The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of affective commitment variable (X1), continuous Commitment (X2), and Normative commitment (X3) at PT. Radio Nebula Nada in Palu City. Hypothesis test used has significance level of α =0.05 and for the reliability test using cronbach alpha coefficient values with the limit value coefficient of α=0.60. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of affective commitment (X1) and the continous commitment (X2), normative commitment (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Radio Nebula Nada in Palu with the adjusted R- square of 32.6%. Partially, with standard α = 0.05, X1, X2, and X3 partially have significant influence on Y with sig. value of 0.016, 0.086, and 0.015, respectively. The results show that correlation coefficient of 0.627, means that affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment have strong relationship with the employee's performance of 62.7%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel komitmen afektif (X1), Komitmen Berkelanjutan (X2), dan Komitmen Normatif (X3) pada PT Radio Nebula Nada di kota Palu. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai koefisien croanbach alpha dengan nilai batas koefisien α = 0,60 Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan bahwa variabel komitmen afektif (X1) dan komitmen berkelanjutan (X2), komitmen Normatif (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Radio Nebula Nada di Kota Palu. Dengan Adjusted R- square sebesar 32,6%. Secara parsial dengan standar α = 0,05 diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan nilai sig masing – masing sebesar 0,016, 0,086, dan 0,015. Hasil korelasi menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,627 yang berarti variabel komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan dan komitmen normatif mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 62,7%.

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study areanalize the influence of store atmosphere and location on purchase decision at Pusri Mart area Semarang. The data collection technique are questionnaires, interview, observation, and literature study method. The number of samples in this study were 75 respondents and it was selected by incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique is carried out by using classic assumption test (Normality test, Multicolinearity test, and Heteroscedasticity test),  multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, Coefficient Correlation R, and Multiple Determination Coefficient (R2). The result of the research shows that: (1) store atmosphere (X<sub>1</sub>) has significant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (2) Location (X<sub>2</sub>) has significant influence to the purchasie decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (3) Store atmosphere is the variable which has the most dominant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang</span></em>

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The  aim  of  this  research  is  to  describe  the  influence  of  logistic  performance  on  operational performance  in  the  rattan  small-medium  business  in  Palu. Population  of  this  research  is  24  Rattan small-medium  business,  which  consists  of  24  business  owners  as respondents,  and  24  active employees. In total, the sample of this research is 48 people who selected with census method. Method of analysis  is  multiple linear  regressions  by  using  software  of  SPSS  for  Windows  Release  16.0. Hypothesis  test  shows  significance  level  of  α  =  0.05  and  reliability  test  using  the  coefficient  values shows cronbach  alpha  with  coefficient  of  α  =  0,60.  The  result  indicates that  logistic  performance simultaneously  have  significant influence  on  operational  performance,  with  adjusted  R-square  value of 46.4%. Partially, with the standard of α = 0.05, X1, X2 and X3 have significant influence on Y with sig. value of 0.033, 0.037 and 0.000 respectively. The correlation test shows a correlation coefficient by   0.706,  which  means that  the  variable  of  logistic  performance  has  a  strong  relationship with  the operational performance of 70.6%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kinerja logistik terhadap kinerja  operasional  pada  UKM  industri  rotan  di  Kota  Palu.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah 24 Usaha Kecil Menengah Rotan yang terdiri dari 24 pemilik usaha sebagai responden, dan  24 karyawan  aktif  sehingga  sampel  penelitian  ini  adalah  48  responden dengan teknik sampel yang  digunakan  adalah  Sensus.  Metode analisis  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis regresi  linier  berganda  dengan menggunakan  perhitungan  dari  software  SPSS  for  Windows Release 16,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan memiliki tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05 dan untuk uji  reliabilitas  menggunakan  nilai  koefisien  alan  croanbach  dengan  koefisien  nilai  batas  α  = 0,60.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  kinerja  logistik  secara  simultan  menghasilkan pengaruh  yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, dengan nilai Adjust R-square sebesar 46,4%.  Secara  parsial  dengan  standar  α  =  0,05  hasil penelitian  X1,  X2  dan  X3  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y dengan sig masing-masing yaitu 0,033, 0,037 dan 0,000. Hasil korelasi tersebut  menunjukkan  koefisien  korelasi  sebesar  0,706  yang berarti  bahwa  variabel  kinerja logistik memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja operasional sebesar 70,6%.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < 0,05, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro">Based on the results of the discussion of al-qardhul al-hasan financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium with a tcount of 2,962> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.004 <0.05, while murabahah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro enterprises ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05, dan pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah kecil dan menengah menunjukkan thitung sebesar 4,713 > ttabel sebesar 1,998 dan signifikansi">, Small and medium-sized small and medium enterprises shows t count of 2.195> ttable of 1.998 and significance of 0.046 <0.05, and mudharabah financing has a positive effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises small and medium scale shows tcount of 4.713> ttable of 1.998 and significance Ftabel 3,15 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa al-qardhul al-hasan, murabahah dan mudharabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan">0.000 <0.05, simultaneously that the value of Fcount 67,809> Ftable 3.15 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05 thus it can be said that al-qardhul al-hasan, murabaha and mudaraba together significantly influence the development micro small and Medium Enterprises. This study shall aim inestablishing the effect of work safety as well as the training on performance at PT Aerofood Catering ServiceLaundry Division, to specify the effect of training on the performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division, and to find out how much influence work safety and training shall impact on performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division collectively.The population and sample of this study shall be 50 respondents who are employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division. The variables in this study consist of Occupational Safety (X1) and Training (X2) as independent variables while Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The test of significance of influence of Leader Behavior variable (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) as independent variable, and Work Achievement (Y) as the dependent variable is done T Test and F Test. The result of hypothesis testing on the effect of Leader Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic is 2,139 > from the t table number 2,05183 and the significance level of (α) 0.05 (5%) it can be seen that this Leader Behavior has influence on Job Performance. The result of hypothesis testing on the basis of the variable Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic amounted to -1.728 and with a significant level of 5% obtained t table 2.05183 it can be seen that the value of t arithmetic of -1.728 > from number t table 2.05183 and number of significance of 0.05 (5%) it is known that this Master's Commitment has an effect on Work Achievement. The result of hypothesis test on Lead Behavior variable and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement showed that F value obtained by F value 2,372 with significance level 0,05 value f table 3,34 this mean that F count (2.372 > F table (3,34) thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that Leader Behavior (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on Work Achievement at MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict Adjusted R Square is 0,86. So it can be concluded the percentage of influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan of 0.86% and 91.4% in influencing other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of price, innovation and brand image partially or jointly on purchasing decisions. The method of data collection was through questionnaires with a sample of 95 students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang, Department of Management. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis test show that there is a significant relationship between price, innovation and brand image on purchasing decisions for LENOVO products. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis were obtained: (a) There is a negative and significant effect between price on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the value of t-statistic < t-table (-2.627 < 1.986). (b) There is a positive and significant influence between innovation on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the value of t-statistic > t-table (4.494 > 1.986). (c) There is a significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the value of t-statistic > t-table (4.631 > 1.986). Then based on the joint hypothesis test (F test) it can be seen that the value of F-statistic > F-table (21.902 > 2.70). So the author concludes that price, innovation and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the result of Determination (R2) the value is 0.419 this shows that the contribution of the influence of the variables studied in this study is 41.9% and the remaining 58.1% is influenced by the variables others outside of this study.

PT. Multi Mandiri Medan is one of the companies engaged in the field of labor services namely clearning service and security guard. Employees feel less satisfied, because the form of motivation provided by the company is not as expected by the employee. In addition, employees experience stress due to excessive workloads, remuneration provided is not proportional to the workload provided by superiors and superiors are not being fair to subordinates. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. The benefits of research is to provide information to the leadership of the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction. The research population is all employees of PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan as many as 68 people. In this research, the research sample counted 68 people. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of t test shows that motivation has positive and significant effect partially on job satisfaction; while the stress variable has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. F test results show that motivation and stress significantly influence simultaneously to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. Based on the results of the discussion, obtained multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 12.45 + 0.898.X1 - 0.253.X2. That is, motivation and stress affect the job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. This can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient. In other words, if the form of motivation increases, then job satisfaction will increase. However, if the cause of stress increases, employee job satisfaction will decrease. The value of the correlation coefficient (R²) is 0.804. That is, motivation and stress have a strong relationship to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan.

This study aims to answer some questions about the factors that influence the<br />occurrence of non-performing finanncing at sharia banks in Indonesia. Hypothesis<br />testing is performed by multiple linear regression analysis to determine the<br />effect of the internal variables (Growth Capital Financing and adequency<br />Ratio) and external variables (Gross Domestic Product, Inflation and Exchange<br />Rate) on the occurrence of non-performing Finanncing (NPF) in Islamic banks<br />in Indonesia. Sources of data in this study came from Bank Indonesia Bank<br />Indonesia website. Period examined data starts from March 2008 to December<br />2012 with a 3-month data collection. The study shows that simultaneous each<br />factor in the internal and external variables have a significant influence on<br />the occurrence of NPF at the 5% significance level. But partially, financing<br />variables, inflation and the exchange rate has no significant effect on the<br />occurrence of NPF while CAR and GDP variables have a significant influence.<br /><br />

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas dengan Kualitas konsumen dan Kepercayaan merek Loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel Y, Kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Alat analisis pada penelitjian ini adalah Analisis Path. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 95 jumlah orang member atau reseler yang beli di toko hijab medyna colletion malang. Metode  pengumpulan  data yang  digunakan  adalah  kuesioner (angket). Analisis  yang digunakan meliputi Uji istrumen, Uji normalitas, Analisis data, Uji hipotesis, Uji t dan Uji sobel. menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 17.0 for windows.95 breseler atau member medyna colletion yang menjadi populasi penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan, Dan kepuasan merek Berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan kepercayaan merek Berpengaruh langsung terhadap Loyalitas konsumen, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kepuasan konsumen Berpengaruh langsung terhadap Loyalitas konsumen, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Semakin baik kepercayaan merek maka kepuasan konsumen akan semakin meningkat atau sebaliknya semakin tidak baik kepercayaan Merek maka kepuasan konsumen akan semakin menurun. Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan merek secara tidak langsung Berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas konsumen dengan Kepuasan konsumen, Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas konsumen. Semakin baik kepercayaan merek maka Loyalitas konsumen akan semakin meningkat atau sebaliknya semakin tidak baik kepercayaan merek maka Loyalitas konsumen akan semakin menurun.  Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, Kepercayaan merek, Loyalitas konsumen dan Kepuasan konsumenAbstract This study aims to determine the factors that influence profitability with consumer quality and brand trust Consumer loyalty as Y variable, customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The analytical tool in this research is Path Analysis. The sample from this study was 95 number of members or resellers who bought at the poor hijab medyna colletion shop. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis used includes test instrument, normality test, data analysis, hypothesis test, t-test and sobel test using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17.0 for Windows software.95 resellers or members of medyna colletion which became the population of this study. The results of the study indicate that service quality, and brand satisfaction directly influence consumer satisfaction, there are positive and significant influences. Service Quality, and also brand trust directly influences consumer loyalty, this result means that there are positive and significant influences. Consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on consumer loyalty, there is a positive and significant influence on brand confidence in customer satisfaction. The better brand trust, customer satisfaction will increase or vice versa, the less trust the brand will, the more customer satisfaction will decline. Service Quality and brand trust indirectly influence consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction, positive and significant influence on service quality on consumer loyalty. The better the brand trust, the consumer loyalty will increase or otherwise the worth the brand trust, the consumer loyalty will decrease.
