This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 32 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customers’ satisfaction in the Office of State Property and Auction (KPKNL) Palu, (2) to determine the influence of physical evidence on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (3) to determine the influence of reliability on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu, (4) to determine the influence of responsiveness on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (5) to determine the influence of assurance on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu, (6) to determine the influence of empathy on customer satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu. By using associative research approach, this study examines a sample of 39 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that: (1) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant influence on customer satisfaction; (2) partially, physical evidence variable, reliability and responsiveness have non- significant influence on customer satisfaction; (3) assurance and empathy partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (2) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (3) Untuk mengetahui kehandalan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (4) Untuk mengetahui daya tanggap berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (5) Untuk mengetahui jaminan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (6) Untuk mengetahui empati berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar penelitian asosiatif. Pada penelitian asosiatif ini minimal terdapat dua variabel yang dihubungkan. Jadi penelitian asosiatif ini merupakan penelitian yang meneliti tentang hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 39 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (2) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan dan daya tanggap secara parsial ada pengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (3) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel jaminan dan empati secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan motivasi dengan disiplin kerja di Kawasan Industri Karawang (2) Pengaruh parsial motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kawasan Industri Karawang (3) Pengaruh parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) Pengaruh simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kawasan Industri Karawang.   Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskritif dan verifikatif, yaitu : mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, menganalisis data, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sample dikumpulkan dengan metode Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 128 responden. Teknik analisis data yang dugunakan Analisis jalur ( Path Analysis ). Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut :   Hasil penelitian pada tarif signifikansi 5% menujukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dengan disiplin kerja. Di lihat dari nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Untuk hasil nilai person correlation sebesar 0.727 dan mempunyai nilai yang positif. (2) Diketahui nilai sig. untuk pengaruh parsial motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.568 > t tabel 1.979. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. (3) Diketahui nilai sig. untuk pengaruh parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.033 > t tabel 1.979. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak.(4) Diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 53.001 > F tabel 3,07. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. Pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 0.457 atau 45.7 %, sedangkan sisanya 54.3 % merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti   Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin kerja, dan Kinerja karyawan.   This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between motivation and work discipline in the Karawang Industrial Estate (2) The partial influence of motivation on employee performance in the Karawang Industrial Estate (3) Partial effect of work discipline on employee performance (4) Simultaneous influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the Karawang Industrial Estate.   This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting data, presenting data, analyzing data, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected by accidental sampling method with a sample size of 128 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. From the results of the research data analysis, several conclusions were obtained as follows:   The results of the study at the 5% significance rate indicate that: (1) There is a relationship between motivation and work discipline. In view of the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. For the results of the person correlation value of 0.727 and has a positive value. (2) The value of sig is known. For the partial influence of motivation on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 3.568> t table 1.979. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. (3) The value of sig is known. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 4.033> t table 1.979. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. (4) It is known that the significance value for the simultaneous effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the F value is 53.001> F table 3.07. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. The effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance has a simultaneous effect of 0.457 or 45.7%, while the remaining 54.3% is the influence of other variables not examined.   Keywords: Motivation, work discipline, and employee performance.

Based on observations by researchers at MI Syafa’at Pesantren, there are still manystudents who are not used to saying greetings and shake hands with the teacherwhile at school. Based on this, the researcher wants to know how the influencebetween the theories that have been studied in the classroom is given by the teacherthrough the Akidah Akhlak subjects by applying the habit of greeting and shakinghands. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence ofmoral akidah subjects on the habit of greeting and shaking hands of students. Thisstudy aims to determine whether there is an effect of moral akidah lessons on thehabit of greeting and shaking hands by class 4 students MISyafa’atPesantrenTembelang Jombang. This study is a type of correlational researchendexpost facto with a quantitative approach. Correlational research is a study that isintended to determine whether there is a relationship between two or severalvariables. Expost facto said because in this study no treatment was made on the objectof research but only revealed the facts to the respondent. The researcher uses apopulation sample, all members of the population are used as a sample, namely allstudents in grade IV MI Syafa’at Pesantren25 students. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire to retrieve data. The data analysis technique used in this studyis simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of theresearch and the hypothesis testing that has been done, the calculation resultsobtained obtained the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.599 which means that 59.9% ofthe habit of saying greetings and shaking hands can be influenced by moral aqlahsubjects. While the remaining 40.1% are influenced by other variables besides thestudents' moral akidah subjects. In addition, the Annova calculation obtained Fcountof 34.302>Ftable 4.26 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Paired with theCoeffisients calculation, tcount = 9.819>ttable 1.710 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, there isa significant influence between moral akidah subjects to the habit of greeting andshaking hands of grade 4 students MI Syafa’at Pesantren.

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

Each employee has different performance from one another, this is due to several factors including self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, so this study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of self-efficacy on performance and intrinsic motivation on performance and influence in a partial way. simultaneous self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the performance of the Marketing Division employees at PT. Bank X This type of research is an associative study, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 60 people, so that all populations were sampled in this study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of division employees marketing, there is an effect of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation on employee performance simultaneously employees of the marketing division of PT. Bank X

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
