad saw, hingga kondisi masyarakat era kenabian melalui perspektif tafsir nuzuli Izzat Darwazah. Pun demikian, menurut penulis ada unsur penelitian lain dalam penulisan karya Aksin tersebut, yaitu beberapa model metode penelitian tafsir sekaligus, seperti: penelitian perbandingan, penelitian tokoh, dan penelitian tematik-nuzuli. Dimana walaupun diletakkan lebih sebagai gambaran umum tafsir nuzuli, setidaknya ia mengajak pembaca khususnya di Indonesia untuk meneelaah kembali khazanah tafsir nuzuli dan memandang mana yang sekira layak untuk dikembangkan dalam turats Islam ke-Indonesia-an.

The purpose of this article is a philosophical and anthropological analysis of the ideal of androgyne in V.V. Rozanov’s metaphysics of sex. The main focus is on the comparison of the destructive and constructive forms of the androgyne in his philosophy. According to the philosopher, destructive forms include people of «moonlight» or «third sex», who are considered the founders of New Testament Christianity, denying the life of the flesh. Constructive forms are the natural androgyny of a child and the androgyny of a married couple, which reveals itself in love, dynamics, mutual complementarity of a man and a woman. The paper draws parallels between N.A. Berdyaev’s and V.V. Rozanov’s concepts of androgyne, which are antipodal in terms of direction of thought but have common meanings. It is concluded that thesimilarity between the concepts lies in the understanding of gender as a dynamic and metaphysical principle that penetrates through not only the bodily but also the spiritual life of a person, and therefore cannot be rejected. The concepts are also similar in that they draw a boundary between the androgyne and the hermaphrodite, of which the former is the ideal of the human wholeness, while the latter is an unsuccessful attempt to achieve it. The differences between these philosophers consist in the priority of spiritual love in Berdyaev’s system and worldly, bodily love in Rozanov’s, as well as in a different understanding of the process of an androgyne being generated in a person, which, in Berdyaev’s conception, is individual and arises in each of the persons who are in love with each other, while, according to Rozanov, it is exclusively achievable in couples. The paper also pays attention to Rozanov’s own theology, which renews the Old Testament family ideals, offering the concept of God as a «sexual» being and proposing to consider the act of love within marriage as a sacred mystery that unites a person with God in co-creation. The study allows us to rethink the modern problems of gender self-determination of a person, returning to the metaphysical foundations of the Russian philosophy of gender, the main task of which was the synthesis of the spiritual and bodily principles in a person.

Gracilaria verrucosa is one type of seaweed that can be developed into a high-value product. Market demand for agar reaches 21.8% per year, but only 13.1% can be met. This is due to the low level of production of G. verrucosa in Indonesia. Utilization of G. verrucosa is still relying on aquaculture from the farm, which causes low production. Cultivation of seaweed with verticulture methods can increase the production of G. verrucosa. Karimunjawa is a potential area for seaweed cultivation. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of different density areas on the growth and production of G. Verrucosa and to determine the best density area for its production in Karimunjawa. This research used G. verrucosa wrapped in a mesh size of 0.5cm with a weight of 50g per pack. Each verticulture strap contains 4 packs and each treatment consists of 9 straps. The treatment was in the form of differences in the planting area of 25x25cm2 (A), 50x50cm2 (B) and 75x75cm2 (C). The results showed significant differences (P <0.01) between each treatment. The 75x75cm2 area has the best yield on absolute growth, relative growth rate (RGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) of 83.10 ± 4.12g; 3.96 ± 0.20% / day and 2.33 ± 0.07% / day. The best results of G. verrucosa production obtained at an area of 50x50cm2 (5.32 ± 0.26 kg / m2).
