The  aim  of  this  research  is  to  describe  the  influence  of  logistic  performance  on  operational performance  in  the  rattan  small-medium  business  in  Palu. Population  of  this  research  is  24  Rattan small-medium  business,  which  consists  of  24  business  owners  as respondents,  and  24  active employees. In total, the sample of this research is 48 people who selected with census method. Method of analysis  is  multiple linear  regressions  by  using  software  of  SPSS  for  Windows  Release  16.0. Hypothesis  test  shows  significance  level  of  α  =  0.05  and  reliability  test  using  the  coefficient  values shows cronbach  alpha  with  coefficient  of  α  =  0,60.  The  result  indicates that  logistic  performance simultaneously  have  significant influence  on  operational  performance,  with  adjusted  R-square  value of 46.4%. Partially, with the standard of α = 0.05, X1, X2 and X3 have significant influence on Y with sig. value of 0.033, 0.037 and 0.000 respectively. The correlation test shows a correlation coefficient by   0.706,  which  means that  the  variable  of  logistic  performance  has  a  strong  relationship with  the operational performance of 70.6%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kinerja logistik terhadap kinerja  operasional  pada  UKM  industri  rotan  di  Kota  Palu.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah 24 Usaha Kecil Menengah Rotan yang terdiri dari 24 pemilik usaha sebagai responden, dan  24 karyawan  aktif  sehingga  sampel  penelitian  ini  adalah  48  responden dengan teknik sampel yang  digunakan  adalah  Sensus.  Metode analisis  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis regresi  linier  berganda  dengan menggunakan  perhitungan  dari  software  SPSS  for  Windows Release 16,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan memiliki tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05 dan untuk uji  reliabilitas  menggunakan  nilai  koefisien  alan  croanbach  dengan  koefisien  nilai  batas  α  = 0,60.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  kinerja  logistik  secara  simultan  menghasilkan pengaruh  yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, dengan nilai Adjust R-square sebesar 46,4%.  Secara  parsial  dengan  standar  α  =  0,05  hasil penelitian  X1,  X2  dan  X3  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan sig masing-masing yaitu 0,033, 0,037 dan 0,000. Hasil korelasi tersebut  menunjukkan  koefisien  korelasi  sebesar  0,706  yang berarti  bahwa  variabel  kinerja logistik memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja operasional sebesar 70,6%.

The research was carried out to find the influence of five business location factors such as rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security on the success of the mobile phone business a long Jalan Moses, Yogyakarta. The respondents of the research were all of the handphone traders a long Jalan Moses, as many as 81 respondents. The data was derived from a survey and collected by applying question-naires, and analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. This research indicated that factors of rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security, all together showed a significant influence on the business success. These were indicated by the value of F amounting to 24,132 with the significance level of 0,000, where as R square counting to 0,591. The regression coefficient of each factor of rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security toward business success are 0,368 (X1); 0,294 (X2); 0,399(X3); 0,311 (X4); 0,394 (X5); and the significant level of each factor are 0,003; 0,031, 0,007, 0,031, and 0,020 respectively.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of affective commitment variable (X1), continuous Commitment (X2), and Normative commitment (X3) at PT. Radio Nebula Nada in Palu City. Hypothesis test used has significance level of α =0.05 and for the reliability test using cronbach alpha coefficient values with the limit value coefficient of α=0.60. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of affective commitment (X1) and the continous commitment (X2), normative commitment (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Radio Nebula Nada in Palu with the adjusted R- square of 32.6%. Partially, with standard α = 0.05, X1, X2, and X3 partially have significant influence on Y with sig. value of 0.016, 0.086, and 0.015, respectively. The results show that correlation coefficient of 0.627, means that affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment have strong relationship with the employee's performance of 62.7%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel komitmen afektif (X1), Komitmen Berkelanjutan (X2), dan Komitmen Normatif (X3) pada PT Radio Nebula Nada di kota Palu. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai koefisien croanbach alpha dengan nilai batas koefisien α = 0,60 Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan bahwa variabel komitmen afektif (X1) dan komitmen berkelanjutan (X2), komitmen Normatif (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Radio Nebula Nada di Kota Palu. Dengan Adjusted R- square sebesar 32,6%. Secara parsial dengan standar α = 0,05 diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan nilai sig masing – masing sebesar 0,016, 0,086, dan 0,015. Hasil korelasi menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,627 yang berarti variabel komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan dan komitmen normatif mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 62,7%.

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 32 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

<p>Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the icons of the Bogor City. Bogor Botanical Garden is a tourist site that has a forest concept but is located in the center of Bogor City so that access to Bogor Botanical Garden is easily accessible. Bogor Botanical Gardens is located in Ir. H. Juanda number 13, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Motivation Driving Factor on the Decision to Visit in Bogor Botanical Garden.</p><p>This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Many of the samples studied were 100 respondents who had visited Bogor Botanical Gardens.</p><p>Based on the results of the study it was concluded that from the results of the hypothesis test (T-Test) conducted by the researcher produced a tcount of 10.463&gt; Ttable 1.98447. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Motivating Factors for Visiting Decisions. The influence of motivating factors on the decision to visit Bogor Botanical Gardens with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.726 because it is between 0.600-0.799. The coefficient of determination or the percentage of influence of the Factors Driving Tourist Motivation (X) Decision to Visit (Y) is 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p>

AbstractThe object of this research is a creative inustry in manufacturing. This study aims to determine the response of consumers regarding social media, pricing and customer loyalty "tanganketiga", and to determine the effect of social media and the prices on consumer loyalty at Woodcraft "tanganketiga". Sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research is descriptive and explanatory by using correlation coefficient analysis and simultaneous test at a significance level of 5%. These results indicate that social media has a strong relationship and significant impact on customer loyalty, in contrast to the price of which has a medium relationship and significant on customer loyalty.�Keywords: Social Media; Price, Consumer Loyalty.�AbstrakObjek penelitian ini adalah sebuah insdustri kreatif di bidang manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai media sosial, harga dan loyalitas konsumen �tanganketiga�, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Woodcraft �tanganketiga�. Sample dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 orang responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefisien korelasi dan uji simultan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Media sosial memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, berbeda dengan harga yang memiliki hubungan sedang dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.�Kata Kunci: Media Sosial; Harga, Loyalitas Konsumen.�

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand trust on e-commerce consumer’s loyalty. This research is also titled as hypothesis test research which undertaken test on hypothesis with Zalora’s consumer in Malang city as a source of this research. Data analysis method used multiple linear regressions with variable t and variable t. The result shows that brand equity and brand trust have an influence on Zalora’s consumer loyalty. It indicates that the increasing of brand trust followed by increasing of consumer’s loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is arelationship between the implementation of relationship marketing with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, data collection method using questionnaire, tested by using rank spearman formula and hypothesis test. Based on the calculation of Spearman rank obtained correlation coefficient value of spearman rank or rho count (p) amount 0,765 is at the correlation interval 0,60 – 0,799 with strong criteria, meaning that the implementation of relationship marketing has a strong relationship with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. Based on the hypothesis test of spearman rank correlation coefficient obtained t count 9,792 then the value of t arithmetic is compared with the value of t table at the level of confidence 95% or error rate 5% known value of t table is 1.66757 means that the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table (9,792 > 1,66757) then the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable means there is a significant positive relationship between variable relaionship marketing (X) with customer loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu.

learning activities to the ability of writing paragraph. This research was motivated by the fact in field that the ability of writing paragraph and learning activities and influence of using picture media and learning activities to the ability of writing paragraph at five grade students of SDN Tanjung Setia Pesisir Barat. To reach the purpose of the research above, the researcher use correlational methos, it means that the data collected after all the even happen. The techniques to collect the data are analitycal conditional test, statistical analyze, and research hypothesis test. The result of the research showed that (1) there is a positive and significant of using picture media and students’ to ability of writing paragraph with correlation coeffesient is 15,88, (2) there is positive and significant correlation coefficient is 13,70, (3) there is a positive and significant  influence of using picture media and learning activities to the ability of writing paragraph is 16,74.

This article purports to investigate the relationship – in an empirical way – between the various operational indicators currently used for the management of call centers in Brazil and customer satisfaction. In this context, a set of call centers rendering services to a telecommunications company will be analyzed in order to verify which of their indicators are positively associated with customer satisfaction. A methodological approach based on surveys as well as stepwise multiple linear regressions is developed and applied in order to achieve the objective of this paper. The “First-Contact Resolution Rate” and the “Average Handle Time After the Call” indicators present a statistically significant relationship with customer satisfaction. Some alternative call center operational performance indicators are proposed, in an exploratory way, so as to convey an enhanced relationship between call center performance and customer satisfaction.

Purpose of this research is to find the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection and corporate taxpayer’s awareness to tax revenue in Gianyar KPP Pratama. Technique analysis used in this is multiple linear regressions. Before analysis process, Normality and Heterocedasticity Test were carried out using the SPSS program. The results of statistical analysis, showing the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection, and corporate taxpayers awareness with a significance level of t each of 0.039; 0,004; 0.046; 0,000. This means that the taxpayer's awareness bring positive and significant effect on tax revenue. For DJP which assigned to carry out taxation tasks, especially KPP Gianyar Pratama which has carried out its duties well so that in the future it will increase ownership of NPWP by conducting counseling taxpayers who have not registered and counseling to increase corporate taxpayer awareness. So that it can increase tax revenue, especially in KPP Pratama Gianyar
