Quality of education has always remained an issue for the educational researchers. It is widely believed that quality of education in Sub-Continent is below the international standards. To find out how educational institutions are adding value towards the knowledge, skills, market value and moral upbringing of students and how much students are satisfied with the environment of educational system and the quality of education they receive.Using this information, how a student counseler can benefit the student as well the organization to add value in the education process. This is a case study where a Govt. Intermediate College was selected for interviews and document analysis purpose. Findings based on general perception of the respondents, All the respondents have matriculated from Public School. The findings showed that students were really concerned about the poor discipline of their schools and generally they were not satisfied with the commitment and capability of their teachers. However, they admitted that school contributed towards their grooming and personality building.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). The implementation of total quality management is applied to every educational institution as an effort to improve the quality of education. In this case, it is important to carry out management functions in each educational institution. This article discusses the implementation of total quality management in educational institutions to seek to improve the quality of education in achieving a quality standard in education. Every educational institution should show better quality and be able to compete. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the public and stakeholders. To continue to get this, it must be improved continuously, both physically and non-physically. So as to make a quality educational institution and guaranteed quality. There are several main things that need to be considered in implementing total quality management in the world of education, namely: continuous quality improvement; determine quality standards, cultural change; changes in the organization; and maintain relationships with other agencies and customers and evaluate the system if anything is not appropriate

The leader of organization, his competence and the policies he pursues with regard to the management of the organization play an important role in the achievement of the goals of any institution, including educational. The leader has a direct influence on the performance of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization. In the Ministry of the Interior, however, the officials responsible for achieving the goals of educational institution are appointed in the interest of the service.The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the transfer of officials in the interests of the service on the achievement of educational objectives in the professional training of border guards.The study was conducted in the State Border Guard College using scientific, pedagogical and psychological literature analysis and evaluation and document analysis research method. As a result of the study the author brought forward conclusions that the biggest threats to the quality of education and to the achievement of the goals of educational institution in the system of the Ministry of the Interior is transfer of  official in the interests of the service ignoring their competence in educational knowledge’s. To avoid threats to the quality of education, proposals were developed.

The recent years has seen much discussions concerning ways to emphasize uniqueness of an educational establishment and its operational specifics. Partial solution to these issues is achieved through elaboration and documentation of Concepts, “Educational programs”, “Development programs” for various educational institutions. This is not enough for creation of kindergarten’s outer informational field as an open socio-pedagogic system for prospective customers and consumers of educational services. Thus it is necessary to develop ingenious individualized informational documents for each preschool educational institution. The problem of kindergarten management and quality of education maintenance is discussed. The author concludes, that the positive image enhances competitiveness of a preschool educational institution at the educational services market and should be considered as a crucial resource of preschool educational institution management.

The purpose of this study was the first purpose of this study to find out how the conditions of leadership in the world of education (headmaster) were described, in addition to knowing the leadership styles in education, to find out the leadership role of principals to face obstacles in carrying out their duties including coordinating their luggage. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of papers, books, articles and other readings. This paper complements the discussion about leadership. The existence of leaders is needed in an organization, this is because leaders will determine where they will be taken to the organization, in this case the author focuses on the field of education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leaders can influence and move individuals or groups within the organization they lead. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. While the quality of education outcomes is approved by educational institutions at a certain time period. Supportive achievement or educational outcomes (student achievement) can consist of results of academic ability tests, or achievements in sports, senior or certain skills, and can also involve complexity or conditions that are not tangible (intangible) such as discipline, comfort, value respect noble values and so on. In improving the quality of this educational institution, the leadership role has a very strategic function. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for other educational institutions, especially communities, where educational institutions can get quality educational institutions.

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

The purpose of the research is to recognize the impact of pedagogical academic management on the educational quality of school organizations in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Osos, Medellín, Colombia and whose findings contribute knowledge to improve pedagogical and teaching-learning processes. The paradigm is historical -hemeneutic of qualitative type and as a research strategy the case study is privileged. In this order of ideas, academic and pedagogical processes are related to the quality of the educational institutions studied. It is expected in the immediate future to integrate the results in the reformulation of projects, policies and programs that seek to improve the quality of education.

In these days education has changed as an essential for everyone. There are many preschools, elementary, secondary, higher secondary schools, universities, arts and science colleges and many. Finding the best school or institution for their children is really very tough for parents in these days. Our work is to create a web application to create online survey, which contains questions and feedbacks about the schools and institutions. The survey questions are related to the attributes, and the behavior of educational institution on behalf of the quality of education, school environment, teaching methodologies, about the management and teachers. And we give authority to attend the survey for the peoples from various places i.e. the former students of various institutions and schools. Thus using our survey we are collecting the data about the schools and institutions, then the data will be handover to the analyst. And the analyst will process the data and make decisions about the institutions and schools. They will decide the ratings for the institutions and schools in Tamilnadu, India. Based on the ratings the parents and students can choose their schools and colleges.
