Cultural organizations have become the talk very interesting and very important in today's era. Not just in depth but in order to make changes continuously, making the competitive advantage and the ability to survive in an era of constantly changing. If an organization is not treated culture then the organization can certainly run into problems which ultimately affect the sustainability of the organization. Organizational culture becomes a key element of the changes that will be a huge impact for the working system of the organization. The purpose of this study is; (1) To examine and analyze organization with cultural influence, directly or indirectly through job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Health Government of Mimika District of Papua Province (2) To examine and analyze the effect leadership directly or indirectly through job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Health Government of Mimika District of Papua Province. (3) To examine and analyze the effect job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Health Government of Mimika District of Papua Province. Unit sample in this study were clerks in Mimika District Health Office. Respondents amounted to 259 employees, were taken using the convenient sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results showed that. The results showed that organizational culture and positive significant influence on employee performance both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. It shows that when organizations are paying attention and make improvements to the organization's culture will directly be able to increase job satisfaction and indirectly affect employee performance. Leadership and positive significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. It shows that the improvement of leadership in the organization will directly improve the performance of employees or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had positive significant influence on employee performance. This means that increasing employee satisfaction will be able to improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

The purpose of this research is (1) to know how much influence of motivation to job satisfaction, (2) to know how big influence of transformational leadership style to job satisfaction (3) to know how big influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (4) (5) to find out how big influence of leadership style of trasnformasional to employee performance, (6) to know how big influence of organizational culture to employee performance, (7) to know how big influence collectively between variable On employee performance with through job satisfaction variable. Respondents in this study as many as 115 people, the respondents are employees CV. Sinar Jaya Tegal. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS program as its analysis tool. The result of data analysis proved that motivation influence to job satisfaction by 32% while for the transformational leadership style to job satisfaction get 6% and for organizational culture have no effect to job satisfaction is proved with minus value equal to (-14%). And for the relationship of motivation to employee performance have significant influence with 34%, transformational leadership style to employee performance have significant influence with value 17%, and for organizational culture to employee performance have significant influence with 4% and to influence collectively between motivation, Transformational leadership style and organizational culture to employee performance where through job satisfaction fulfillment got influence 39%, and the rest influenced by other factors which not in carefully in this research.  Keywords:  Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract, the current composition of employees in the workplace by generation is dominated by Generation Y or Millennial Generation, and will continue to grow and even generation Z will emerge as the next generation that will enter the working age. Companies are required to adapt to all matters relating to this generation to maintain continuity and to improve performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, generation Y characteristics and job satisfaction as a mediator on the performance of Generation Y employees at the Jakarta Regional Office Employment BPJS. The focus of the study is generation Y which is the largest population of employees. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all employees of Generation Y BPJS at the Regional Office of DKI Jakarta and by using the Slovin formula a sample of 237 people is obtained. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusion of the study shows that the characteristics of generation Y, job satisfaction, and organizational culture and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Partially Y generation characteristics and organizational culture influence employee performance by moderating job satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that BPJS Manpower management pay attention to the Y behavior characteristics of the workplace so that they are comfortable and productive, maintain a work culture focused on results, eliminate communication boundaries between generations, increase innovation participation for employees. Of the four variables, the employee performance variable has the highest average value among other variables, while the strong performance indicators are service level agreement and accuracy. The development of each region will be realized if the perpetrators of the organization working units as the spearhead of the executor in the area feel the peace and comfort in the work. This study aims to determine the Organization Climate Effect on Employee Performance with Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the City of Mataram. Existing problems related to the low performance of employees. It can be observed from the number of employees who can not complete the task in accordance with a predetermined time. This condition occurs partly because many employees are coming late, doing things that are less productive. The study population was Mataram City Government employees spread over 30 unit organizations with a sample of 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) v.22. and SPSS v.19. The results of the analysis proves, 5 hypothesis has significant influence while one hypothesis has not a significant influence. Significant influence include: Organization Climate on Organization Commitment, Organization Climate on Job Satisfaction, although very small. Organization Commitment on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Organization Climate on employee performance, while the Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction has no significant effect.

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables

Performance is an essential factor in an organization; increasing organizational performance can be affected by the leadership and organizational culture. Good leadership and organizational culture will create job satisfaction for employees, thereby improving employee performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 275 employees of fire management and rescue of the North Jakarta administration. The data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that situational leadership and organizational culture did not have a significant relationship with performance directly. Nevertheless, situational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested that the organization needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Further researchers can replicate the model in a different context to verify the applicability of the model.

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

This study explores the behavior of employees work done by testing and analyzing the influence organizational culture, work ethic and employee’s performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study was all employees who work in local government of Pinrang in South Sulawesi Province. There are 357 employees as a sample. We used Structural equation modeling (SEM) as research equipment. The result of this study provides evidence that the organizational culture and work ethic is proven to increase the perceived of employee job satisfaction. Good organizational culture and perceived of employee job satisfaction proven to improve employee performance. Results are shown in different work ethic in practice has not been able to improve the performance of employees. Perceived of employees job satisfaction proved able to act as a mediating variable in explaining the effect of organizational culture and work ethics on employee performance
