Background. According to the coaches, the weightlifters of the national team show deficiencies in mental skills, which leads to unbalanced performance at top competitions. Based on the knowledge of the efficacy of mental training (MT) from other sports, it is possible to conclude the potential of the MT in top weightlifting. Objective. The main aim of the authors was to create and verify a program based on mental training techniques implemented in sports training of weightlifter of the junior category of the Czech Republic, and also to reflect the influence of the competitor's temperamental dimensions on the implementation of the MT program in her sports training. Methods. Semi-structured interviews with the athlete and the coach before and after the implementation of the mental training program were conducted. A psychodiagnostic tests – Test of attention d2 and TEZADO measuring attention resp. temperamental dimensions were used in addition to subjective statements. Self-assessing scales were also used to obtain more quantitative data. Results. Results showed that some of the mental training techniques had a positive effect on deficient mental skills. These mental skills are crucial in the preparation of the weightlifting representative and can have a significant influence on a sports athlete's performance. The most significant difference was achieved in the skill of refocusing and the smallest difference in imagination. According to the subject, the influence of the temperamental dimensions on the mental training program had a significant impact in connection with the refocusing and anger coping. Conclusion. Mental training techniques can help top weightlifters to overcome the mental skills deficiencies used in their sports training, which may have a positive influence on performance in both training and competitions. Self-knowledge of the temperamental dimensions is significant to the success of the program.

The advancements in modern science and technology have greatly promoted the progress of sports science. Advanced technological methods have been widely used in sports training, which have not only improved the scientific level of training but also promoted the continuous growth of sports technology and competition results. With the development of sports science and the gradual deepening of sport practices, the use of scientific training methods and monitoring approaches has improved the effect of sports training and athletes’ performance. This paper takes sprint as the research problem and constructs the image of sprinter’s action recognition based on machine learning. In view of the shortcomings of traditional dual-stream convolutional neural network for processing long-term video information, the time-segmented dual-stream network, based on sparse sampling, is used to better express the characteristics of long-term motion. First, the continuous video frame data is divided into multiple segments, and a short sequence of data containing user actions is formed by randomly sampling each segment of the video frame sequence. Next, it is applied to the dual-stream network for feature extraction. The optical flow image extraction involved in the dual-stream network is implemented by the system using the Lucas–Kanade algorithm. The system in this paper has been tested in actual scenarios, and the results show that the system design meets the expected requirements of the sprinters.

In my country, college students’ physical exercise is mainly through physical exercise and amateur sports, which is basically in a state of disorder. Based on the improved association rules, this paper introduces the auxiliary decision support system for college students’ sports training. First, we introduced a network security method and designed a sports training decision support system based on network security. Secondly, based on the Apriori algorithm, we have realized the organic integration of all aspects of college students’ sports, applied scientific training theories and advanced training methods to the management of college students’ sports training, and generated new knowledge rules through data mining technology, enriching knowledge. Finally, according to user input, select the corresponding model and combine with the rules in the knowledge base to generate a reasonable exercise training plan. After model simulation and example verification, the sports training decision support system based on the improved association rule prior algorithm designed in this paper has good applicability and efficiency.

Classical training theory is deeply infl uenced by a mechanical conception and a Cartesian view of athletes. Although the natural limitations of this classical approach are recognized, training methods are largely based on it. Nowa-days, Dynamic Systems Theory is offering new tools to explain the behavior of the neuromuscular system and very useful principles to be applied to sports training (Kelso, 1999; Kurz, Stergiou, 2004). Instead of being thought of as machines, athletes are considered as complex dynamic systems, self-organized and constrained by morphological, physiological, psychological and biomechanical factors, the properties of the task and the environment. Due to this complexity, they are noticeably dependant on their initial condition and the distribution of attractors, showing fl u-ctuations when passing from one attractor to another. The mechanism of adaptation to training, observed as a self-organization process, is transforming modern training stimuli and expected performance responses. Training loads should encourage the process of self-organization in an integrated, overall way, changing the environment and the conditions to constrain the subject in the desired direction of the training process. The principle of individuality not only focuses on inputs but also on the outputs promoting the variability of the athlete’s responses to each changing competition and training situation. In conclusion, Dynamic Systems Theory is changing the view of mechanisms of adaptation to training and introducing important changes into performance targets and training methods, challenging scientists and modern coaches to fi nd suitable solutions to optimize the training process. Keywords: self-organization, attractor, fluctuation, variability, stability.

At the present stage of the study, powerlifting is one of the priority sports in Ukraine among various segments of the population. This is a fairly new and modern sport with a huge history, which has played an important role in the formation and implementation of sports activities. The popularity of powerlifting is due to its simplicity, accessibility for a large number of categories of the population, fast results with the right technique and strong-willed qualities of character, it is also important to have a positive impact on the athlete's health. and the psychological state of man. Powerlifting classes increase muscle strength, strengthen ligaments and joints, help to develop endurance, flexibility and other physical qualities, cultivate willpower, self-confidence, increase the efficiency of the whole organism. Strength sports have always been popular among athletes and people who strive to lead a healthy lifestyle. Recently, this area of sport is developing particularly rapidly, such relatively new types as bodybuilding, powerlifting, bench press, arm wrestling, armlifting, workout have become widespread. The main problem faced by athletes and coaches is the almost complete lack of competent training systems for these power sports, as well as in the process of competitive training: the requirements and features of competitive activities. The reason is clear and quite objective - the relative novelty and lack of theoretical basis. Now the only possible way to create a training technique is mechanical borrowing from other sports, mainly from weightlifting. Powerlifting (from English. Powerlifting, power - strength, lifting - lifting) - power triathlon, includes three competitive exercises with a barbell: squats, bench press and traction. Powerlifting sports training is a process aimed at comprehensive and systematic improvement of all physical and moral qualities that are leading in this sport. Sports training in powerlifting includes training in the technique of competitive exercises (squats, bench press, traction position) and the development of physical qualities with special auxiliary exercises with a barbell and other types of weights. Despite the fact that powerlifting does not require special technical skills. The three movements of the competition look simple and, it would seem, with some physical strength you can show significant results. However, as in any other sport, powerlifting has many nuances and factors, despite which it is impossible to talk about any results. First of all, these are the general basics of technique, as well as individually selected techniques and training methods that take into account age, anatomical, biomechanical, psychological characteristics of the athlete, his physical fitness. Since all three movements in powerlifting are associated with a heavy load on the joint and musculoskeletal system, any serious powerlifting is impossible without constant medical supervision (at least once a month). Not the last role is played by the training and competitive equipment meeting the requirements of the international standards and the equipment of the athlete.

And the definition of trainers the importance of those exercises. 1- The research objectives are represented in Prepare cardio exercises to develop explosive force and characteristic speed of the muscles of the arms and legs of volleyball players 2-identify the impact of cardio exercises in the development of explosive power and characteristic speed of the muscles of the legs and arms of volleyball players  As for the imposition of the research, there was no statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test of the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method for one group and a sample of (18) players representing the team of education Baghdad / Rusafa first year (2016/2017). Homogeneity (8) players were selected to represent the sample of the study and who applied these exercises as well as the use of tools and devices appropriate for the research procedures and identify tests for explosive strength and distinctive speed of the arms and legs, the researcher conducted the tribal tests on the selected sample was developed Coordination and cardio exercises for 8 weeks with three training modules, and tests were conducted posteriori under the same circumstances in which tribal tests were conducted after the results were processed statistically, the researchers reached the door to the fifth set of conclusions recommendations: -The results of the research showed that physical training using cardio exercises was effective in developing physical abilities under investigation. -Research results showed that physical development using cardio exercises was reflected in performance development. The recommendations -The need for serious attention by trainers using cardio exercises in training to develop physical abilities under consideration by allocating sufficient time during the training unit. - The researcher recommends using these training methods to develop other physical abilities.

The use of objectifying skills and behavioural techniques of wrestlers in training and competitions is not that old. The measurement and evaluation of the predictability components of competitive performance in the sport of wrestling is more important, given that there are no clear elements for performance quantification in this category of sports. The conversion of these components into figures allows to obtain results through which we can define their share and impact on creating competition and training models and the selection model, planning, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training methods and in particular developing refined solutions by which the most efficient ways of progress can be obtained. As the field of sports training becomes more intense and competitive, coaches and scientists in the field of sports training and competition direct their concerns towards developing the best training and education content in order to improve sports performance from an early age. Our opinion is that this potential for performance is not exploited, because we are currently going through an information crisis and especially a crisis of specialists who can use this information to increase the efficiency of training children in the sport of wrestling. This study highlights the role of strength exercises in the optimisation of skills whose impact is essential, we believe, in the technical training of Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestlers and an indispensable element of future competitive behaviour.
