  The development of women's football worldwide points to the resignification of the approach to team preparation, where anthropometric and capacitive variables play an important role. Ecuador shows no precedent for studies in high-level female soccer players. Accordingly, the objective focused on analyzing the state of anthropometric and capacitive variables of 22 soccer players of the Ecuadorian senior women's national team, which represent 100% of the population. It started from the morphological diagnosis of equipment applying 19 measurements under the protocol of marking and measurement of the International Society for the development of Kineanthropometry (ISAK), the evaluation of the explosive force through three jumps (Tests SJ, CMJ and Abalakob ( AB) and speed (35 meters), The data were subjected to normality criteria (Shapiro-Wilk test), the result of which indicated that the values ​​did not follow a normal distribution, therefore the non-parametric ANOVA test of a Kruskal - Wallis Factor for independent samples. The study was preceded by three research hypotheses. It is shown that there are no significant differences in the variables analyzed by position, being p> 0.05, H0 is accepted in all cases. The results allowed to characterize the team morphologically with a Meso-Endomorph somatotype, irregularities were found in some variables of the morphology of the soccer players (IDG / IMO), suggesting how conclusion a nutritional dietary planning, and enhance muscle mass in the lower extremities from the management of physical direction.  Resumen. El desarrollo del fútbol femenino a nivel mundial, apunta hacia la resignificación del enfoque de la preparación de los equipos, donde juega un rol importante las variables antropométricas y capacitivas. Ecuador no muestra precedentes de estudios en mujeres futbolistas de alto nivel. En concordancia el objetivo se centró en analizar el estado de variables antropométricas y capacitivas de 22 futbolistas del equipo nacional femenino de mayores de Ecuador, las cuales representan el 100% de la población. Se partió del diagnóstico morfológico de equipo aplicando 19 mediciones bajo el protocolo de marcaje y medición de la Sociedad Internacional para el desarrollo de la Cineantropometría (ISAK), la evaluación de la fuerza explosiva a través de tres saltos (Tests SJ, CMJ y Abalakob (AB) y la rapidez (35 metros), Los datos se sometieron a criterios de normalidad (test de Shapiro-Wilk), cuyo resultado indicó que los valores no siguen una distribución normal, en virtud de ello se empleó la prueba no paramétrica ANOVA de un Factor de Kruskal - Wallis para muestras independiente. El estudio estuvo precedido por tres hipótesis de investigación. Se demuestra que no existen diferencias significativas en las variables analizadas por posición; al ser p>0,05 se acepta H0 en todos los casos. Los resultados permitieron caracterizar morfológicamente al equipo con un somatotipo Meso-Endomorfo, se comprueba irregularidades en algunas variables de la morfología de las futbolistas (IDG/ IMO) sugiriendo como conclusión una planificación dietético nutricional, y potenciar la masa muscular en las extremidades inferiores desde la gestión de la dirección física.

Umfassende Aufarbeitung des österreichischen Enteignungsrechts anhand der Causa Bleckmann Die Verstaatlichung von Unternehmen spielte in der Zweiten Republik eine bedeutende Rolle. In den Jahren 1946 und 1947 wurden zahlreiche Großbetriebe, unter anderem die Schoeller-Bleckmann Stahlwerke AG, per Gesetz verstaatlicht - und ab 1993 wieder privatisiert. Damit ging ein denkwürdiges Kapitel österreichischer Industriegeschichte zu Ende. Die Brisanz dieses kontroversen Themas hierzulande besteht aber fort. Stets ist es dabei um Geld, Macht und Einfluss gegangen. Und auch heute - 75 Jahre später - ist die Aufarbeitung der Verstaatlichung in Österreich noch nicht abgeschlossen. Welche juristische Dimension damit verbunden ist, beleuchtet die vorliegende Monografie. The nationalization of enterprises played an important role in the Austrian 2nd Republic. In the years 1946 and 1947 numerous large enterprises, Schoeller-Bleckman Stahlwerke AG among others were nationalized per law - and from 1993 again privatized. With it ended a memorable chapter of Austrian industry. The explosive force of this controversial topic in Austria continues until today. It has always been about money, power and influence. Until today – 75 years later – the reappraisal of nationalization in Austria has still not been closed. Which juridical dimension is linked therewith is highlighted in the submitted monography.

Нанотермиты рассматриваются как перспективные энергонасыщенные материалы для создания пиротехнических изделий широкого спектра, ввиду их способности горения в тонких слоях, микрограммовых навесках. Однако из-за высокой чувствительности нанотермитов к электрической искре и трению, сильно осложняется их практическое использование, в связи с чем актуален поиск добавок, снижающих чувствительность, но сохраняющих приемлемые параметры взрывчатых характеристик нанотермитных композиций. В качестве таковых добавок целесообразно использовать высокоэнтальпийные вещества, отличающиеся низкой чувствительностью. Одним из таких веществ является 1-метил-3-нитро-1,2,4-триазол (1Ме-3Н). В работе представлены результаты исследования силы взрыва (F) нанотермитных систем на основе оксида олова и алюминия SnO2/Al, оксида вольфрам и алюминия WO3/Al в зависимости от содержания 1Ме-3Н. Исследован ряд составов разной рецептурной компоновки (I и II): в компоновке I – соотношение компонентов в нанотермитной композиции соответствовало максимальной расчетной теплоте взрыва (Q) при заданном содержании 1Ме-3Н; II – соотношение компонентов базовой нанотермитной пары остается неизменным в тройных смесях. В системе SnO2/Al/1Ме-3Н выявлен экстремальный характер зависимости силы взрыва F от концентрации 1Ме-3Н, при этом максимальные значения F наблюдаются при содержании добавки 10 % для обоих рецептурных компоновок: I – F = 163 %; II – F = 160 %. Для системы WO3/Al/1Ме-3Н обоих рассмотренных рецептурных компоновок наблюдается монотонное снижение силы взрыва с ростом содержания1Ме-3Н: при содержании добавки 15 % композиция теряет взрывчатые свойства (F=0 %). Нанотермитная система SnO2/Al/1Ме-3Н, как и ранее изученные CuO/Al/1Ме-3Н, Bi2O3/Al/1Ме-3Н, MoO3/Al/Ме-3Н проявляет экстремальный характер зависимости силы взрыва F от содержания 1Ме-3Н, подтверждая ранее принятые положения о механизме реакционного взаимодействия в нанотермитных композициях с органическими добавками, тогда как для композиции WO3/Al/1Ме-3Н, по-видимому, присущ отличный от принятого механизм горения, требующий дополнительных исследований. Nanothermites are considered as promising energy-saturated materials for the creation of pyrotechnic products of a wide range, due to their ability to burn in thin layers, microgram quantities. However, due to the high sensitivity of nanothermites to electric spark and friction, their use is very difficult, and therefore the search for additives that reduce sensitivity, but retain acceptable parameters of explosive characteristics of nanothermite compositions is relevant. As such additives, it is advisable to highly use enthalpy substances characterized by low sensitivity. One of these substances is 1-methyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole (1Me-3H). The paper presents the results of a study of the explosion force (F) of nanothermite systems based on tin oxide and aluminum SnO2/Al, tungsten oxide and aluminum WO3/Al depending on the content of 1Me-3H. Several compositions of different prescription configuration (I and II) were studied: in the configuration, I - the ratio of components in the nanothermite composition corresponded to the maximum calculated heat of explosion (Q) at a given content of 1Me-3H; II - the ratio of the components of the base nanothermite pair remains unchanged in triple mixtures. In the SnO2/Al/1Me-3H system, the extreme nature of the dependence of the explosion force F on the concentration of 1Me-3H was revealed, while the maximum values of F were observed at an additive content of 10% for both prescription configuration: I - F = 163%; II - F = 160%. For the WO3/Al/1Me-3H system of both considered compounding arrangements, a monotonous decrease in the explosion force with an increase in the content is observed 1Me-3H: with an additive content of 15%, the composition loses explosive properties (F = 0%). The nanothermite system SnO2/Al/1Me-3H, as well as the previously studied CuO/Al/1Me-3H, Bi2O3/Al/1Me-3H, MoO3/Al/Me-3H, exhibits an extreme dependence of the explosion force F on the content of 1Me-3H, confirming the previously accepted provisions on the mechanism of reaction interaction in nanothermite compositions with organic additives, whereas the composition WO3/Al/1ME-3H, apparently, has a different combustion mechanism from the accepted one, requiring additional research.

Aim: The aim of the study was determined as the examination of the reactive strength index parameter, which shows the maximal strength and explosive force characteristics of 16-17 age group basketball players determined by isometric test. Method: The basketball branch Xage = 16.50 ± 0.51 years, XHeight = 177.22 ± 8,56 cm, XBW= 73.14 ± 12,43 kg, XBMI= 23.26 ± 3,46 kg / m2, and XBFP = 14.72 ± 5.67% of which 32 are men. In the study, the measurements of the height of the participants were made with Holtain brand stadiometer, body weight and fat percentage ratio measurement with Tanita BC 418 MA, reactive strength index measurement with Opto Jump Next, and maximal strength measurement with Baseline brand leg dynamometers. Pearson test was used to determine the relationship between branch-specific MS and RSI. Results: According to the correlation results, no significant relationship was found between MS and RSI (p>0.05). Conclusions: As a result, it has been determined that basketball players between the ages of 16-17 do less quality work on developing MS and explosive force. A half-marathon (HM) is a vigorous high-intensity exercise, which could induce lower extremity musculoskeletal injury risks for recreational runners. They usually consume nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in order to shorten their return to play but ignore the side effects, such as peptic ulcers and renal and vascular disorders. Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) could improve inflammation and oxidative stress by modulating the gut microbiota, thus potentially improving muscle damage and recovery. However, few studies have addressed the PS128 exercise capacity recovery 96 h after HM. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the effect of PS128 on exercise capacity and physiological adaptation after HM. A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, counterbalanced, crossover trial was used for the experiment. HM was conducted at the beginning and end of the 4-week nutritional supplement administration. Eight recreational runners took two capsules (3 × 1010 CFU/capsule) of PS128 each morning and evening before meals for 4 weeks as the PS128 treatment (LT), or they took two capsules of placebo for 4 weeks as the placebo treatment (PT). In both treatments, an exercise capacity test (lower extremity muscle strength, anaerobic power, lower extremity explosive force, and aerobic capacity) and blood test (muscle fatigue, muscle damage, oxidative stress, and renal injury) were performed before the administration of the nutritional supplement (baseline), 48 h before HM (pre), and 0 h (0 h post), 3 h (3 h post), 24 h (24 h post), 48 h (48 h post), 72 h (72 h post), and 96 h (96 h post) after HM. There was no significant difference in the total duration of HM between PT and LT, but PT was found to be significantly higher than LT at Stage 4 (15,751–21,000 m) of HM (3394 ± 727 s vs. 2778 ± 551 s, p = 0.02). The lower extremity muscle strength measured using an isokinetic dynamometer in PT was significantly lower than that in LT at 72 h after HM. The lower extremity explosive force from the countermovement jump (CMJ) in PT was significantly decreased compared to 24 h prior. There was no significant difference between anaerobic power and aerobic capacity between the two treatments after HM. After HM, LT had lower muscle damage indices, such as myoglobin (3 h post-PT vs. -LT: 190.6 ± 118 ng/mL vs. 91.7 ± 68.6 ng/mL, p < 0.0001) and creatine phosphokinase (24 h post-PT vs. -LT: 875.8 ± 572.3 IU/L vs. 401 ± 295.7 IU/L, p < 0.0001). Blood urea nitrogen recovered in 24 h (24 h pre- vs. post-LT, p > 0.05) and higher superoxide dismutase was found in LT (96 h post-PT vs. -LT: 0.267 ± 0.088 U/mL vs. 0.462 ± 0.122 U/mL, p < 0.0001). In conclusion, PS128 supplementation was associated with an improvement in muscle damage, renal damage, and oxidative stress caused by HM through microbiota modulation and related metabolites but not in exercise capacity.

Синтезированное в ИПХЭТ СО РАН низкочувствительное высокоэнергетическое вещество 1-метил-3-нитро-1,2,4-триазол (1Ме-3Н) рассматривается как перспективная добавка, способная увеличить силу взрыва нанотермитных композиций. В работе приведены результаты исследования силы взрыва (F) нанотермитной композиции CuO/Al/1Me-3H в зависимости от содержания 1Ме-3Н. Исследован ряд составов различной рецептурной компоновки: I – соотношение компонентов тройной смеси CuO/Al/1Me-3H соответствовало максимальной расчетной теплоте взрыва композиции (Q) при заданном содержании 1Ме-3Н; II – соотношение компонентов тройной смеси соответствовало максимальному расчётному значению давления (P), развиваемому при горении композиции в замкнутом объеме; III –соотношение компонентов базовой нанотермитной пары CuO/Al (79/21 % масс.), соответствующее максимальному расчетному значению Q, оставалось постоянным в тройной смеси; IV – соотношение компонентов базовой нанотермитной пары CuO/Al (76/24 % масс.), соответствующее максимальному расчетному значению P, оставалось постоянным в тройной смеси. Для всех типов компоновки выявлен экстремальный характер зависимости силы взрыва от содержания 1Ме-3Н, при этом максимальные значения F наблюдаются при содержании добавки 5 % для компоновки I (F = 107 %), 10 % для компоновки II (F = 128 %), 25 % для компоновки III (F = 151 %) и 30 % для компоновки IV (F = 147 %). The low-sensitivity high-energy substance 1-methyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole (1Me-3H), synthesized at the IPCET SB RAS, is considered as a promising additive capable of increasing the explosion force of nanotermitic compositions. The paper presents the results of a study of the explosion force (F) of the nanothermic composition CuO / Al / 1Me-3H, depending on the content of 1Me-3H. A number of compositions of various prescription configurations were investigated: I - the ratio of the components of the ternary mixture CuO/Al/1Me-3H corresponded to the maximum calculated heat of explosion of the composition (Q) at a given content of 1Me-3H; II - the ratio of the components of the ternary mixture corresponded to the maximum calculated value of the pressure (P) developed during the combustion of the composition in a closed volume; III — the ratio of the components of the base nanothermite pair CuO/Al (79/21 %), corresponding to the maximum calculated value of Q, remained constant in the ternary mixture; IV - the ratio of the components of the base nanothermite pair CuO / Al (76/24 %), corresponding to the maximum calculated value of P, remained constant in the ternary mixture. For all types of prescription configurations, an extreme nature of the dependence of the force explosion on the content of 1Me-3H was revealed, while the maximum values of F are observed at an additive content of 5% for configuration I (F = 107%), 10% for configuration II (F = 128%), 25% for configuration III (F = 151%) and 30% for configuration IV (F = 147%).

We conducted a review to collect the validated basketball-specific physical field tests and to provide practical advice for their appropriate selection and application. A comprehensive electronic literature search was performed via three electronic databases (PubMed, GoogleScholar, and SportDiscuss). Results of 93 studies provided recommendations for seven test packages and eighteen individual tests that have already been validated for basketball players. Although there is a lack of standardized, widely, and systematically used test protocols for testing the fitness levels of basketball players, standardized, normative data from NBA Combine Testing and other basketball-specific tests have the potential to help coaches compare their players with elite basketball players. Our review indicated that agility and reactive agility are fundamental skills in basketball; however, linear sprinting ability should not be considered a determining factor of success for basketball players. Finally, the countermovement jump test can help experts monitor fatigue, loss of explosive force, and interlimb asymmetries. In general, we found that identifying and developing a talented player is a complex task and requires experts from different fields, including trainers, coaches, performance- and movement analyzers, and physiotherapists. We found that during the testing of basketball players, experts always have to normalize their data with anthropometric measures for valid results. Most importantly, although experts always need to define an aim of testing and should follow the protocol of the chosen test, they also have to be open to making adjustments if the actual circumstances require it.

Acupuncture can improve explosive force production and affect joint stiffness by affecting muscle activation levels. This study aims to explore the effects of true acupuncture (TA) compared with sham acupuncture (SA) on the explosive force production and stiffness of the knee joint in healthy male subjects. Twenty subjects were randomly divided into the TA group (n = 10) and SA group (n = 10) to complete isokinetic movement of the right knee joint at a speed of 240°/s before and after acupuncture. Futu (ST32), Liangqiu (ST34), Zusanli (ST36), Xuehai (SP10), and Chengshan (BL57) were selected for acupuncture. The intervention of SA is that needles with a blunt tip were pushed against the skin, giving an illusion of insertion. The results showed that acupuncture and the intervention time had a significant interaction effect on knee joint explosive force and joint stiffness (p < 0.05). The average maximum (max) torque, average work, average power, average peak power and total work of the TA group increased significantly after acupuncture (p < 0.05), while the SA group did not (p > 0.05). Therefore, true acupuncture can immediately improve the explosive force and joint stiffness of the male knee joint by inducing post-activation potentiation (PAP) and/or De-Qi.
