Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. A prominent feature of adolescents in adolescent development is the existence of feelings to love and be loved by others. The capacity to give to one another is equally important to receive love that is generally expressed by dating. The purpose of this study is to describe adolescent courtship behavior, influencing factors, and dating behavior patterns in adolescents. The method used in this research is exploratory qualitative with a data collection tool in the form of an open questionnaire and diary monitoring.           Based on research results found that adolescent dating behavior is divided into two categories, namely dating behavior when with friends and dating behavior when together. Based on the results of the study found that dating in adolescents is still in the category of healthy dating. However, dating behavior in adolescents falls into the category of risky dating behavior. Dating status and never dating affect dating behavior. Factors that influence dating behavior in adolescents include internal factors, friend factors, family factors, and also permissive attitude factors. Adolescent dating patterns of behavior starts from the process of introduction, the process of approach, the process of fall in love, the process of expressing love, the process of going out dating, the process of problem arising, the process of problem solving, and the process of decision making for the continuation of relationships. adolescents tend to do emotion focus coping before solving problems. There are differences in problem solving between adolescent girls and boys.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. SWOT analysis process by identifying internal factors and external factors by means of data collection and field surveys aimed at obtaining aspects in internal factors and external factors. aspects of strengths and weaknesses are internal because they start from within the organization itself, while aspects of opportunities and threats are included in the external because they originate outside the organization, then the process is continued by connecting internal and external factors in the SWOT matrix to get four strategies, namely how to exploit opportunities, how weaknesses take advantage of opportunities, how strengths minimize threats and how weaknesses and threats seek solutions. from these results can be reflected which strategy is the best to run. Keywords : Strategic planning ,evaluate strenghs, evaluate weaknesses, evaluate opportunities, evaluate threats

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to describe students' difficulties in solving problem solving problems in Algebra and Trigonometry courses. Subjects in this study were students of the Mathematics Education Faculty of Unika Santo Thomas Faculty of Teaching and Education study program in North Sumatra in semester 1 of the 2017-2018 school year, totaling 10 people. The data collection tool used in this study was a test of 5 questions in the form of a description. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are carried out by tests, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students had difficulty using the concept of equality and inequality squared, the use of the concepts of trigonometric formulas. Students also have difficulties in using number sequence principles and completing trigonometric equation solving, difficulties in disclosing information from problem solving and calculation errors. The contributing factor is the existence of several concepts and principles of algebra and trigonometry that are used in solving problems that have not been well controlled by students and are less thorough in performing calculations. Keywords: Analysis of Learning Difficulties, Algebra and Trigonometry

Problem solving is an important component of learning mathematics, and that topic continues to receive significant attention in recommendations for school mathematics (NCTM 2000). Yet despite Brown and Walter's (1990) contention that problem posing is an integral part of problem solving, “problem posing is almost always overlooked in discussions of the importance of problem solving in the curriculum” (Silver, Kilpatrick, and Schlesinger 1995, p. 15).

The financing approval process for the Al-Ikhlas Sharia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) of the Batusangkar State Islamic Institute (IAIN) is still carried out by manual review, making it difficult to receive financing quickly and accurately. As a solution to these problems, we need a decision support system that can help in determining the amount of financial revenue. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the multi-criteria problem solving models used in this study. The criteria used in determining the amount of financing received at the Al-Ikhlas IAIN Sharia Batusangkar KPN are character, capital, capacity, condition, and collateral. This study produces a weighting matrix of results, with KS as the member who gets the highest score of 95.3% and can apply for financing with a maximum amount.

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.

BackgroundCognitive skills programmes have been associated with improvements on psychometric measures and reductions in antisocial behaviour in mentally disordered offenders (MDOs). However, to date there have been no randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of such programmes with this population. In the first RCT of a cognitive skills programme with MDOs we aimed to determine if participation in the Reasoning and Rehabilitation (R&R) programme was associated with improvements in social–cognitive skills and thinking styles.MethodA total of 84 men with a primary diagnosis of psychotic disorder and a history of violence were recruited from medium-secure forensic units and allocated to receive R&R (n=44) or treatment as usual (TAU; n=40). At baseline and post-treatment interviews, participants completed questionnaires to assess social problem-solving, criminal attitudes, anger experience, blame externalizing and perspective-taking. Researchers were not blind to group status.ResultsThe R&R group demonstrated significant improvements on measures of social problem-solving relative to the TAU group, some of which were maintained at 12 months post-treatment. Only half of those allocated to receive R&R completed the full programme. In post-hoc analyses programme completers showed improvements in social problem-solving at the end of treatment and changes in criminal attitudes at 12 months post-treatment.ConclusionsAmong male MDOs, R&R participation was associated with improvements in social–cognitive skills, some of which were maintained for up to 12 months post-treatment. Our finding that programme completers do better may reflect pre-treatment patient characteristics. This study establishes that multi-site RCTs can be conducted in medium-secure forensic units.

Pituitary dysfunction is increasingly recognized as a possible complication of concussion. The hypothalamus and pituitary may be susceptible to shearing forces that are common in concussion. The hypothalamic-pituitary axis is critical in adolescent development, and it also plays an important role in normal adult functioning. Pituitary dysfunction can lead to symptoms of depression, lethargy, poor libido, impaired concentration, and decreased problem-solving ability; all of these symptoms are commonly observed in individuals with post-concussion persistent symptoms from other causes. Therefore, in individuals who present with persistent symptoms following concussion, pituitary dysfunction should be considered and managed appropriately.
