Performance is the result of work seen form the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the given responsibilities assigned to him. Work stress is a condition of tension that affects the emotions, thought processes and physical condition of an employee. Work stress arises where work demands exceed the person’s capacity to cope, moreover an employee’s self-discomfort to the surrounding work environment. This study aims to determine the role of work stress in mediating of workload and work environment on crew performance. There were 31 crews of PT. Indonusa Tenggara Marine who participated as the sample of study. Those sample was chosen using nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling method. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Hypothesis tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results showed that the workload had a positive and insignificant effect on crew performance, work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on crew performance, workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress, work environment had a negative and significant effect on work stress, work stress had a negative and significant on crew performance, the effect of workload and work environment on crew performance has been perfectly mediated by work stress.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. Turnover Intention in the present study was defined as a situation where employee leaves company due to disturbance in operation, team work dynamics, and unit performance of PT. Patria Migas. This study aims to determine the direct effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover intentions, and the effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study are employees of PT. Patria Migas, with a total of 48 respondents. The model in the study was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) and using software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study indicates positive and significant effects both directly of work stress, workload, and work environment on turnover intentions, and mediation of work stress, workload, and work environment turnover intentions mediated by job satisfaction. This study is expected to add insight on turnover intentions and variables such as work stress, workload, work environment an job satisfaction which can create turnover intentions. Keywords: work stress, workload, work environment, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions.

Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprises (MSMEs) have a very important role for developing and increasing Indonesia economy. MSMEs contribution on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) up to 60.64% and supply manpower up to 97%. However, this potency still accompanied by violations that occurred mainly in the food sector. One of the reason is there are a lot of bussiness activity is not in accordance with proper business ethics. This study analyzes the role of Islamic business ethics on the MSMEs performance. Descriptive analysis method is used to analyze the entrepreneur perception on Islamic Bussiness Ethics, while role of Islamic business ethics on the performance of MSMEs is analyzed with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Primary data were collected through online questionnaires and deep interviews to food SMEs muslim businessmen in Bogor City. Results show that the Islamic bussiness ethics has a positive effect on the MSMEs performance.

This study aims to analyze and understand the significance of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention, the significance of work-family conflict effect on work stress, the significance of work stress influence on turnover intention and the influence of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention through work stress as variable intervening on marketing employees of BUMN Bank in Mataram City. This type of research is a causal associative. This research uses purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The number of respondents is 96 people. Methods of data collection in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, the work-family conflict had the positive and significant effect to work stress, work stress had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress did not function as intervening on indirect influence work-family conflict on turnover intention.

The purpose of this research is to determine the most influential and important variables that cause the low quality of employee performance at BBTKLPP Yogyakarta in accordance with the problems that have been formulated. A sample size of 90 that can represent the population is determined using the Krejcie-Morgan method. The method of analysis in this study is to use a variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Non-physical work environment variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by showing p values of 0.581; Workload variable has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with p values of 0.058; Non-physical work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress and p values of 0.000; Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.180 and a p value of 0.05; Work stress variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.270 and p values of 0.327; Work stress as intervening influences the relationship between non-physical work environment variables and employee performance with tcount (9.26)> ttable (1.96); Work stress as an intervening effect on the relationship between workload variables and employee performance with a tcount (8.33)> ttable (1.96).
