This research aims to see and find out the efforts that made by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh to motivate students in speaking skill. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used the theory of Miles and Huberman as the way of data collection and analysis techniques. There are four stages of the techniques, they are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation(data display) andconclusion drawing/verification. The results of this research is the researcher found that the teacher tried to motivate the students in several ways, including: (1) The method that used by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh is a direct method (thariqah mubasyarah) where the method is using Arabic language directly in daily activity without using mother tounge. 2) The use of learning method such as mumarasah takallum al-lughah arabiyyah and expression of language habituation program. Organology of Tongkek musical instruments in Pancor Subdistrict Selong East Lombok Province West Nusa Tenggara has an important role to be held, this research focuses on the process of making and processing the ignition of Tongkek musical instruments. This type of research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study is The Tongkek Craftsman. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, laboratory tests, and documentation. Examination of the validity of data in this study using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques used consist of four stages, namely, data collection ( data collection), reduction (data reduction), Data display (presentation of data), and Conclusion drawing/verification (examiner conclusion and verification). The results of this study contain the organology of Tongkek musical instruments in detail and detail. First, in the manufacturing process, the craftsmen pay attention to the quality of tools and materials to be used, such as the degree of dryness, thickness, the sharpness of the knife, and the diameter of the bamboo used. Second, the process of logging, the most important thing in the process of Tongkek is the sensitivity of taste in each craftsman. Good quality raw materials are also very supportive of sound quality in Tongkek. So with this research, a piece of Tongkek music will know Tongkek instruments better and understand the importance of caring for Tongkek musical instruments wisely, so that the use of Tongkek musical instruments can be used optimally and is expected to bring up the makers of Tongkek with good sound quality.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties of learning  Arabic. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques used is interview Arabic language teacher. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Hubberman including : Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display, and conclution. The efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties Arabic learning at MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan are The teacher give motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students, Multiplying textbooks in the library so that students can borrow to facilitate the learning process, giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, Using media, and also use other methods in the process of learning Arabic.

Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers when implementing Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (3) the efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles during the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism values in the learning process. This study used qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at SMAN 1 Kalianda. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques used the model of Miles & Huberman consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism resistance values in the process of learning local history was carried out by compiling a syllabus and implementing learning plan (RPP) by incorporating local history into Indonesian historical material which was consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers included: the ability of teachers during learning process, students’ attitudes, and time constraints, (3) the efforts made by the teacher were taking the initiative to instill the values of nationalism in the resistance of Radin Inten II’s, applying various models, strategies, methods and singing a national song before learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di SMAN 1 Kalianda. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah lokal dilakukan dengan menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksana pembelajaran (RPP) dengan memasukkan sejarah lokal kedalam materi sejarah Indonesia yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru diantaranya: kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sikap siswa, dan adanya keterbatasan waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu berinisiatif menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perlawanan Radin Inten II, menerapkan berbagai model, strategi, metode dan menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

The objective of this study is to explain the reason of using euphemism in religious language especially in article on Konsultasi Syariah. The research methodology used in the research is qualitative research design. The data were analyzed by using interactive model of qualitative data management and analysis namely data collection, data condensation, data display and verification and conclusion. The findings of this study revealed that the reasons of writer used euphemism especially in religious language tot only to make fear but also avoid taboo words, to show respect and to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The conclusion is euphemism that used on Konsutasi Syariah are in Arabic language and the most dominant used for taboo words  Keywords: Euphemism, Religious Language, Article, Online

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

Maa is one of the particles whose frequency of use in Arabic is quite high, both spoken and written. In its use, mā in different sentence constructions will produce different meanings, so it is important to study it. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with four stages, namely data collection, data tabulation, data analysis, and presentation of data analysis results. The results of this study are the use of Maa in the sentence structure of Arabic language, affixes forming verbs with akhrufu ziyadah forming mazid verbs, namely verbs with certain patterns. The akhrufu ziyadah includes one letter, two letters, and three Arabic letters occupying various positions, namely the beginning of the sentence, the middle of the sentence, and the end of the sentence. The Maa in each of these structures produces various grammatical meanings. Maa which is located at the beginning can have several grammatical meanings, including the meaning of negation, non-personal question words, conditional or conditional markers, admiration markers. Maa which is in the middle of a sentence has a grammatical meaning as a general explanation of non-personal constituents. The Maa which is located at the end gives rise to a grammatical meaning, namely as a disguise or blurring of the meaning of the previous constituents. One way so that someone does not err in understanding the meaning of a verse if Maa ziyadah is included is that we must know the meaning of Maa zaidah al-kaffah, the kinds of letters Maa, and learn the writing technique.

This study aims to describe the learning medium of economic education at senior High School in Banjarmasin with media based on local wisdom.This research uses qualitative method as developed by Miles & Huberman, starting from data collection, data reduction data display, and then made conclusion. Data were collected in the order of Basic Competence (KD) of Economics lesson, from Class X, XI, and XII. The data are grouped into media that are (a) audio, (b) visual, and (c) audio & visual. Respondents are economic teachers, MGMP Economics, the school, especially the principal in question.From this research, it is known that the use of learning media based on local wisdom in high school in Banjarmasin City has been done mostly using audio, visual or audio & visual media, in every Basic Competence (KD) of economic learning. Already there are inserted with the media based on local wisdom, but has not been explored to the fullest.

Listening is one of the most important skills in learning arabic. Listening skill is the ability to listen to arabic words or sentences arabic and express them back from whas was heard. According to the observation result, the students at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are weak in the learning of listening. The purpos of this study is to find out how the efforts teachers to increase the ability of students in listening skill. The research method used in this research is method qualitative-analysis. Data collection technique is to conduct interviews.The research subject was arabic language teachers at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan. As for the data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Hubberman’stheories, are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclution of data. The results of this study are the efforts of teachers in improving students listening skills at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are by giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, and using the variety of learning methods, learning models and media so as to improve students attention in learning listening skills. The teacher uses the listening and revealed method and the teacher uses the media including songs, chain murders, cards, pictures, and cartoon films. The teachers gives motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students.

Kepeminpinan merupakan faktor yang paling penting terhadap ketercapaian tujuan suatu organisasi baik organisasi pendidikan ataupun organisasi di luar pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, displaydata, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian adalah di MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil  kepala sekolah, dua orang pelatih ekstrakurikuler, dan tiga orang siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler sudah sangat baik. Kepala sekolah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melakukan tugas-tugasnya. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi silat, tahfiz, pramuka, sepak bola, badminton, catur, renang, dan hadro. Pramuka, silat, dan tahfiz merupakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa. Terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler seperti ketersediaan guru, fasilitas, dan kendala musim.The Role of Principal's Leadership in Extracurricular Management Leadership is the most important factor for the achievement of the goals of an organization, both educational organizations and non-educational organizations. This study aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership in extracurricular management. This research method used is a qualitative method with a description approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Types of data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection data reduction, data display, verification, and confirmation of conclusions. The research location in this study is located at MI Maarif Bego Yogyakarta. With the research subjects, namely the principal, vice-principal, two extracurricular trainers, and three students. The results of the study explained that in MI Maarif Bego the principal's leadership in extracurricular management was already very good. The principal has good competence in carrying out his duties. The extracurricular activities at MI Maarif Bego include Silat, tahfidz, scout, soccer, badminton, chess, swimming, and hadroh activities. The extracurricular activities that are required of students are Scouts, silat, and tahfidz. But in management it still has constraints such as the availability of teachers, facilities and season constraints.
