This study aimed to analyze the effect of utilizing production factors on rice production and to analyze the level of economic efficiency and technical efficiency of using production factors in rice farming system of the members of the Margo Utomo farmer group in Kalikayen village, Ungaran Timur sub-district, Semarang district. This research was conducted in November - December 2018 and the location was determined purposively in Kalikayen village, Ungaran Timur sub-district, Semarang district. Determination of samples in this study used the census method. Data was collected from all members of the Margo Utomo farmer group of 50 respondents by interviews using questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method which than transformed into the Cobb-Douglas model production function and using one sample t-test to find the technical efficiency and the economic efficiency. The results showed that the use of production factors of land, seed, urea fertilizer had significant effect on the rice yield while the production factors of labor and pesticide had no effect. The use of factors such as land, labor, seed, urea fertilizer and pesticide was technically inefficient. The use of production factors such as land, seed, and urea fertilizer was not yet economically efficient while labor and pesticide was economically inefficient.Keywords : Efficiency, Factors Of Production, and Rice Production.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk Za, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning, serta untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi ekonomi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani semangka merah dan usahatani semangka kuning. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2017 di Gapoktan Ngudi Santoso Desa Bakalan Kecamatan Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penentuan jumlah responden dilakukan dengan metode slovin, kemudian dari hasil tersebut ditetapkan sebagai kuota dengan metode quota sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari responden dengan wawancara menggunakan panduan kuesioner. Data sekunder diambil dari sumber atau instansi-instansi terkait serta dari pustaka lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan fungsi produksi model Cobb-Douglas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan independent sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida dan tenaga kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap produksi semangka merah dan semangka kuning. Nilai signifikansi t-test efisiensi ekonomi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning berturut-turut adalah 0,001; 0,002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; dan 0,000. The results of the study, namely the use of factors of production of land area, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides and labor simultaneously affect the production of red watermelon and yellow watermelon. The significance value of the t-test is the economic efficiency of land, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides, and red watermelon and yellow watermelon farming labor. successively is 0.001; 0.002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; and 0,000. The purpose of this study is to determine technical efficiency, alocative/price efficiency and economies efficiency using production factors, and to know about economies of scale of seasoning and flavoring Industry in Indonesia. The data used in this research were secondary data with five digit ISIC (10772) using panel data and for the analytical techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis as production function with stochastic production frontier approach. The result shows that labor production function has positive but insignificant impact on the production, while capital and material has positive and significant impact on the production. The value of technical efficiency is 0,7796 or 77,96% shows that the used of production factors is inefficient technically, the value of alocative/price efficiency is 1,7703 that is mean inefficient, the value of economies efficiency is 1,3801 7703 means that economies efficiency has not achieved the standard yet, and economies of scale is about 1,0203, means that the economies of scale is always increase or commonly known as incresing return to scale but, the value of economies of scale is equal to one, so that the economies of scale can be known as constant return to scale

Penggaron Kidul is a village in Pedurungan that owns rice fields located around Slaughterhouse (RPH). It causes the rice fields polluted by waste and makes the rice productivity is not optimal. This research aimed to analyze the production factors that affected the amount of rice production, the use of production factors level, and the economic efficiency differences in the use of production factors in polluted and unpolluted fields. The survey method was employed in this research by interviewing the members of Dharma Tani Farmers using a questionnaire. The sampling method used was proportionate stratified random sampling used two populations with 80 people. The number of samples was 66 respondents categorized into 33 farmers (landowners of polluted fields) and 33 farmers (landowners of unpolluted fields). The data analysis conducted using a linear regression analysis method, analysis of Independent Sample T-test, and analysis of technical and economic efficiency then tested using analysis One Sample T-test. The result showed that the use of the land area, labor, and dummy variable of location significantly affected the amount of rice production while the factors of seed, fertilizer, and pesticides did not significantly affect the amount of rice production. The production factors of fertilizer and labor in polluted land had no different from unpolluted fields while the factors of seed and pesticides in polluted fields were different from unpolluted fields. Meanwhile, the production factors of seeds and pesticides in polluted fields were greater than in unpolluted fields. The use of production factors of land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor was technically and economically inefficient. The efficiency economic of production factors in polluted fields is different from unpolluted fields which unpolluted fields are more efficient than polluted fields.

The research aimed to analyze the effect of the use of production factors such as land, seed, manure, ZA fertilizer, TSP fertilizer, KCL fertilizer and pesticide and to analyze the economic and technical efficiency of factors affecting chili farming in Girikulon village, Secang district, Magelang regency. The method used in this research was survey. The research was conducted in January-February 2019 in Girikulon Village, Secang District, Magelang regency. The location of the research was selected purposively. Samples were taken using a probability sampling technique on 33 farmers who exclusively practiced monoculture chili cultivation. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method transformed into the Cobb-Douglas model production function and analysis of technical efficiency and economic. The economic efficiency tested employed a different sample analysis (one sample T test). The results showed that the use of production factors i.e. land, seed, labor, manure, ZA fertilizer and pesticide simultaneously had significant effect on the yields while the other factors such as TSP and KCL fertilizer had no significant effect on the yield. The use of land, KCL fertilizer and pesticide was technically and economically not efficient. Keywords: Chili, Efficiency and Factors Of Production.

This study aims to find out: 1). procedures for using production factors, 2). production factors that significantly influence the level of production in rice farming, 3). level of technical efficiency in the use of production factors, 4). determinants of the level of technical efficiency, 5). the amount of expenditure and income earned by farmers from rice farming on irrigated land in West Lombok Regency. The analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with Cobb Douglass function and frontier analysis.The results show that 1) irrigated rice cultivation is carried out in MH and ICM, with a monoculture planting system. There is a waste in the use of seeds because the use is more than a recommendation, the dominant variety is Invari 32. Then at the stage of land processing and planting the biggest use of labor was 40 HKO. The use of fertilizer was not balanced and not exactly dose 2). Production factors that significantly affect the level of production in rice farming in irrigated land are land area, seeds, fertilizer (Urea + SP36) and pesticides 3). The average level of technical efficiency achieved is 0.899 (89.9%), meaning that the average productivity achieved is around 90 percent 4). Factors that significantly influence the level of efficiency in the use of production factors are the number of parcels, farming experience, education of the household head and the frequency of planting in one year because the t-count value is greater than t-table 1.96. 5). The income that farmers receive from their rice farming is Rp. 9. 278,200, - / hectare with production costs that must be spent on average per hectare of Rp. 8,081,800, - Therefore rice farming in irrigated land is economically beneficial because of the value of its business efficiency (R / C) 1.15.Keywords: Determination, efficiency, production factors, farming, rice

This study aims to (1) know the factors that affect the productivity of wet land paddy farming in Siantar Marimbunsub-district of Kelurahan Simarimbun Regency (2) know the optimal using level of production factors in rice farming in Siantar Marimbunsub-district, Kelurahan Simarimbun regency. The analytical  method  used  to  analyze  the  factors  that  influence  productivity is  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis, and to determine the optimal level of use of production factors used NPM approach. Based on the result of research, it is found that (1) the use of Labor production factor (X1), Seed (X2), Urea Fertilizer (X3),Sp36 Fertilizer (X4), KCl Fertilizer (X5), Pesticide (X6) and Dummy influenced 84,42% productivity of rice paddy that shown by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.8442 while the remaining 15.58% influenced by other factors not described in this study. Regression results partially obtained that the use of labor production factor (X1) did not significantly affect productivity while the use of seed production factors (X2), fertilizer (X3), and pesticide (X4) had a significant effect on the productivity of wetland rice farming.  (2)  The use of wetland paddy production in Siantar Marimbunsub district had not been optimally seen from the result of NPM / Px was not the same as one so it is necessary to increase and decrease the use of production input. The optimal use of production factor for labor was 110 HOK, 60,24 Kg of seed, Urea fertilizer equal to 150 Kg, Sp36 fertilizer equal to 70 Kg, KCl fertilizer equal to 67 Kg and pesticide equal to 128,68 ml

This study aims to analyze how much profit is gained by applying the Legowo row planting system, analyzing the factors of production that affect rice production by applying the Legowo row planting system, analyzing whetherthe use of production factors allocated by farmers to the Legowo planting system economically already efficient. The study was conducted from January to April 2019 in Tomohon Barat Subdistrict, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that West Tomohon Subdistrict was the center of rice production in Tomohon City with a total area of 447.40 ha of rice fields ( 52% of the total area of rice fields in Tomohon City). The method used in this study is a survey method in the Kelurahan that has paddy fields in the West Tomohon District with interview techniques to respondent farmers. Determination of the sample is done by quota sampling method as many as 50 people taken from 7 (seven) villages in the District of West Tomohon by considering the area of land and the purpose of farming (commercial farm). The variables to be examined in this study are age, education, business experience, group membership, land area, seeds, fertilizer (Urea, SP36 and NPK), labor (HKSP), production, and price. The results showed that the benefits of lowland rice farming with the application of the legowo planting system, farmers in Tomohon Barat Subdistrict, Tomohon City were not yet maximum and had not yet reached economic efficiency, production factors affecting rice production were land area, seeds, fertilizer (Urea, SP 36 and NPK Phonska) and labor, the use of production factors of land area, fertilizers(Urea, SP 36 and NPK Phonska) have not reached economic efficiency, the use of seed production factors and labor is inefficient.*eprm*

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The development achievement of an economic activity can be measured by economic growth. Economic growth will improve if there are activities carried out by humans for the prosperity of the earth and their prosperity. An important factor for increasing economic growth is international trade, one of which is exports. Allah SWT has created in every region and country the advantages and disadvantages. The main factor that also has an influence on the economic development of a country / region is investment activities. Regarding investment in the Al Qur’an, it is clearly stated that investing is a way that is ordered by Allah SWT not to leave the weak generation. In this study, an analysis of the economic growth of the province of Jambi was conducted in 2012-2019. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of using the R application, there is a significant influence between the export variable and the investment variable on the economic growth variable. The modeling results obtained are Y = 5848.0543 + 0.8886X1 + 0.7929X2. Every increase in exports of 1 billion and investment is considered constant, it will increase economic growth by 0.8886 billion. Every increase in investment of 1 billion and exports are considered constant, it will increase economic growth by 0.7929 billion. The coefficient of determination of 94.06 percent means that the diversity of economic growth variables can be explained by the export and the investment, the remaining 5.94% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of seaweedfarming, the level of efficient use of production factors, the factors that affect the efficiency of production and determine thefeasibility of seaweed farming financially. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and financial feasibility. The results showed that the factors of production (input)positive effect on production and productivity of seaweed in Kendari is widely kavlingan, number of seeds, the level of education and dummy location. For the analysis of the level of technical efficiency (I'ER) with an average value of 1.0001 indicates that the utilization of thefactors of production (input) by seaweed farmers in Kendari is efficient. Allocative efficiency analysis results (efficiency rates) kavlingan widely variable, labor and variable number of seeds not be located efficiently (inefficiently). From the calculationof profit using investment eligibility criteria NPV, IRR , and B/C ratio in the know that seaweedfarming profitable and worth the effort or developed.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk.mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani rumput laut, tingkat efisien penggunaan faktor produksi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi produksi serta mengetahui kelayakan usahatani rumput laut secara tinansial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan kelayakan fmansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor produksi (input) yang perpengaruh positif terhadap produksi dan produktivitas rumput laut di Kota Kendari adalah luas kavlingan, jumlah bibit, tingkat pendidikan dan dummy lokasi. Untuk. hasil analisis tingkat efisiensi teknis (TER) dengan nilai rata-rata 1,0001 menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan faIstor-faktorproduksi (input) oleh petani rumput laut di Kota Kendari sudah efisien. HasH analisis efisiensi alokatif (efisiensi harga) variabelluas kavlingan, tenaga kerja dan variabeljumlah bibit belum dilokasikan secara efisien (tidak efisien). Dari hasil perhitungan keuntungan dengan menggunakan kriteria kelayakan investasi NPV, IRR, dan B/C Ratio di ketahui bahwa usahatani rumput laut menguntungkan dan layak diusahakan atau dikembangkan.
