Students certainly have a number of separate considerations in choosing a college and its majors to be taken. Including the variety of factors that influence the decision to choose. For this reason, a research is needed on what factors influence students in choosing a department in college. The research was conducted at the Islamic of Communication and Broadcasting Department (KPI) of the Theology and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Surakarta in 2017/2018. Based on the results of the FGD, the desire of students to enter KPI was because of the motivation, promotion and encouragement of parents, and the influence of friends. With quantitative descriptive method, this study uses respondents as well as a sample of 158 students. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, library studies, and interviews to complete the data. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability, homogeneity, normality, linearity, and ended with multiple regression tests.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menelaah dan merevisi teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII SMP. Objek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam peneltian ini terdiri dari metode observasi, metode tugas, dan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan hasil analisisnya disajikan dalam bentuk angka dan dijelaskan dalam suatu uraian dengan rumus Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan menelaah dan merevisi teks deskripsi pada siswa tergolong normal, dengan rincian 41% siswa berkemampuan tinggi, 59% siswa berkemampuan sedang, 0% berkemampuan rendah, dan diperoleh IPK 65 yang berkisar antara 55 sampai dengan 65.Abstract: This study aims to describe the ability to review and revise the description text in class VII SMP students. The objects in this study were 29 students. The method of data collection in this study consisted of observation methods, task methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method and the results of the analysis are presented in numerical form and explained in a description using the Standard Reference Assessment (PAP) formula. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ability to review and revise the description text in students is classified as normal, with the details 41% of high-ability students, 59% of students with moderate ability, 0% of low ability, and 65 GPA which ranges from 55 to 65.

The study of feminism is a literarytradition that leads tokan fokus analisis to female. One of the focuses of the study of feminism is the image of women. In the Qur'an there are many verses that tell about women, there is even one surah that tells the female character specifically, surah Maryam. The purpose of this research is to describe the image of women in the story of Maryam in the Quran including psychic imagery and social imagery. The data collection method that library studies use. The method of data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are the text of surah Ali Imran, surah Maryam, and surah At Tahrim in the Qur'an. The result of this study is a psychic image ofa woman in the storyof Maryam in the Qur'an consisting of 1)a sincereperson,(2)a devout worshipter,(4)a worried person,(4)a fearful person,(5)a man who is inflicted in pain, and(6)a man who guards honor. The social image of women in the story of Maryamin the Qur'an in the family and community consists of (1)a nephew, (2a) mother, ( 3a child, (4) a sister, (5) a weak man rather than a man in worship (6) an exiled person, (7) a contested person, (8) an accused person, and (9) a man who is given to serve. The Way

Maria Tritis Cave is a holy place that has its uniqueness, a natural cave and has the beauty of stalagmites and stalagmites in it. This cave is located in the southern way, which is the way to get to some of the beaches in Gunungkidul. Besides being a beautiful cave, Maria Tritis Cave also has various supporting facilities for holy tours. Easy location and complete facilities will enhance the tourist’ decision to visit. The sampling technique was done by an accidental sampling of 100 archipelago tourists visiting tourists attraction of Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Methods of data collection use documentation and questionnaires, data analysis with instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), and partial or simultaneous our multiple regression analysis using SPPS for Windows version 16. The results showed that the location and facility variables significantly influence tourist’ visiting decision. Location and facility variables influence jointly the decision of archipelago tourists in visiting Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Suggestions from the research, the managers should pay attention to matters that are relating to the location such as the access to the cave and the clear directions from/to the cave, add facilities that support outbound activities and maintain existing facilities

This research is motivated by the number of teenagers who get good learning outcomes at SLTP Kanagarian Kinali level, Kinali District, West Pasaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent's way of forming the child's learning habits in terms of the following aspects: 1) arranging the learning schedule together with the child, 2) accompanying and assisting the child in learning, 3) giving praise to the child and 4) assisting the child in eliminating anxiety and saturation in learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study all teenagers amounted to 109 people. Samples taken 25% using stratified rondom sampling technique, jad i amounted to 27 people. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Technique of data analysis using technique percentage. The result of this research show that parent in forming child's learning habit is included into good category. Based on the results of research, it is suggested to parents to be able to further improve again how to form a child's learning habits.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality of savings on customer saving interest at PT. Bank SULSELBAR Makassar, To test and analyze the effect of Sales Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at PT. Bank SULSELBAR Makassar, and to test and analyze the effect of the Quality of Savings and Sales Promotion simultaneously on Customers' Interest in Saving at PT. Bank SULSELBAR Makassar. Data collection using primary data obtained from a questionnaire with a population of 165,957 customers and samples using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as tested classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. Based on the partial analysis (t-test) and simultaneously (Test-f) it turns out that the research results prove that all hypotheses are accepted because the Quality of Savings and Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Saving Interest at PT. Bank SULSELBAR Makassar.

Children’s characteristics can become absolute, and it can be understood in child’s development. Children’s characteristics is not formed by itself but needs to be directed and provided guidance in knowledge, so supports children's creativity. This research aims to improve the cognitive abilities of children for their ability of sorting numbers through playing card numbers in Group A TK Handayani VI Bantarbolang Village Wanarata Bantarbolang sub-district, Pemalang Regency. This is a classroom action research (CAR) with 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 14 students of Group A. The data collection methods used were observation and documentation. The instrument was tested for its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result shows that the pre-action activities scored to 35%, and reached an increase in the first cycle to 50%, then reached to 80% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that the research hypothesis, which states the number symbol printed on the playing cards can improve the children’s cognitive ability, was accepted because it was evidence from the result that there was an increase to the higher score.

This study is aimed to know the influence of development career and work environment and retention as an intervening variable on the performance of non-permanent civil service (Non-PNS) assigned as educational staff at the Hasanuddin University (Unhas). The research was a quantitative descriptive study with the use of the staff of Non-Permanent Civil Servant Education, called Tendik as respondents, that have been working for 5 to 10 years. Methods of data collection were used through the distribution of questionnaires which is tested the validity and reliability of all items evaluated afterward. Data analysis was performed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 and analysed using path analysis. To evaluate the indirect effect between variables, the study applied the Sobel Test. The result of this study indicates that career development and the work environment have a significant effect on retention. To the second equation evaluated, the retention has a significant effect on performance. Interestingly, career development and the work environment have no significant effect on performance. The career development and the work environment have a significant effect on the performance through retention as an intervening variable.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.
